In this embodiment, a gap of 2mm in width is provided between the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22, and the partition plate 2 penetrates from one side of the conveying mechanism to the opposite side for convenience. In order to ensure that the partition plate 2 can pass through the first and second cavities 113 and 123 without falling after passing through, the length of the fourth side plate 24 is set to be greater than the width of the first and second conveyor belts 112 and 122, the length of the first side plate 21 is smaller than the length of the first conveyor belt 112 but greater than the distance between the sides of the two first conveyor wheels 111 that are adjacent to each other, the width of the first side plate 21 is smaller than the height of the first conveyor belt 112, the length of the second side plate 22 is smaller than the length of the second conveyor belt 122 but greater than the distance between the sides of the two second conveyor wheels 121 that are adjacent to each other, and the width of the second side plate 22 is smaller than the height of the second conveyor belt 122; and the length of the third side plate 23 is equal to the distance between the bottom surface of the upper part of the first conveyor belt 112 and the top surface of the lower part of the second conveyor belt 122, so that the two fourth side plates 24 just abut against the upper part of the first conveyor belt 112 and the lower part of the second conveyor belt 122, respectively, and do not fall.
As shown in fig. 1-2, 5-6 and 9, the bifurcation opening assembly is located at the end of the first side plate 21 near the hook 5 for placing the adhesive film 6 to be adhered, the bifurcation opening assembly comprises an opening part 31 and a leveling part 32 which are connected with each other, one end of the leveling part 32 is fixedly connected with the adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism 4, the side edge of the opening part 31 near the conveying mechanism and the inner side surface of the leveling part 32 near the conveying mechanism are located on the same plane, the bifurcation opening assembly is separated from the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22, and the distance from the bifurcation opening assembly to the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 is equal to the thickness of the upper bifurcation surface 51 and the lower bifurcation surface 52 of the hook 5, so that the hook 5 can be blocked, and the hook 5 is prevented from falling from the conveying mechanism. The opening portion 31 includes a first inclined surface 311 and a second inclined surface 312, the first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 312 are overlapped near the side edge of the conveying mechanism to form a knife edge-like knife edge portion, the distance between the first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 312 gradually increases from the side edge near the conveying mechanism to the other side edge, and the overlapped part of the side edges is convenient for being inserted between the two bifurcation surfaces of the hook 5 so that the two bifurcation surfaces are respectively located above and below the opening portion 31. Further, the distance between the both ends of the first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 312 on the side away from the conveying mechanism gradually increases from the end away from the flat portion 32 to the end close to the flat portion 32; the horizontal distance between the two ends of the first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 312, which are far away from the conveying mechanism, is smaller than the horizontal distance between the two ends of the side, which is close to the conveying mechanism, so that the upper and lower bifurcation surfaces can be gradually opened when the hook 5 continues to travel; the inner side surface of the flattening portion 32, which is close to the conveying mechanism, can be attached to the upper bifurcation surface 51 and the lower bifurcation surface 52 of the hook 5, so that the two bifurcation surfaces are completely opened and form a state parallel to the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22, and further, in the process of continuously conveying the hook 5, after the hook 5 leaves the flattening portion 32, the hook 5 can be directly attached to the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22, and the state parallel to the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 is always kept. The flattening portion 32 includes a third inclined surface 321 provided as an arcuate surface.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 7-9, the adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism 4 comprises a pressing wheel 41, a first guide groove 42, a second guide groove 43 and a heating block 44. The first guide groove 42 and the second guide groove 43 are juxtaposed, and the first guide groove 42 is located above the second guide groove 43, so that not only can the double-layer adhesive film 6 be simultaneously conducted, but also the upper bifurcation surface 51 and the lower bifurcation surface 52 can be simultaneously bonded. The first guide groove 42 and the second guide groove 43 comprise a bending part and a horizontal part, and the heating block 44 is fixedly connected with the horizontal parts of the first guide groove 42 and the second guide groove 43, so that the adhesive film 6 connected with the adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism 4 can be heated and melted conveniently; the bending parts of the first guide groove 42 and the second guide groove 43 are fixedly connected with the periphery of the pressing wheel 41, and the pressing wheel 41 is used for hot-pressing the adhesive film on the upper bifurcation surface 51 and the lower bifurcation surface 52 of the hook tab 5 after the bifurcation guiding assembly is opened through rotation. The bending parts of the first guide groove 42 and the second guide groove 43 are close to the third inclined surface 321, the third inclined surface 321 of the arc-shaped surface is convenient to be matched with the bending parts and the pinch roller 41, so that the whole of the first guide groove 42, the second guide groove 43 and the pinch roller 41 is closer to two bifurcation surfaces of the hook 5, and the adhesive film 6 can be smoothly adhered to the two bifurcation surfaces of the hook 5 through extrusion of the pinch roller 41.
The working process of the device for attaching the adhesive film at the crotch of the bra loop in this embodiment is as follows:
the tab 5, which has not yet adhered the adhesive film 6, is placed on the upper surface of the portion of the second conveyor belt 122 beyond the first conveyor belt 112 such that the end of the crotch of the tab 5 is exposed 8mm to the side of the second conveyor belt 122, at which time, along with the conveyance of the first conveyor belt 112 and the second conveyor belt 122, the tab 5 is driven to move in a direction approaching the crotch opening assembly. When the tab 5 reaches the opening portion 31 of the bifurcated opening assembly, the crotch of the tab 5 is gradually opened to form an upper crotch 51 and a lower crotch 52, and is pressed against the surfaces of the first and second side plates 21 and 22 by the flat portion 32. After the adhesive film 6 is connected to the first guide groove 42 and the second guide groove 43 of the adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism 4, the adhesive film 6 starts to be conveyed to the direction close to the hook tab 5 and is heated and melted, and the adhesive film 6 is attached to the upper bifurcation surface 51 and the lower bifurcation surface 52 of the hook tab 5 conveyed to the position opposite to the pinch roller 41 by rotating and extruding the pinch roller 41 at the pinch roller 41 of the adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism 4. The hooks of the adhesive film 6 are continuously transferred forward and collected as the first and second conveyors 112 and 122 are driven.

