After the carton sealing is completed, the lifting motor A320 rotates reversely to reset, so that the carton sealing guide plate A420 resets, then the rotary conveying motor A370 is started, and the carton sealing box 900 is output to the second conveying belt 220 close to the carton sealing box through the carton sealing conveying belt A330.
The adhesive tape module B comprises a lifting electric cylinder B310 and a box sealing mechanism, wherein the lifting electric cylinder B310 is installed on a transverse plate 130, a lifting telescopic shaft 311 of the lifting electric cylinder B310 penetrates through the transverse plate 130 and then is assembled with a lifting mounting plate B111, the lifting mounting plate B111 is installed on a lifting frame B110, the lifting mounting plate B111 is also assembled with one end of a lifting frame guide rod B210, the other end of the lifting frame guide rod B210 penetrates through the transverse plate 130 and then is assembled with a guide rod bolt B211, and the lifting electric cylinder B310 can drive the lifting telescopic shaft 311 to axially move after being started, so that the lifting frame B110 is driven to synchronously move;

In the initial state, the end of the adhesive tape 800 connected to the adhesive wheel B540 is located at the position where the carton needs to be adhered (in the carton running direction) after the carton is sealed and below the position where the carton needs to be adhered. When the carton passes through adhesive wheel B540, sticky tape 800 has scribbled sticky glue one side and bonds with the carton, along with the removal of carton, unreels the motor and slowly rotates to release sticky tape 800 on the sticky tape roll 801 gradually so that sticky tape 800 encapsulates the carton, cut off sticky tape 800 after the carton passes adhesive wheel B540, accomplish sticky. In the gluing process, the adhesive tape 800 is pressed on the carton by the adhesive wheel B540 all the time, so that the adhesive tape is ensured to be tightly adhered to the carton.
Preferably, the adhesive wheel B540 is provided with an adhesive sliding hole B541, an adhesive air guide groove B542 and an adhesive communication hole B544, the adhesive air guide groove B542 is arranged along the length direction of the adhesive sliding hole B541, but does not completely penetrate through the adhesive sliding hole B541 in the axial direction, one end of the adhesive sliding hole B541 penetrates through the adhesive wheel B540, the other end of the adhesive sliding hole B541 is communicated with one end of the adhesive communication hole B544, and the other end of the adhesive communication hole B544 is communicated with the wheel axle ring groove B561; an adhesive limiting ring B543 is mounted at one end, far away from the adhesive communication hole B544, of the adhesive sliding hole B541, an adhesive sliding ring B820 is mounted in the adhesive sliding hole B541 in a clamping, sealing and slidable mode, the adhesive sliding ring B820 is sleeved outside the adsorption shaft B810, a suction hole B811 is axially arranged inside the adsorption shaft B810, one end, close to the adhesive communication hole B544, of the suction hole B811 is a closed end and is communicated with one end of the air inlet hole B812, and the other end of the air inlet hole B812 penetrates through the adsorption shaft B810. The viscose sliding ring B820 cannot penetrate through the viscose limiting ring B543, the position, close to the viscose limiting ring B543, of the viscose sliding hole B541 is not provided with a viscose air guide groove B542, and in an initial state, the viscose sliding ring B820 and the viscose limiting ring B543 are not provided with the viscose air guide groove B542 in a sealing assembly mode. And a return spring B730 is arranged between the end faces of the adhesive slip ring B820 and the adhesive slip hole B541 close to the adhesive communication hole B544, and the return spring B730 is used for applying elastic force to the adhesive slip ring B820 to push the adhesive limiting ring B543.

