when the size of the real-time picture 6 is smaller than the target size, the control means controls the adjusting means 3 to enlarge the size of the real-time picture 6 so that the size of the real-time picture 6 reaches the target size.
The printing platform 1 is provided with a scale 5, the image acquisition device 4 acquires an image of the printing platform 1, the real-time picture 6 and the image of the scale are in the image of the printing platform 1, and the control device analyzes the image of the printing platform 1 to acquire the size of the real-time picture.
Wherein, projection arrangement 2 is the ray apparatus, and adjusting device 3 includes zoom and driving motor, and the zoom includes the lens, and the zoom sets up on the output of ray apparatus to make the light that the ray apparatus sent shine to print platform via the lens, the lens is connected with driving motor, and controlling means is connected with driving motor electricity, drives the lens in the light-emitting direction of ray apparatus and removes with the focus of adjustment zoom in order to control driving motor.
In another aspect of the present embodiment, a control method for a 3D printer is provided, where the 3D printer includes a printing platform 1, a projection apparatus 2, an adjustment apparatus 3, an image acquisition apparatus 4, and a control apparatus, and the control method includes:
s1: and receiving target parameters sent by an input device, and adjusting the initial image according to the target parameters, wherein the target parameters comprise printing precision and/or target size.
S2: controlling the projection device 2 to emit light and form an initial image on the printing platform 1;
s3: the control adjustment means 3 adjusts the size of the initial image.
S31: controlling the image acquisition device 4 to acquire a platform image in real time to obtain a real-time image;
s32: calculating the size of the real-time image and comparing the size with the target size;
s33: if the size of the real-time image is larger than the target size, controlling the adjusting device 3 to reduce the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size; if the size of the real-time image is smaller than the target size, the adjusting device 3 is controlled to enlarge the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size.
The 3D printer provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust the size of the initial picture formed on the printing platform 1, further change the size of a printed product, and has obvious advantages particularly for high-precision small-size printed products. The printing precision of current printer is at 50um, and the 3D printer in this embodiment can provide 20-100 um's printing precision, greatly increased the application range of printer, improved and used experience.
It is readily understood by a person skilled in the art that the advantageous ways described above can be freely combined, superimposed without conflict.

The 3D printer according to claim 3, wherein the control device obtains a size of the real-time picture (6), the control device compares the size of the real-time picture (6) with a target size, and based on the comparison result, the control device controls the adjustment device (3) to adjust the size of the real-time picture (6), wherein the target size is one of the target parameter, a parameter calculated from the target parameter, and a prestored parameter.
5. The 3D printer according to claim 4, characterized in that when the size of the real-time picture (6) is larger than the target size, the control means controls the adjusting means (3) to reduce the size of the real-time picture (6) so that the real-time picture (6) size reaches the target size;
when the size of the real-time picture (6) is smaller than the target size, the control device controls the adjusting device (3) to enlarge the size of the real-time picture (6) so that the size of the real-time picture (6) reaches the target size.

The 3D printer according to claim 4, characterized in that a scale (5) is arranged on the printing platform (1), the image acquisition device (4) acquires the image of the printing platform (1), the real-time picture (6) and the image of the scale are in the image of the printing platform (1), and the control device parses the image of the printing platform (1) to acquire the size of the real-time picture.

receiving target parameters sent by the input device, and adjusting the initial image according to the target parameters, wherein the target parameters comprise printing precision and/or target size.
10. The control method according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the 3D printer further comprises an image acquisition device (4), the control method further comprising:
controlling an image acquisition device (4) to acquire a platform image in real time to obtain a real-time image;
calculating the size of the real-time image and comparing the size with a target size;
if the size of the real-time image is larger than the target size, controlling the adjusting device (3) to reduce the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size; and if the size of the real-time image is smaller than the target size, controlling the adjusting device (3) to amplify the real-time image until the size of the real-time image reaches the target size.
