Abstract
The invention discloses a self-adjusting guide wheel mechanism for producing a sucker rod, and belongs to the technical field of conveying devices. A self-adjusting guide wheel mechanism for producing a sucker rod comprises a movable frame and a quenching spray frame, wherein the quenching spray frame is arranged above the movable frame, a guide wheel mechanism is arranged in the movable frame, and the guide wheel mechanism is rotationally connected with the movable frame; the guide wheel mechanism is composed of a first rotating shaft, a vertical shaft, a balance weight, a guide wheel box and side wheels. The invention can be automatically adjusted in the using process, and provides stable and balanced supporting force; can pass under the quenching spray rack and automatically return to a vertical state after passing through the quenching spray rack.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of conveying devices, in particular to a self-adjusting guide wheel mechanism for producing a sucker rod.
Background
The pumping rod is a slender rod piece of the pumping well, and the material of the pumping rod is low-carbon alloy steel which is subjected to quenching and tempering treatment. In the production process of the sucker rod, the sucker rod needs to be subjected to heat treatment in order to improve the comprehensive mechanical property of the sucker rod. Specifically, the sucker rod is pulled through a traction device and sequentially passes through a quenching device and a spraying device.
In operation, the sucker rod needs to be supported and conveyed. At present, for the transmission of the sucker rod, the sucker rod passes through an induction quenching ring in a mode of clamping and pulling the sucker rod at two sides; the production line is required to have a support part twice the length of the sucker rod; meanwhile, in the operation process, the supporting force of each point on the sucker rod is difficult to balance. With this, heat treatment lines in the form of shuttle frames have emerged.
The reciprocating type rack production line is used for arranging the quenching spray device above the movable rack in a manner of separating the quenching spray device from the movable rack; the sucker rod is clamped on the two sides of the movable frame, and the heat treatment operation of the sucker rod is realized through the reciprocating motion of the movable frame. However, the corresponding inability to avoid induction quench rings has resulted in the inability to provide multiple idler support structures. The guide wheel mechanism is arranged in a telescopic mode by part of equipment, and is contracted when passing through the quenching spray device; not only the complexity of the equipment is increased, each point needs to be accurately controlled, and the equipment and control cost is increased; moreover, the supporting force at each location is still not highly balanced and uniform.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-adjusting guide wheel mechanism for producing a sucker rod, which realizes automatic adjustment through self structural arrangement, avoids a quenching device, can be arranged at multiple points and is supported in a balanced manner, and solves the problems in the prior art.

the guide wheel mechanism consists of a first rotating shaft, a vertical shaft, a balance weight, a guide wheel box and side wheels;
the two ends of the first rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the moving frame, the vertical shaft is arranged on the upper side of the first rotating shaft, the balance weight is arranged on the lower side of the first rotating shaft, the guide wheel box is arranged at the upper end of the vertical shaft, and the side wheels are arranged on one side of the guide wheel box;
the highest point of the side wheel is higher than that of the guide wheel box.

According to the guide wheel mechanism, the relative position of the vertical shaft and the first rotating shaft can be controlled, and meanwhile, the rotating sleeve rotates by taking the first rotating shaft as an axis, so that the flexibility of the guide wheel mechanism is further improved; the assembled counterweight can be selected, replaced and matched with requirements.

