A laundry treating apparatus, a control method thereof, an apparatus thereof, and a storage medium according to embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of clothes treatment equipment, which automatically judges whether the preset night washing condition is met at present according to a preset night washing parameter and the opening and closing times of a door cover after the last washing is finished. If the condition is met, automatically executing the washing program of the night washing according to the preset night washing parameters. The intelligent arrangement of the whole night washing process is realized, the user is not required to carry out any additional manual operation except the preset night washing parameters, great convenience is brought to the user, and the night washing frequency of the user is improved. And wash parameter control washing in the power consumption trough time quantum through predetermineeing night, for the user saves the required charges of electricity of washing, when not disturbing the user and having a rest evening, reduces the cost of user's laundry, improves user's washing and experiences.
Before controlling the laundry treating apparatus to automatically perform the night washing according to the preset night washing parameter, the laundry treating apparatus is first made to obtain the preset night washing parameter. In one implementation, the preset night washing parameters may be set on the laundry treatment apparatus by the user directly through a human-machine interaction device of the laundry treatment apparatus. Specifically, the laundry treatment apparatus may be provided with a button for turning on or off the night washing function, and the button may be a mechanical button or an operation button displayed in a display screen of the laundry treatment apparatus. When the clothes treatment device detects that the user triggers the instruction for starting the night washing function through the key, the identification information for identifying whether the night washing function is started is reset to the identifier for identifying whether the night washing function is started, and the identifier can be 1 or 001.
After the clothes treatment equipment determines that a user starts the night washing function, the power utilization trough time period of the area where the clothes treatment equipment is located is automatically acquired. If the clothes treatment device is connected to the internet, the clothes treatment device can automatically acquire the local electricity consumption valley time period of the current day from the network, and the acquired electricity consumption valley time period is more accurate. If the laundry treating apparatus is not connected to the internet, the laundry treating apparatus may acquire a local electricity consumption valley period previously configured in the local memory. The clothes treatment equipment can also directly acquire the preset electricity consumption valley time period from the local memory under the condition of being connected to the Internet. The method and the device can acquire the data from the local memory without acquiring the data from the network, and the speed of acquiring the electricity consumption valley time period is higher.
After obtaining the local power consumption valley period, the power consumption valley period may be automatically divided into a plurality of washing periods according to the washing duration of the washing program, and the divided washing periods may be displayed. The user may select one or more washing periods as the night washing period from the displayed plurality of washing periods. Alternatively, the obtained power consumption valley period may be directly displayed to the user, and the period within the power consumption valley period may be autonomously determined by the user as the night washing period.
In addition, the laundry treating apparatus may guide a user to set preset washing parameters including a washing temperature, a washing time, a water level, a rinsing frequency, etc. for the night washing through the human-machine interaction device. The laundry treating apparatus further guides the user to set detection frequency information for detecting whether to perform night washing through the human-computer interaction device, the detection frequency information may be daily detection, Monday-Friday detection, or Perday-Friday detection, three-Friday detection, or the like.
The clothes processing equipment can also guide a user to set reminding time for reminding the user to take out the load through the man-machine interaction device, so that the user is reminded to take out the load at the reminding time, and the influence on the sleep of the user due to reminding at other time is avoided.
The user can set one or more of the detection frequency information, the preset washing parameters for washing at night, the reminding time, the identification information for identifying whether to start the function of washing at night, the time period for washing at night and the like through the human-computer interaction device. The laundry treating apparatus determines the parameters set by the user as preset night washing parameters, and stores the preset night washing parameters in a local memory.
In other embodiments of the application, as shown in fig. 1, the clothes treatment device is connected with the mobile terminal through WiFi, bluetooth, infrared or ZigBee and other communication methods, and the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone or a tablet computer. The user can also set the preset night washing parameters through the client installed on the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal is provided with a client corresponding to the clothes treatment equipment, and a display interface of the client comprises a button for turning on or off the night washing function. When the client detects that the user triggers the instruction for starting the night washing function through the button, the electricity utilization valley time period of the area where the clothes processing equipment is located is automatically acquired. The manner in which the client acquires the power consumption trough time period may be the same as the manner in which the laundry processing apparatus acquires the power consumption trough time period, and will not be described herein again.
After the client obtains the power consumption valley time period, the power consumption valley time period can be divided into a plurality of washing time periods, and the plurality of washing time periods are displayed to the user. Or directly display the electricity utilization valley time period to the user. The client acquires a night washing time period set by the user based on the displayed plurality of washing time periods or the electricity utilization trough time period.
The client guides a user to set one or more of detection frequency information, reminding time, preset washing parameters and other parameters in a display interface of the client. After the client side obtains one or more of detection frequency information confirmed by a user, preset washing parameters for washing at night, reminding time, identification information for identifying whether to start the function of washing at night, washing time period at night and the like, the client side sends the parameters to the clothes treatment equipment through communication connection with the clothes treatment equipment. The clothes processing equipment receives the parameters sent by the mobile terminal, determines the parameters as preset night washing parameters, and stores the preset night washing parameters in a local memory.