When in use, the inside of the negative pressure tank is communicated with the adhesive sliding hole B541. When the adhesive tape 800 is required to be tightly sucked on the air suction hole B811, the adhesive tape is only required to be pressed towards the adsorption shaft B810, so that the adsorption shaft B810 drives the adhesive slip ring B820 to move towards the adhesive slip hole B541 until the adhesive slip ring B820 and the adhesive air guide groove B542 are assembled, at this time, the air inlet hole B812 is communicated with the inside of the negative pressure tank through the adhesive air guide groove B542, and negative pressure is generated at the air suction hole B811 to tightly suck the adhesive tape. When the carton passes through the adhesive wheel B540, the carton draws the adhesive tape, so that the adhesive tape is separated from the air suction hole B811, the adhesive tape is continuously adhered to the carton along with the traction of the carton, and when the adhesive wheel is pressed on the carton, the air suction hole B811 is restored to be tightly sucked with the adhesive tape, but because the suction force is not enough to resist the traction force of the carton on the adhesive tape, the adhesive wheel only compresses the adhesive tape on the carton, after the carton passes through the adhesive wheel, the adhesive tape is restored to be tightly sucked with the air suction hole B811, the adhesive tape is cut off at the moment, and then the next adhesive packaging is waited.
The outside of the adhesive wheel B540 is sleeved with a sealing sleeve B550, and the sealing sleeve B550 seals the opening end of the adhesive sliding hole B541, seals the adsorption shaft B810 and can be assembled in an axial sliding mode.
The cutting mechanism B400 comprises a cutting support B410, the cutting support B410 is installed on the lifting frame B110, a cutting support plate B411 is installed on the cutting support B410, a cutting bolt B230 penetrates through the cutting support plate B411 and a cutting adjusting frame B420 and then is assembled with a cutting nut B231, therefore, the cutting support B410 and the cutting adjusting frame B420 are assembled and fixed, the included angle between the cutting support B410 and the cutting adjusting frame B420 can be adjusted after the cutting nut B231 is loosened, and later debugging is facilitated.
The cutting adjusting frame B420 is provided with a debugging support plate B421, the debugging support plate B421 is provided with a cutting installation seat B422, the cutting installation seat B422 is provided with a cutting electric cylinder B330, a cutting telescopic shaft B331 of the cutting electric cylinder B330 penetrates through the cutting installation seat B422 and then is assembled and fixed with a cutting sliding end B332, the cutting sliding end B332 is clamped and slidably installed in a cutting side moving groove B452, the cutting side moving groove B452 is also clamped and slidably assembled with a cutting guide sliding end B242, the cutting guide sliding end B242 is installed at one end of a cutting guide rod B240, the other end of the cutting guide rod B240 penetrates through the cutting installation seat B422 and then is assembled with a cutting limit nut B241, and the cutting guide rod B240 and the cutting installation seat B422 are axially slidably assembled.
The cutting-off side moving groove B452 is arranged on a cutting-off seat B450, a cutting-off knife board B460 is arranged on the cutting-off seat B450, a plurality of cutting-off sharp teeth B461 are arranged on the cutting-off knife board B460, two ends of the cutting-off seat B450 are respectively assembled with a cutting-off wheel board B451 and one end of a cutting-off side moving shaft B250, the other end of the cutting-off side moving shaft B250 is sleeved with a cutting-off spring B720 and penetrates out of a cutting-off slide block B470, the cutting-off slide block B470 is assembled with a cutting-off slide groove B441 in a clamping and sliding manner, the cutting-off slide groove B441 is arranged on a cutting-off guide block B440, the cutting-off guide block B440 is arranged on one end of a cutting-mounting seat B422, the cutting-off spring B720 is used for applying elastic force for preventing the cutting-off seat B450 from moving to the cutting-off guide block B440, a cutting-off travel switch B340 is arranged at the bottom of the cutting-off slide groove B441, a triggering end, the industrial personal computer judges that the cutting is in place, so that the cutting telescopic shaft stops to continue to extend.
The cutting wheel plate B451 is assembled with a cutting wheel shaft B830, a cutting wheel B831 is sleeved on the cutting wheel shaft B830 in a circumferential rotating mode, the cutting wheel B831 is tightly pressed with a cutting chute B431, the cutting chute B431 is arranged on a cutting side moving block B430, the cutting side moving block B430 is installed on a cutting installation seat B422, and the cutting chute B431 is gradually inclined towards the cutting side moving block B430 from one end assembled with the cutting installation seat B422 to the other end. When the cutting seat B450 moves to the cutting travel switch, the cutting chute B431 drives the cutting seat B450 to move to the cutting side moving block B430, so that the cutting knife plate B460 moves in the axial direction of the cutting guide rod and the cutting side moving shaft, and the cutting sharp teeth B461 pierce the adhesive tape 800 and then move axially along with the cutting side moving shaft to completely cut the adhesive tape 800. The design enables the adhesive tape not to have the problem of continuous cutting, simultaneously enables the adhesive tape to be cut more easily, and enables the pulling force generated at the position of the air suction hole for sucking the adhesive tape to be smaller, thereby preventing the adhesive tape from falling off from the air suction hole to cause faults.

