Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lithium batteries, in particular to equipment for producing a lithium battery.
Background
A lithium ion battery: is a secondary battery (rechargeable battery) that operates by mainly relying on lithium ions moving between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. During charging and discharging, Li + is inserted and extracted back and forth between two electrodes: during charging, Li + is extracted from the positive electrode and is inserted into the negative electrode through the electrolyte, and the negative electrode is in a lithium-rich state; the opposite is true during discharge. The battery generally adopts a material containing lithium element as an electrode, and is a representative of modern high-performance batteries. Lithium batteries are classified into lithium batteries and lithium ion batteries. Lithium ion batteries are used in mobile phones and notebook computers, and are commonly called as lithium batteries, but real lithium batteries are rarely applied to daily electronic products due to high danger. Most of negative electrode materials in the lithium battery are made of materials such as graphite and carbon, the negative electrode materials need to be smashed when the lithium battery is used, and the existing smashing device has some defects in the using process, such as incomplete smashing. In view of this, the present application is proposed.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other; the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left" and "right", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the positions or elements referred to must have specific orientations, be constructed in specific orientations, and be operated, and thus are not to be construed as limitations of the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an apparatus for producing a lithium battery, including:
a shell 1, which is provided with a feeding hole 101.
The supporting piece 2 is arranged in the shell and is positioned below the feeding hole; the upper surface of the support member is provided with a plurality of protrusions 201.
And the stamping part 3 is positioned in the shell and is arranged above the bulge.
And a first power part 4 which can be an air cylinder is in transmission connection with the stamping part.
The material to be crushed enters through the feeding hole, falls on the supporting piece, and is driven to continuously lift by the first power part to crush the material. The protruding setting of cooperation, the comminuted is thorough, and is effectual.
In order to facilitate the material to enter the lower part of the stamping part and push the crushed material away, the equipment further comprises:
and the push plate 5 is arranged in the shell and is arranged on the support piece.
And the second power part 6 can be an air cylinder and is used for driving the push plate to be close to or far away from the bulge. With reference to fig. 1, the second power part drives the push plate to move left and right continuously, so that the material falling on the support part is pushed to the lower part of the support part, and the crushed material below the support part is pushed to the right, thereby facilitating continuous processing operation.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the protrusions are distributed in a matrix; the push plate is provided with a through hole 501 for the protrusion to pass through. After the material is crushed, fine material is accumulated between the two rows of bulges, namely the P area. Combine figure 3, through the setting of push pedal like this, can effectually push away the material of P department, avoid piling up, avoid influencing crushing effect.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
two squeeze rollers 7 arranged in the housing for receiving material sliding off the support.
And the third power unit can be a motor and is used for driving the two squeezing rollers to rotate. After the material is smashed, fall between two squeeze rolls, utilize third power pack to drive two squeeze rolls and rotate, further to comminuted, more thorough, the effect is better.
Further, the apparatus comprises a screen 8, which is arranged obliquely and is located in the housing below the two squeeze rolls. The material after smashing falls into the filter screen, filters the material, distinguishes the material of the different granule of size, makes things convenient for follow-up categorised collection.
Further, the apparatus further comprises a fourth power unit 9, which may be a cylinder; one end of the filter screen is movably connected with the shell, and the other end of the filter screen is in transmission connection with the fourth power unit. Utilize the right-hand member of fourth power pack drive filter screen constantly to go up and down, the shake filter screen improves the filter effect.
Further, the device also comprises a baffle 10 which is positioned in the shell and connected with the bottom wall of the shell, and the baffle is positioned below the filter screen. The baffle is divided into different areas in the shell, large-particle materials are collected on the left side, and small-particle materials are collected on the right side. Convenient classification, avoid obscuring.
