In the invention, two modes exist for finishing the code spraying operation on the surface of the petroleum pipe, wherein the first operation mode is a mode of moving the petroleum pipe and enabling the code spraying mechanism 5 to be stationary aiming at the condition that the petroleum pipe is lighter in weight and shorter in length; the second operation mode is to adopt a mode that the petroleum pipe is static and the code spraying mechanism 5 moves aiming at the condition that the petroleum pipe is heavy and long.
When the first operation mode is adopted, the baffle plate 2 moves downwards to cancel the limit stop of the pipe, the petroleum pipe is transported to the lower part of the code spraying mechanism 5 through the pipe transporting mechanism 1, the first electric cylinder 34 is started, the output end of the first electric cylinder 34 stretches and drives the driving plate 33 to descend, the driving plate 33 drives the positioning mechanisms 4 positioned on the two radial sides of the pipe transporting mechanism 1 to gradually approach the petroleum pipe through the driving rod 35 until the positioning mechanisms 4 are in contact with the surface of the petroleum pipe, meanwhile, the pressing plate 55 is in contact with the surface of the petroleum pipe, the code spraying machine nozzle 52 is positioned at a proper position above the pipe, the code spraying machine nozzle 52 and the pipe transporting mechanism 1 are started, the pipe is transported through the pipe transporting mechanism 1, and relevant information is sprayed on the surface of the pipe through the code spraying machine nozzle 52.
When the second operation mode is adopted, after the petroleum pipe is clamped by the positioning mechanism 4, in order to drive the code spraying mechanism 5 to axially move along the pipe, the invention also comprises a linear driving module 6 arranged above the driving mechanism 3, an auxiliary moving mechanism 7 arranged below the driving mechanism 3 and a linear guide rail 8 arranged below the auxiliary moving mechanism 7 and parallel to the conveying direction of the pipe conveying mechanism 1; the linear driving module 6 is used for driving the driving mechanism 3 to move along the linear guide rail 8 towards the direction far away from the baffle plate 2, and the code spraying operation is completed on the surface of the petroleum pipe through the action of the code spraying mechanism 5. The petroleum pipe is transported to the lower part of the code spraying mechanism 5 through the pipe transportation mechanism 1, the pipe is blocked through the baffle plate 2, the pipe is suspended, the first electric cylinder 34 is started, the output end of the first electric cylinder 34 stretches and drives the driving plate 33 to descend, the driving plate 33 drives the positioning mechanisms 4 positioned on the two radial sides of the pipe transportation mechanism 1 to be gradually close to the petroleum pipe through the driving rod 35 until the positioning mechanisms 4 are in contact with the surface of the petroleum pipe, meanwhile, the pressing plate 55 is in contact with the surface of the petroleum pipe, the code spraying machine nozzle 52 is positioned at a proper position above the pipe, the code spraying machine nozzle 52 and the linear driving module 6 are started, the linear driving module 6 drives the code spraying machine nozzle 52 to move along the reverse direction of pipe transportation, and relevant information is sprayed on the surface of the pipe through the code spraying machine nozzle 52.
In order to improve the stability of the whole code spraying mechanism 5 in the moving process, the invention is also provided with an auxiliary moving mechanism 7 for improving the stability of the driving mechanism 3 in the moving process along the linear guide rail 8.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, as one embodiment of the auxiliary movement mechanism 7: the auxiliary movement mechanism 7 comprises an L-shaped plate 71 which is arranged in parallel with the vertical plate 31, one end of the L-shaped plate 71 is fixedly connected with the vertical plate 31, wheels 72 and linear sliding blocks 73 are arranged at the lower ends of the L-shaped plate 71 and the vertical plate 31, the wheels 72 and the linear guide rail 8 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the linear sliding blocks 73 and the linear guide rail 8 are in sliding connection. In the present invention, two wheels 72 are mounted on the lower ends of the L-shaped plate 71 and the vertical plate 31, and the wheels 72 are symmetrically distributed around the linear guide rail 8.

the positioning mechanisms (4) and the code spraying mechanisms (5) are driven by the driving mechanism (3) to perform actions at the same time, wherein the two positioning mechanisms (4) synchronously move in opposite directions to clamp the petroleum pipe, the code spraying mechanisms (5) move downwards along the vertical direction to be close to the petroleum pipe, and after the petroleum pipe is clamped by the positioning mechanisms (4), the petroleum pipe, the positioning mechanisms (4) and the code spraying mechanisms (5) are kept relatively fixed, the code spraying mechanisms (5) finish code spraying operation on the surface of the petroleum pipe;
the driving mechanism (3) comprises vertical plates (31) and driving plates (33) arranged in front of the vertical plates (31), wherein the vertical plates (31) are provided with two, transverse plates (32) are jointly arranged at the upper ends of the two vertical plates (31), a first electric cylinder (34) is arranged at the front end of each transverse plate (32), the movable end of each first electric cylinder (34) is fixedly connected with the corresponding driving plate (33), limiting grooves (322) are formed in the front end of each transverse plate (32) in the horizontal direction, two driving grooves (331) are symmetrically formed in the front end of each driving plate (33), the middle of each driving plate (33) is used as the inner side, the two ends of each driving groove (331) are used as the outer reference direction, the driving grooves (331) are obliquely arranged in an outer low and inner high mode, and driving rods (35) are jointly and movably connected between the two driving grooves (331) and the limiting grooves (322);

the code spraying mechanism (5) comprises a mounting plate (51) and a code spraying machine nozzle (52) arranged at the front end of the mounting plate (51), and the mounting plate (51) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the driving plate (33);
the positioning mechanism (4) comprises two groups of rollers (47) which are consistent with the conveying direction of the pipe conveying mechanism (1), the two groups of rollers (47) are respectively arranged at two sides of the pipe conveying mechanism (1), each group of rollers (47) is provided with two rollers, one ends of the two rollers (47) at the same side, which deviate from the pipe conveying mechanism (1), are jointly provided with a mounting frame (41), the upper end of the mounting frame (41) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the driving rod (35), and the lower end of the mounting frame is fixedly connected with the upper end of the reinforcing rod (36); four rollers (47) are driven by a driving mechanism (3) to be attached to the outer wall of the petroleum pipe so as to clamp the petroleum pipe.
