技术领域
本发明涉及消毒液技术领域,特别涉及一种环保酵素消毒液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,人们群众卫生意识逐渐提高,消毒杀菌产品需求量猛增。诸多方面均对消毒产品有需求,诸如饮用水消毒、食品消毒、动物养殖环境的消毒、皮肤表层消毒等。
常见的消毒剂有液氯、次氯酸盐、过氧乙酸、过氧化氢、乙醇等消毒剂,具有杀菌能力强,价格低等优势。但是,氯消毒产生多种消毒副产物,运输、贮存、使用过程中,存在较大风险;过氧乙酸和过氧化氢则存在稳定性较差、保质期短的问题;高浓度的乙醇则对皮肤、黏膜、伤口及创面有较大刺激。
因此,提供一种消毒效果好、无毒副作用、质量稳定的消毒液有着很大的现实意义和经济意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种环保酵素消毒液,具有广谱消毒效果、无毒副作用、质量稳定。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种制备上述环保酵素消毒液的制备方法。
本发明要解决的技术问题之三是提供一种上述环保酵素消毒液的应用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种环保酵素消毒液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸20-35%、苹果酸10-20%、酒石酸10-20%、余量为抗菌发酵提取物;
其中,所述抗菌发酵提取物由下列步骤制得:
(1)取桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和/或树皮加水进行沸腾煮制3min-20min,得煮制后液;
(2)待煮制后液冷却以后,添加发酵菌种进行厌氧发酵1-3个月,得发酵后液;
(3)将发酵后液进行过滤,即得抗菌发酵提取物。
优选的,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸30%、苹果酸15%、酒石酸15%、余量为抗菌发酵提取物。
优选的,桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和/或树皮加水进行沸腾煮制时,液固比为0.05-0.2:1(g/mL)。
优选的,还包括重量百分比为0.05-0.1%的表面活性剂。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为辛烷基磺酸钠或者是十二烷基磺酸钠。
本发明还提供一种制备上述环保酵素消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗菌发酵提取物;
(2)将除去抗菌发酵提取物以外的组分进行混合;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的混合物添加至抗菌发酵提取物中,搅拌均匀,即得环保酵素消毒液。
本发明还提供了一种上述环保酵素消毒液的应用,将其用于家畜养殖场地消毒。
本发明的一个特点是,消毒液中的基础酸选用柠檬酸、苹果酸以及酒石酸,不仅来源广泛,而且上述三种酸液的组合,相比较单一种类的酸,扩大了抗菌谱范围,三者协同具有更好的消毒效果。
本发明的另一个特点是,在柠檬酸、苹果酸以及酒石酸的基础上,特别搭配有抗菌发酵提取物,抗菌发酵提取物由桉树叶和麻疯树树叶作为原材料,经过沸腾煮制、再发酵制成,通过三种基础酸和抗菌发酵提取物的结合,不仅进一步提升了抗菌谱范围,更为重要的是,在不添加稳定剂的情况下,本发明上述组合制备的环保酵素消毒液,具有更好的稳定性,具有更加长久的杀菌效果。
众所周知,桉叶油具有较好的抗菌和杀菌特性,而麻疯树则全株有毒,其茎、叶、树皮均有丰富的白色乳汁,内含大量毒蛋白,麻疯树的茎、叶、树皮提取物同样具备抗菌和杀菌特性;但是申请人在试验中发现,使用桉叶油和/或麻疯树的茎、叶、树皮提取物与本发明中的三种基础酸进行搭配制备得到的组合物,虽然具备较好的抗菌和杀菌特性。但是,在实际应用过程中发现,该组合物稳定性差,甚至不如单一的柠檬酸、苹果酸以及酒石酸组成的基础酸的稳定性。
本发明通过基于桉叶油和麻疯树的茎、叶、树皮提取物能够抗菌和杀菌的基础上,创造性的将桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和/或树皮先沸腾煮制、再发酵制备抗菌发酵提取物,其不仅保留了抗菌和杀菌特性,更重要的是制备的抗菌发酵提取物与用柠檬酸、苹果酸以及酒石酸混合以后,显著提升了柠檬酸、苹果酸以及酒石酸构成的基础酸的稳定性,具有更长久的杀菌效果,取得了意料不到的技术效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中的环保酵素消毒液,不含氯元素,使用过后不产生有害残留物质,无毒副作用,安全可靠性高。
(2)本发明中的环保酵素消毒液,在柠檬酸、苹果酸以及酒石酸构成的基础酸的基础上,特别搭配有由桉树叶和麻疯树树叶作为原材料,经过沸腾煮制、再发酵制成的抗菌发酵提取物,显著提升了消毒液的稳定性,抗菌谱范围更广,具有更长久的杀菌效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
一种环保酵素消毒液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸35%、苹果酸10%、酒石酸15%、余量为抗菌发酵提取物;
其中,所述抗菌发酵提取物由下列步骤制得:
(1)取桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和树皮加水进行沸腾煮制10min,得煮制后液;其中,桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和树皮的重量比为1:1;且桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶以及树皮合计与水的液固比为0.1:1(g/mL);
(2)待煮制后液冷却以后,添加发酵菌种进行厌氧发酵3个月,得发酵后液;
(3)将发酵后液进行过滤,即得抗菌发酵提取物。
本实施例中所述的环保酵素消毒液在进行制备时,包括以下步骤(下列的实施例同此):
(1)制备抗菌发酵提取物;