Claims (9)

1. The device for attaching the adhesive film at the crotch of the bra hook is characterized by comprising a conveying mechanism, a partition plate and a crotch opening assembly, wherein the partition plate comprises a first side plate and a second side plate which are positioned on the same vertical plane, a gap is arranged between the first side plate and the second side plate, the partition plate penetrates through the conveying mechanism through the gap, the first side plate and the second side plate are positioned on the side surface of the conveying mechanism, the length directions of the first side plate and the second side plate are parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, and the plane where the first side plate and the second side plate are positioned is perpendicular to the conveying plane formed by the hook in the conveying mechanism; the bifurcation opening assembly comprises an opening part and a flattening part which are connected with each other, the bifurcation opening assembly is separated from the first side plate and/or the second side plate, and the inner side surface of the flattening part is parallel to the first side plate and/or the second side plate; the furcation opening component is used for opening the furcation position of the hook tab to form an upper furcation surface and a lower furcation surface;
The guide part comprises a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane, the two sides of the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane, which are close to the conveying mechanism, are overlapped, and the distance between the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane is gradually increased from the side, which is close to the conveying mechanism, to the other side; the distance between the two ends of one side, far away from the conveying mechanism, of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface gradually increases from one end far away from the flattening part to one end close to the flattening part; the horizontal distance between the two ends of one side of the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane, which are far away from the conveying mechanism, is smaller than the horizontal distance between the two ends of one side of the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane, which are close to the conveying mechanism.

The device for attaching adhesive film at crotch of a bra loop of claim 1, wherein said transfer mechanism comprises a first transfer portion and a second transfer portion, said first transfer portion being positioned on said second transfer portion, one end of said first transfer portion being flush with one end of said second transfer portion.

The device for attaching adhesive film at crotch of bra loop according to claim 2, wherein said first conveying part comprises two first conveying wheels at two ends and a first conveying belt sleeved on the peripheries of the two first conveying wheels; the second conveying part comprises two second conveying wheels at two ends and a second conveying belt sleeved on the peripheries of the two second conveying wheels; the travelling direction of the first conveyor belt is opposite to the travelling direction of the second conveyor belt, the distance between the two second conveyor wheels is larger than the distance between the two first conveyor wheels, and the plane where the first side plate and the second side plate are located is perpendicular to the first conveyor belt or the second conveyor belt.

The device for attaching adhesive film at the crotch of a bra loop according to claim 3, wherein the partition plate comprises a connecting portion, the connecting portion comprises a third side plate and two fourth side plates respectively located at two ends of the third side plate, one end of one of the two fourth side plates away from the third side plate is fixedly connected with the side edge of the first side plate away from the second side plate, the other end of the other one of the two fourth side plates away from the third side plate is fixedly connected with the side edge of the second side plate away from the first side plate, and the two fourth side plates are perpendicular to the first side plate and/or the second side plate.

The device for attaching adhesive films to the crotch of a bra loop according to claim 1, comprising an adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism, wherein the adhesive film heating and conducting mechanism comprises a pressing wheel, a first guide groove, a second guide groove and a heating block, the first guide groove and the second guide groove both comprise a bending part and a horizontal part, the heating block is fixedly connected with the horizontal parts of the first guide groove and the second guide groove, the bending parts of the first guide groove and the second guide groove are fixedly connected with the periphery of the pressing wheel, the first guide groove and the second guide groove are arranged in parallel, and the first guide groove is positioned on the second guide groove; the pressing wheel is used for hot-pressing the adhesive film on the upper bifurcation surface and the lower bifurcation surface of the hook tab after being opened by the bifurcation opening assembly through rotation.
6. The device for attaching adhesive film at crotch of a bra loop of claim 5, wherein said flattened portion comprises a third sloped surface, said third sloped surface being arcuate, and wherein the curved portions of said first and second channels are adjacent said third sloped surface.

The device for attaching adhesive film on a crotch of a bra loop according to claim 6, wherein the crotch opening assembly is located at an end of the first side plate, a side of the crotch opening assembly adjacent to the conveying mechanism is located on the same plane as an inner side of the flat portion adjacent to the conveying mechanism, and a distance from the crotch opening assembly to the partition plate is equal to a thickness of an upper crotch surface and/or a lower crotch surface of the loop.

The apparatus for adhesive film attachment at a crotch of a brassiere according to claim 4, wherein one of two of said fourth side plates extends through a first cavity formed in an inner surface of said first conveyor in a direction perpendicular to said first conveyor, the remaining one of two of said fourth side plates extends through a second cavity formed in an inner surface of said second conveyor in a direction perpendicular to said second conveyor, and a length of said third side plate is equal to a distance between a bottom surface of an upper portion of said first conveyor to a top surface of a lower portion of said second conveyor, and a length of said fourth side plate is greater than a width of said conveyor.
9. The apparatus for adhesive film attachment at a crotch of a bra loop of claim 4, wherein the length of said first side panel is less than or equal to the length of said first conveyor belt and the width of said first side panel is less than the height of said first conveyor belt; the length of the second side plate is smaller than or equal to the length of the second conveyor belt, and the width of the second side plate is smaller than the height of the second conveyor belt; the length of the first side plate is smaller than that of the second side plate.
