Abstract
The invention discloses a macromolecule coating roller system with air suction control and a use method thereof, wherein the system comprises: the roller swing arm comprises two swing arms arranged in parallel and a hollow cylinder for connecting the two swing arms, and a plurality of round holes are formed in the hollow cylinder; the roller is sleeved on the hollow cylinder, and a plurality of air suction holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the roller and used for adsorbing the adhesive tape; the trachea, its one end and cavity drum through connection, the other end link to each other with the switching mechanical controller that induced drafts, and the gyro wheel links to each other with switching mechanical controller and the host computer negative pressure device that induced drafts through the trachea. The roller is additionally provided with the air suction channel, the air suction channel is communicated with the air holes on the surface of the roller, negative pressure air suction is utilized to enable the roller to better adsorb the adhesive tape, and the tail end of the adhesive tape is effectively prevented from being in an uncontrolled state. The roller wheel is made of polyurethane rubber which is high in strength, good in elasticity and 3-5 times as high in wear resistance as common rubber.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette packaging equipment, in particular to a high-molecular coating roller system with air suction control and a using method thereof.
Background
The YP13 case sealer is developed by Beijing Data tobacco complete equipment technology development company and east machine manufacturing (Kunming) company. The equipment has the advantages of high quality, good stability, high automation degree and the like. The adhesive tape packaging device is used for adhering an adhesive tape in the packaging process of the cigarette box, and the roller mainly plays a role in adhering the adhesive tape and pulling adhesive paper. However, the original roller of the machine is simple in structure, the roller is made of common materials, paper floating is easy to occur in the working process, the tail end state of the adhesive tape cannot be ensured, and the working efficiency is seriously influenced.
In view of this, it is necessary to redesign a roller to ensure production.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a high-molecular coating roller system with air suction control and a using method thereof, which overcome the defects in the prior art.

the roller swing arm comprises two swing arms arranged in parallel and a hollow cylinder for connecting the two swing arms, and a plurality of round holes are formed in the hollow cylinder;
the roller is sleeved on the hollow cylinder, and a plurality of air suction holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the roller and used for adsorbing adhesive tapes;

A use method of a high polymer coating roller system with air suction control comprises the following steps:
1) when the cigarette box moves to the roller, the host negative pressure air suction device is opened through the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller to suck air, and the roller adsorbs the head end of the adhesive tape to enable the adhesive tape to be in a tensioning state and to be ready for packaging;
2) in the packaging process, the adhesive tape can be stably and tidily stuck on the cigarette box due to the continuous effect of air suction;
3) when the packaging is finished, in order to match with the cutting of the adhesive tape, the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller adjusts, controls and increases the air suction of the roller so as to prevent the adhesive tape from drifting in the cutting process and ensure that the adhesive tape is still adsorbed on the roller after the cutting is finished;
4) and after the action is finished, closing the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller to cut off air suction.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the roller is additionally provided with the air suction channel, the air suction channel is communicated with the air holes on the surface of the roller, negative pressure air suction is utilized to enable the roller to better adsorb the adhesive tape, and the tail end of the adhesive tape is effectively prevented from being in an uncontrolled state.
(2) The roller wheel is made of polyurethane rubber which is high in strength, good in elasticity and 3-5 times as high in wear resistance as common rubber.
(3) The air suction opening and closing mechanical controller can adjust different air suction flows according to different use states, is simple to operate and has multiple functions.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a polymer-coated roller system with air suction control includes: the air suction device comprises a roller 1, an air pipe 2, an air suction opening and closing mechanical controller 3 and a host negative pressure air suction device. The following details:
the roller swing arm 4 includes two swing arms arranged in parallel and a hollow cylinder for connecting the two swing arms, and a plurality of circular holes (not shown) are formed on the hollow cylinder.
The roller 1 is sleeved on the hollow cylinder (as shown in fig. 1), and a plurality of air suction holes 11 are formed in the circumferential direction of the roller 1 for adsorbing the adhesive tape.

Furthermore, the number and the positions of the round holes formed in the hollow cylinder are opposite to those of the air suction holes 11. So as to facilitate better air suction.
Further, the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller 3 is arranged on the swing arm and used for controlling the opening, closing and size adjustment of air suction of the host negative pressure air suction device. The roller swing arm 4 is connected with the packaging machine host.
A use method of a high polymer coating roller system with air suction control comprises the following steps:
1) when the cigarette box moves to the roller 1, the main machine negative pressure air suction device is opened through the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller 3 to perform air suction, and the roller 1 adsorbs the head end of the adhesive tape to enable the adhesive tape to be in a tensioning state and to be ready for packaging;

4) after the action is finished, the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller 3 is closed to cut off the air suction. The aims of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved.

5. The polymeric coating roller system with suction control according to claim 4, wherein the number and the position of the circular holes formed on the hollow cylinder are opposite to those of the suction holes (11).
6. The polymeric coated roller system with air suction control according to claim 1, wherein the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller (3) is disposed on the swing arm for controlling opening, closing and size adjustment of the air suction of the roller (1).
7. The polymeric coating roller system with aspiration control of claim 1, wherein the roller swing arm (4) is connected to a packaging machine main frame.
8. The method of using the polymeric coated roller system with suction control as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
1) when the cigarette box runs to the roller (1), the main machine negative pressure air suction device is opened through the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller (3) to perform air suction, and the roller (1) adsorbs the head end of the adhesive tape to enable the adhesive tape to be in a tensioning state and to be ready for packaging;
2) in the packaging process, the adhesive tape can be stably and tidily stuck on the cigarette box due to the continuous effect of air suction;
3) when the packaging is finished, in order to match with the cutting of the adhesive tape, the air suction opening and closing mechanical controller (3) adjusts and controls the air suction of the enlarged roller (1) to prevent the adhesive tape from drifting in the cutting process and ensure that the adhesive tape is still adsorbed on the roller (1) after the cutting is finished;