The adhesive tape module as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a lifting electric cylinder, wherein the lifting electric cylinder is mounted on a transverse plate, the transverse plate is mounted on a second vertical plate, a lifting telescopic shaft of the lifting electric cylinder penetrates through the transverse plate and then is assembled with a lifting mounting plate, the lifting mounting plate is mounted on a lifting frame, the lifting mounting plate is further assembled with one end of a guide rod of the lifting frame, and the other end of the guide rod of the lifting frame penetrates through the transverse plate and then is assembled with a guide rod bolt; the lifting frame is provided with a packaging mechanism.
3. The module of claim 2, wherein in the initial state, the tape is attached to the adhesive wheel at an end of the carton in the direction of travel of the carton that is to be sealed and below the location of the carton that is to be glued.

The module of claim 1, wherein the adhesive wheel is provided with an adhesive sliding hole, an adhesive air guide groove and an adhesive communication hole, the adhesive air guide groove is arranged along the length direction of the adhesive sliding hole but does not penetrate through the adhesive sliding hole in the axial direction, one end of the adhesive sliding hole penetrates through the adhesive wheel, the other end of the adhesive sliding hole is communicated with one end of the adhesive communication hole, and the other end of the adhesive communication hole is communicated with the wheel shaft ring groove; the end, far away from the viscose intercommunicating pore, of the viscose sliding hole is provided with a viscose limiting ring, the viscose sliding ring is clamped, sealed and slidably arranged in the viscose sliding hole, the viscose sliding ring is sleeved outside the adsorption shaft, an air suction hole is arranged in the adsorption shaft along the axial direction of the adsorption shaft, one end, close to the viscose intercommunicating pore, of the air suction hole is a closed end, the end is communicated with one end of an air inlet hole, and the other end of the air inlet hole penetrates through the adsorption shaft; the air inlet hole is not communicated with the viscose slide hole in the initial state;
the viscose slip ring can not penetrate through the viscose limiting ring, the viscose slip hole is not provided with a viscose air guide groove at the position close to the viscose limiting ring, and the viscose slip ring and the viscose limiting ring are assembled in a sealing mode at the position not provided with the viscose air guide groove in the initial state; the viscose slide hole is directly or indirectly communicated with the negative pressure in the negative pressure pipe.

The adhesive tape module as claimed in claim 4, wherein a return spring is installed between the adhesive slip ring and the end face of the adhesive slip hole close to the adhesive communication hole, and the return spring is used for applying elastic force to the adhesive slip ring to push the adhesive limit ring.

The adhesive tape module as claimed in claim 4, wherein the wheel axle ring groove is disposed on the adhesive wheel axle, the adhesive wheel axle is further provided with an adhesive air passage and an adhesive air hole, the adhesive air hole connects the adhesive air passage and the wheel axle ring groove, one end of the adhesive air passage is sealed by a sealing plug, the other end of the adhesive air passage is sealed and communicated with the inner side of the air cap, the air cap is mounted on the adhesive connecting plate corresponding to the air cap, the inner part of the air cap is communicated with one end of the air pipe, the other end of the air pipe is connected with the air valve in series and then is connected into the negative pressure tank, and the inside of the.