(2)将除去抗菌发酵提取物以外的组分进行混合;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的混合物添加至抗菌发酵提取物中,搅拌均匀,即得环保酵素消毒液。
实施例2
一种环保酵素消毒液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸30%、苹果酸15%、酒石酸15%、辛烷基磺酸钠0.05%,余量为抗菌发酵提取物;
其中,所述抗菌发酵提取物由下列步骤制得:
(1)取桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和树皮加水进行沸腾煮制15min,得煮制后液;其中,桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶以及树皮的重量比为2:1;且桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶以及树皮合计与水的液固比为0.2:1(g/mL);
(2)待煮制后液冷却以后,添加发酵菌种进行厌氧发酵2个月,得发酵后液;
(3)将发酵后液进行过滤,即得抗菌发酵提取物。
实施例3
一种环保酵素消毒液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸20%、苹果酸20%、酒石酸20%、余量为抗菌发酵提取物;
其中,所述抗菌发酵提取物由下列步骤制得:
(1)取桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和树皮加水进行沸腾煮制20min,得煮制后液;其中,桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和树皮的重量比为3:1;且桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶以及树皮合计与水的液固比为0.05:1(g/mL);
(2)待煮制后液冷却以后,添加发酵菌种进行厌氧发酵1个月,得发酵后液;
(3)将发酵后液进行过滤,即得抗菌发酵提取物。
对实施例1-3所得环保酵素消毒液的抗菌性进行检测:
取某地野外沟渠中水,测试其中细菌含量为4196CFU/mL,将试验用水平均分成3份,滴加实施例1-3所得环保酵素消毒液,滴加量为1.5g/L;滴加24h后,测试水中细菌含量,分别为37CFU/mL、30CFU/mL、32CFU/mL,除菌率分别为99.1%、99.2%、99.2%。由此可以看出,本实施例1-3中制备的环保酵素消毒液,具有非常强的消毒效果。
对实施例1-3所得环保酵素消毒液的消毒光谱性进行验证:
配置大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌的菌悬液,在常温下作用50s时测试实施例所得环保酵素消毒液对不同菌的杀灭率,测试结果如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,本实施例中的环保酵素消毒液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌以及绿脓杆菌均具有较强的杀菌效果,杀菌率均超过99%,说明该环保酵素消毒液杀菌谱广。
将实施例1-3所制备的环保酵素消毒液于某养猪场进行杀菌效果和时长进行验证,具体为,喷洒消毒液之前对同一个猪场3个角落环境空气中的细菌含量进行测试(事先在指定位置放置营养琼脂培养基,60min后测试培养基中菌落数);然后分别将不同实施例所得消毒液按照2g:1L的比例进行稀释,随后按照5g/m2的用量喷洒在猪场的同一个角落处,10min、60min以及120min后对相同位置细菌含量进行测试,结果见表2所示。

从表2中可以看出,喷洒10min后,灭菌率平均在99%以上;喷洒60min后,灭菌率平均在98%以上;喷洒120min后,灭菌率平均在95%以上;上述结果说明了本事实例中制备的环保酵素消毒液液能够对家畜养殖场地进行有效杀菌消毒,杀菌率高,杀菌持续时间长(说明稳定性好)。
以上结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种环保酵素消毒液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸20-35%、苹果酸10-20%、酒石酸10-20%、余量为抗菌发酵提取物;
其中,所述抗菌发酵提取物由下列步骤制得:
(1)取桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和/或树皮加水进行沸腾煮制3min-20min,得煮制后液;
(2)待煮制后液冷却以后,添加发酵菌种进行厌氧发酵1-3个月,得发酵后液;
(3)将发酵后液进行过滤,即得抗菌发酵提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保酵素消毒液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:柠檬酸30%、苹果酸15%、酒石酸15%、余量为抗菌发酵提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保酵素消毒液,其特征在于,桉树叶和麻疯树的茎、叶和/或树皮加水进行沸腾煮制时,液固比为0.05-0.2:1(g/mL)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保酵素消毒液,其特征在于,还包括重量百分比为0.05-0.1%的表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保酵素消毒液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为辛烷基磺酸钠或者是十二烷基磺酸钠。
6.一种制备如权利要求1-5任一项所述的环保酵素消毒液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗菌发酵提取物;
(2)将除去抗菌发酵提取物以外的组分进行混合;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的混合物添加至抗菌发酵提取物中,搅拌均匀,即得环保酵素消毒液。
7.权利要求1-5任一项所述环保酵素消毒液在家畜养殖场地消毒中的应用。
