Abstract

The tibia intramedullary nail comprises a first sleeve 100, a second sleeve 200 and a positioning piece, wherein a first extension plate 110 extending outwards along the axial direction of the first sleeve 100 is arranged on one side of the end part of the first sleeve 100, a second extension plate 210 extending outwards along the axial direction of the second sleeve 200 is arranged on one side of the end part of the second sleeve 200, the first sleeve 100 and the second sleeve 200 are oppositely arranged and used for penetrating the first extension plate 110 into the second sleeve 200, the second extension plate 210 is penetrated into the first sleeve 100, the length of the first extension plate 110 penetrating into the second sleeve 200 and the length of the second extension plate 210 penetrating into the first sleeve 100 are adjusted, and the first sleeve 100 and the second extension plate 210 and the first extension plate 110 are positioned by means of the positioning piece so as to match the areas of different fractures.

As an embodiment of the tibial intramedullary nail provided in the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning member includes two fastening nails 300, and both fastening nails 300 are located between the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 and are disposed near the end of the first sleeve 100 and near the end of the second sleeve 200, respectively.
In this embodiment, the two fasteners 300 are screws, respectively, and the two fasteners 300 penetrate the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 and are fastened to the tibia to keep them stable. In this embodiment, the tapered peg not only can facilitate its attachment to the tibia. Similarly, since the diameter of the end of the taper pin is smaller than the distance between the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210, the diameter of the root of the taper pin is larger than the distance between the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210, so that the taper pin can smoothly enter the gap between the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210, and continuously drills into the tibia through the taper pin, so that the diameter of the taper pin part between the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 is gradually increased, and finally, the effect of simultaneously extruding the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 is achieved, and the relative stability of the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 is ensured.
As an embodiment of the tibial intramedullary nail provided by the present invention, the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 are rigid spring plates.
In this embodiment, the rigid elastic sheet has a certain elasticity and a certain rigidity, the rigidity of the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 can provide a supporting force for the fracture of tibia, and the elasticity of the first extension plate 110 and the second extension plate 210 can make the stability of the first extension plate 110 penetrating into the second sleeve 200 and the second extension plate 210 penetrating into the first sleeve 100 better.
As an embodiment of the tibial intramedullary nail provided in the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the inner sidewall of the first sleeve 100 and/or the outer sidewall of the second extension plate 210 is provided with a first damping layer 120.
In this embodiment, the first damping layer 120 is disposed on the inner side wall of the first sleeve 100, or disposed on the outer side wall of the second extension plate 210, or disposed on both the inner side wall of the first sleeve 100 and the outer side wall of the second extension plate 210, so as to improve the friction force of the second extension plate 210 penetrating into the first sleeve 100 and improve the stability of the two.
Alternatively, the first damping layer 120 may have a tooth-shaped structure or a bump structure, and may be engaged with each other in a two-by-two manner, or may be engaged with the smooth surface in any one manner, so as to improve the friction between the outer wall of the second extension plate 210 and the inner wall of the first sleeve 100.
As an embodiment of the tibial intramedullary nail provided in the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the inner sidewall of the second sleeve 200 and/or the outer sidewall of the first extension plate 110 is provided with a second damping layer 220.
In this embodiment, the second damping layer 220 is disposed on the inner side wall of the second sleeve 200, or disposed on the outer side wall of the first extension plate 110, or disposed on both the inner side wall of the second sleeve 200 and the outer side wall of the first extension plate 110, so as to improve the friction force of the first extension plate 110 penetrating into the second sleeve 200 and improve the stability of the two.
Alternatively, the second damping layer 220 may have a tooth-shaped structure or a bump structure, may be in butt fit with each other, or may be in a smooth fit with any manner, so as to improve the friction between the outer wall of the first extension plate 110 and the inner wall of the second sleeve 200.
As an embodiment of the tibial intramedullary nail provided by the present invention, the first sleeve 100 is integrally formed with the first extension plate 110.

5. The tibial intramedullary nail of claim 3, wherein the inner side wall of the second sleeve and/or the outer side wall of the first expansion plate is provided with a second damping layer.
6. The tibial intramedullary nail of any one of claims 1-2, wherein the first sleeve is integrally formed with the first expansion plate.
7. The tibial intramedullary nail of any one of claims 1-2, wherein the second sleeve is integrally formed with the second expansion plate.
8. The tibial intramedullary nail of any one of claims 1-2, wherein an end of the first sleeve distal from the first expansion plate and an end of the second sleeve distal from the second expansion plate are each provided with a closed tapered end.