In order to facilitate understanding of the above process of setting the preset night washing parameters by the client, the following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 2, a 1: the client detects that the user selects the night washing function. A2: the client automatically acquires the local electricity valley time period. A3: the client acquires identification information which is set by a user and used for identifying whether to start the night washing function, preset washing parameters, detection frequency information, a night washing time period and reminding time. A4: the client transmits the acquired parameters to the clothes treatment equipment.
In another implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the laundry treating apparatus is not in direct communication connection with the mobile terminal, but in communication connection with a server through a wired connection, or through WiFi, the server being in communication connection with the mobile terminal. In the network deployment scenario shown in fig. 3, one or more of the detection frequency information, the preset washing parameter for night washing, the reminding time, the identification information for identifying whether to start the night washing function, the night washing time period, and other parameters may be set in the client in the mobile terminal in the manner described above, and then the mobile terminal sends the set parameters to the server. And the server issues the parameters to the clothes treatment equipment. The clothes processing equipment receives the parameters sent by the server, determines the parameters as preset night washing parameters, and stores the preset night washing parameters in a local memory.
If the user needs to modify the parameters such as the reminding time, the night washing time period, the preset washing parameters for night washing, the detection frequency information and the like, the parameters such as the reminding time, the night washing time period, the preset washing parameters for night washing, the detection frequency information and the like can be reset in any mode of setting the preset night washing parameters.
The clothes processing equipment is characterized in that the preset night washing parameters are set by the user independently, and the personalized requirements of the user on the aspects of night washing time period, reminding time, washing parameters, detection frequency and the like can be met, so that the clothes processing equipment can meet the demand of the user on work and rest time according to the preset night washing parameters, the electricity charge can be saved for the user, and the rest of the user is not influenced.
After the clothes treatment equipment obtains the preset night washing parameters in any one mode, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to automatically wash at night according to the preset night washing parameters. As shown in fig. 4, the specific control process includes the following steps:
step 101: and acquiring the opening and closing times of the door cover after the last washing is finished.
As shown in fig. 5, the laundry treating apparatus includes a controller 1, a door magnet module 2, a light and sound module 3, a motor 4, and a weighing module 5. The door magnet module 2 is used for detecting the opening and closing of the door cover. After the washing of the clothes treatment equipment is finished each time, the opening and closing of the door cover are detected through the door magnetic module 2, and the opening and closing times of the door cover are recorded. Wherein, the door cover is opened and closed and counted once.
Step 102: and determining that the preset night washing condition is currently met according to the preset night washing parameter and the door cover opening and closing times.
The preset night washing parameters at least comprise detection frequency information, night washing time periods and identification information used for identifying whether the night washing function is started.
The laundry processing apparatus determines that the identification information included in the preset night washing parameter indicates that the night washing function is turned on, and then determines whether the current time is within a detection time period specified by the detection frequency information. For example, if the detection frequency information specifies that the detection is performed every monday, three, or five, and if the current time is monday, it is determined that the current time is within the detection time period specified by the detection frequency information. And if the current time is Tuesday, determining that the current time is not in the detection time period specified by the detection frequency information.
And if the current time is judged not to be in the detection time interval specified by the detection frequency information, the night washing cannot be carried out at the current time, the preset night washing condition is determined not to be met at present, and the operation is finished.
If the current time is within the detection time period specified by the detection frequency information, it is further determined whether the number of times the door cover is opened or closed obtained in step 101 is greater than or equal to one. If the door cover opening and closing times are smaller than one time after the last washing is judged, the fact that the user does not open the door cover after the last washing is finished is indicated, therefore, the load washed last time is still left in the washing tub, the next washing cannot be carried out at the moment, it is determined that the preset night washing condition is not met currently, and the operation is finished.
If the door cover opening and closing times are judged to be more than or equal to one time, the fact that the user opens the door cover after the last washing is finished indicates that the user may take out the load washed last time and put a new load needing to be washed into the washing barrel. At this time, whether the current time is within the night washing time period included in the preset night washing parameters is further judged. For example, the night wash time period is 1:00-5:00, the current time is 1:00, then it is determined that the current time is within the night washing period. If the current time is 24:00, the current time is not in the night washing time period.
And if the previous time is judged not to be in the night washing time period included by the preset night washing parameters, determining that the preset night washing conditions are not met currently, and ending the operation.
The night washing time period belongs to the electricity utilization trough time period of the area where the clothes treatment equipment is located, the night washing time period is set by the user based on the electricity utilization trough time period, and the night washing is carried out in the night washing time period, so that the electricity fee can be saved, and the sleep of the user can be prevented from being disturbed.
