In another aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a control method of a 3D printer, the 3D printer including a printing platform 1, a projection device 2, an adjustment device 3, an image acquisition device 4, and a control device, the control method including:
s1: and receiving target parameters sent by the input device, and adjusting the initial image according to the target parameters, wherein the target parameters comprise printing precision and/or target size.
S2: controlling the projection device 2 to emit light and form an initial image on the printing platform 1;
s3: the control adjustment device 3 adjusts the size of the initial image.
S31: controlling the image acquisition device 4 to acquire a platform image in real time so as to obtain a real-time image;
S32: calculating the size of the real-time image and comparing the size with the target size;
s33: if the size of the real-time image is larger than the target size, controlling the adjusting device 3 to reduce the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size; if the size of the real-time image is smaller than the target size, the adjusting device 3 is controlled to enlarge the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size.
The 3D printer provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust the size of an initial picture formed on the printing platform 1, so as to change the size of a printed product, and has obvious advantages particularly for high-precision small-size printed parts. The printing precision of the existing printer is 50um, and the 3D printer in the embodiment can provide 20-100um printing precision, so that the application range of the printer is greatly increased, and the application experience is improved.

A 3D printer comprising a printing platform (1), a reflecting mirror (8), a projecting device (2), an adjusting device (3), a control device, an image acquisition device (4) and an input device, wherein the projecting device (2) emits light and propagates to the printing platform (1) after being reflected by the reflecting mirror (8), a picture is formed on the printing platform (1), the adjusting device (3) is arranged on an optical path between the projecting device (2) and the reflecting mirror (8), the projecting device (2) and the adjusting device (3) are respectively and electrically connected with the control device, the control device controls the projecting device (2) to emit light and form an initial picture on the printing platform (1), the image acquisition device (4) is arranged towards the printing platform (1) to acquire a real-time picture (6) formed on the printing platform (1) when the initial picture is adjusted by the adjusting device (3), the image acquisition device (4) is electrically connected with the control device to transmit the acquired picture to the control device (6) to a pre-store the size of the picture in the control device (6) for controlling the size of the image acquisition device (3) to be set in advance, the input device is used for obtaining a target size selected by clicking of a user, the control device compares the size of the real-time picture (6) with the target size, and based on a comparison result, the control device controls the adjusting device (3) to adjust the size of the real-time picture (6) to the target size, wherein the target size is the target size selected by clicking of the user.
2. 3D printer according to claim 1, further comprising input means electrically connected to the control means for a user to input target parameters, the control means controlling the adjustment means (3) to adjust the size of the initial screen based on the target parameters, the target parameters comprising printing accuracy and/or target size.
3. 3D printer according to claim 1, characterized in that when the size of the real-time screen (6) is larger than the target size, the control means controls the adjustment means (3) to reduce the size of the real-time screen (6) so that the real-time screen (6) size reaches the target size;
When the size of the real-time screen (6) is smaller than the target size, the control device controls the adjustment device (3) to enlarge the size of the real-time screen (6) so that the real-time screen (6) size reaches the target size.
4. 3D printer according to claim 1, characterized in that the printing platform (1) is provided with a scale (5), the image acquisition device (4) acquires the image of the printing platform (1), the real-time picture (6) and the image of the scale are in the image of the printing platform (1), and the control device parses the image of the printing platform (1) to acquire the size of the real-time picture.

A control method of a 3D printer, wherein the 3D printer includes a printing platform (1), a projection device (2), an adjusting device (3), a control device, an image acquisition device (4) and an input device, the projection device (2) emits light and propagates onto the printing platform (1) after being reflected by a reflecting mirror (8), and forms a picture on the printing platform (1), the adjusting device (3) is disposed on an optical path between the projection device (2) and the reflecting mirror (8), the control method includes:
controlling the projection device (2) to emit light and form an initial image on the printing platform (1);
controlling an image acquisition device (4) to acquire a platform image in real time so as to obtain a real-time image;
Calculating the size of the real-time image and comparing the size with a target size;
If the size of the real-time image is larger than the target size, controlling the adjusting device (3) to shrink the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size; if the size of the real-time image is smaller than the target size, controlling the adjusting device (3) to amplify the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size;
The control device can be pre-stored with a plurality of target sizes for operators to select, and the operators click to select the pre-stored target sizes for printing, wherein the target sizes are the target sizes selected by the operators.