The parts which are not involved in the device are the same as or can be realized by adopting the prior art, and the device can be automatically adjusted in the using process to provide stable and balanced supporting force; the quenching spray rack can pass through the lower part of the quenching spray rack and automatically returns to a vertical state after passing through the quenching spray rack; the L-shaped mounting plate is convenient to mount, the position is freely set, and the balance, stability and reliability of the support are further ensured; the sleeve is rotated, so that the flexibility of the guide wheel mechanism is further improved; the assembled counterweight can be selected, replaced and matched with requirements; the pressure rod is self-adjusted, is more stably supported, and reduces the influence on the sucker rod when the pressure rod is restored to a vertical state; the top height of the guide wheel mechanism can be adjusted, and the application range of the guide wheel mechanism is further expanded.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the guide wheel mechanism for producing the self-adjusting sucker rod comprises a movable frame 1 and a quenching spray frame 2; the moving frame 1 is of a groove-shaped structure and reciprocates through a track arranged on the ground; the quenching spray frame 2 is arranged above the movable frame 1, is separated from the movable frame 1 and is not contacted with the movable frame; the lower part of the quenching spray frame 2 is a recovery water tank, an induction quenching ring and a spray sleeve are arranged above the recovery water tank, and the sucker rod passes through the induction quenching ring and the spray sleeve; one end of the movable frame 1 is provided with a power device which drives the sucker rod to rotate.
A guide wheel mechanism 3 is arranged in the movable frame 1, and the guide wheel mechanism 3 is rotationally connected with the movable frame 1; the guide wheel mechanism 3 provides supporting and conveying functions for the sucker rod. The guide wheel mechanism 3 is provided with a plurality of, and a plurality of guide wheel mechanism 3 evenly sets up in removing frame 1.

Wherein, both ends of the first rotating shaft 4 are rotatably connected with the movable frame 1, and the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 4 is parallel to the width direction of the movable frame 1 and is horizontally arranged; the vertical shaft 5 is arranged at the upper side of the first rotating shaft 4 and is arranged in the vertical direction; the counterweight 6 is arranged at the lower side of the first rotating shaft 4, and the weight of the counterweight 6 is greater than the total weight of all objects at the upper side of the first rotating shaft 4; the guide wheel box 7 is arranged at the upper end of the vertical shaft 5; when the sucker rod is supported, the guide wheel box 7 enables the axis of the sucker rod to coincide with the axis of the induction quenching ring of the quenching spray frame 2; the side wheel 8 is arranged on one side of the guide wheel box 7 and connected with the guide wheel box 7 through a connecting shaft, and the highest point of the side wheel 8 is higher than that of the guide wheel box 7.
In the operation process, the guide wheel mechanism 3 keeps a vertical state under the action of the counterweight 6 to support the sucker rod; when one guide wheel mechanism 3 moves to be close to the quenching spray frame 2, the side wheel 8 firstly contacts one side of the quenching spray frame 2; at the moment, under the moving action of the moving frame 1 and the blocking action of the quenching spray frame 2, the side wheels 8 incline towards the rear side, so that the guide wheel mechanism 3 is driven to incline integrally, and the high point of the guide wheel mechanism 3 is lowered; in the continuous movement, the outer surface of the side wheel 8 is contacted with the lower bottom surface of the quenching spray frame 2, and the guide wheel mechanism 3 passes through the lower part of the quenching spray frame 2; after reaching the other end of the quenching spray frame 2, the side wheel 8 loses the downward pressure of the quenching spray frame 2, and the guide wheel mechanism 3 is restored to the vertical state under the action of the counterweight 6.
In some embodiments, an L-shaped mounting plate 9 is provided above the mobile frame 1; the guide wheel mechanism 3 is connected with the movable frame 1 through an L-shaped mounting plate 9.

In some embodiments, the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 4 is provided with a rotating sleeve 10, and the vertical shaft 5 and the balance weight 6 are arranged on the outer surface of the rotating sleeve 10.
The two ends of the rotating sleeve 10 are limited, so that the relative positions of the vertical shaft 5 and the first rotating shaft 4 can be controlled to be adjusted; at the same time, the rotating sleeve 10 rotates about the first rotating shaft 4 as an axis, and the flexibility of the guide wheel mechanism 3 is further improved.
In some embodiments, the counterweight 6 is comprised of a counterweight rod 601, a counterweight block 602.
The counterweight block 602 is sleeved on the outer surface of the counterweight rod 601, and the lower end of the counterweight rod 601 is provided with a limit nut.