And if the current time is in the night washing time period, further judging whether the clothes treatment equipment is in a preset normal state. The preset normal state includes that the door cover is closed, in a standby state, and the like. The laundry treating apparatus detects whether the door is in a closed state through the door magnet module 2 or through a camera or the like. And if the door cover is detected to be in the open state, determining that the clothes treatment equipment is not in the preset normal state currently, further determining that the preset night washing condition is not met currently, and ending the operation. If the door is detected to be in the closed state, whether the current state of the clothes treatment equipment is in the standby state is further detected, if the clothes treatment equipment is detected to be in the shutdown state or the washing state, the clothes treatment equipment cannot be washed at night currently, the clothes treatment equipment is determined not to be in the preset normal state currently, the preset night washing condition is determined not to be met currently, and the operation is finished.
Although it is detected above that the number of times the door is opened and closed after the last washing is finished is greater than or equal to one, indicating that the user has opened the door after the last washing is finished, the subsequent user may or may not have placed a load into the washing tub. It is further determined whether a load currently exists in the washing tub.
The laundry treating apparatus may detect the weight of the load in the washing tub through the weighing module 5 shown in fig. 5, and determine that the load exists in the washing tub if the detected weight is greater than a preset empty tub weight. If the detected weight is equal to a preset empty tub weight, it is determined that there is no load in the washing tub.
In another implementation, the laundry treating apparatus may also detect whether there is a load in the washing tub by the motor 4 in fig. 5. Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus may drive the washing tub to rotate by the motor 4, in the process of which a current value fed back by the motor 4 is acquired. The heavier the load in the washing tub, the greater the resistance to rotation, and the greater the current value fed back by the operation of the motor 4. The laundry treating apparatus compares the acquired current value with a preset empty tub current, and determines that a load exists in the washing tub if the acquired current value is greater than the preset empty tub current. And if the acquired current value is equal to the preset empty tub current, determining that no load exists in the washing tub.
In other implementations, a camera or an infrared sensor may be further disposed in the laundry treatment apparatus, and the camera or the infrared sensor may be used to detect whether a load exists in the washing tub.
After determining that the door is opened or closed more than once, it indicates that the user has opened the door after the last washing is finished, but the user does not necessarily put the load to be washed in the washing tub. At this time, whether the current time is in the night washing time period or not is sequentially judged, whether the clothes treatment equipment is in a preset normal state or not is judged, and then whether the load is really in the washing tub or not is judged. Since the night washing is not performed if the current time is not in the night washing time period, it is not necessary to detect whether the load is actually present in the washing tub. If the laundry treating apparatus is not in the preset normal state, the subsequent operation of detecting the load may not be performed. Therefore, the current time is determined to be in the night washing time period, the operation of detecting whether the load exists in the non-night washing time period can be avoided, unnecessary resource waste is avoided, and troubles are prevented from being brought to users. After the clothes treatment equipment is determined to be in the preset normal state, whether the load exists in the washing barrel is detected, the operation of detecting whether the load exists can be successfully executed, and the accuracy of judging whether the night washing condition is met at present is ensured.
If it is determined that the load exists in the washing tub in any one of the above manners, it is determined that the preset night washing condition is currently satisfied.
Namely, the preset night washing condition includes that the current time is in a detection time period specified by the detection frequency information, the opening and closing times of the door cover are more than or equal to one time after the last washing is finished, the current time is in the night washing time period, the clothes treatment equipment meets the preset normal states of closing the door cover, being in a standby state and the like, and load exists in the washing barrel. When the conditions are required to be met, the preset night washing condition is judged to be met at present, and the accuracy of judging the night washing operation opportunity is improved.
Step 103: and controlling to execute a washing program corresponding to the preset night washing parameters.
After the preset night washing condition is currently met through the step 102, the washing program corresponding to the preset night washing parameter is controlled to be executed according to the preset washing parameter included in the preset night washing parameter.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset night washing parameters may further include a reminding time for reminding a user to take out the load, and the reminding time is set by the user independently and can be 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning.
When the clothes processing equipment determines that the washing program corresponding to the night washing is finished, whether the current time reaches the reminding time is judged, and if yes, a prompt message for prompting a user to take out the load is sent out through the acousto-optic module 3 shown in fig. 5.
Wherein, the acousto-optic module 3 can comprise a prompting lamp arranged on the clothes processing equipment, and the prompting lamp can be lightened when the current time reaches the reminding time so as to prompt a user to take out a load. The acousto-optic module 3 can also comprise a player arranged on the clothes processing equipment, and when the current time reaches the reminding time, the player plays a prompt sound or voice information for prompting.
In other embodiments, it is contemplated that the period of time between the end of the night wash and the reminding of the user to remove the load is typically long, so as not to disturb the user's sleep. The washed load may generate an odor in the washing tub during this time, and thus the present embodiment may perform an odor removal operation to remove the odor from the load before reminding the user to remove the load.
