Abstract

本发明提供电力采集终端、停电监测系统及停电监测方法,电力采集终端包括电表和停电监测装置,电表一侧设有用于安装停电监测装置的侧腔,电表包括与市电连接的输入端和与用户端连接的输出端,停电监测装置包括供电模块、通讯模块和检测模块,电表设有停电监测触头,检测模块通过停电监测触头与电表输入端并联,检测模块与通讯模块连接,供电模块与检测模块、通讯模块连接;停电监测系统,包括通讯适配器、监测主站以及上述的停电监测装置;停电监测方法,包括:检测模块对供电参数进行判定,供电模块根据判定结果断电或对通讯模块供电,通讯模块根据检测模块的停电判定结果向外输出停电信号,信号接收装置接收停电信号,监控主站判定停电位置。

电力采集终端、停电监测系统及停电监测方法
技术领域
本发明涉及配电装置和系统,尤其涉及电力采集终端、停电监测系统及停电监测方法。
背景技术
在配网抢修工作中,近70%的故障来自低压侧,而通过目前常规的监测手段无法判断低压停电的位置,电力局无法及时了解低压用户的停电情况,往往在接到用户投诉以后才知道该用户停电,供电“最后一公里”客户侧供电质量得不到全面、准确、真实的反映,降低了服务质量,增加了客户的停电投诉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供电力采集终端、停电监测系统及停电监测方法,便于电力局能够及时了解用户的停电情况及停电位置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电力采集终端,包括电表和停电监测装置,所述电表一侧设有用于安装所述停电监测装置的侧腔,所述电表包括与市电连接的输入端和与用户端连接的输出端,所述停电监测装置包括供电模块、通讯模块和检测模块,所述电表设有停电监测触头,所述检测模块通过所述停电监测触头与所述电表输入端并联,所述检测模块与所述通讯模块连接,所述供电模块与所述检测模块、通讯模块连接。
进一步的,所述停电监测触头设置在所述侧腔的一侧壁上,在与所述侧壁相对的另一侧壁上设有垫块,所述停电监测装置过盈配合在所述停电监测触头和所述垫块之间。
进一步的,所述侧腔内设有第一卡扣,所述停电监测装置通过第一卡扣安装在所述侧腔内。
进一步的,所述侧腔上滑动配合有侧腔盖,所述侧腔盖上设有第二卡扣,所述侧腔盖通过所述第二卡扣与所述电表扣接,使得所述侧腔的敞口被所述侧腔盖封闭。
进一步的,所述通讯模块为RS-485通讯模块。
进一步的,所述供电模块为超级电容器,所述超级电容器根据检测模块输出,启动放电为通讯模块供电。
本发明还提供一种停电监测系统,包括停电监测装置、通讯适配器和监测主站,所述停电监测装置安装在电表中,所述停电监测装置包括供电模块、通讯模块和检测模块,所述检测模块与电表的市电接入端并联,所述检测模块与所述通讯模块连接,所述供电模块与所述检测模块、通讯模块连接,所述监控主站包括信号接收装置,所述通讯模块与所述信号接收装置通过所述通讯适配器通信连接。
基于上述的停电监测系统,本发明还提供一种停电监测方法,包括以下步骤:停电监测装置的检测模块对供电参数进行判定,供电模块根据判定结果断电或对通讯模块供电,通讯模块根据检测模块的停电判定结果向外输出停电信号,信号接收装置接收停电信号,监控主站判定停电位置,并安排检修人员至停电位置进行电力检修。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
通过获取供电参数进而判定是否需要生成并发送报警信息,从而使得供电部门或者抢修部门能够获取及时获取停电信息,并采取对应的措施,最终提高了用户的使用感受。电表一侧设有用于安装停电监测装置的侧腔,停电监测装置装入侧腔后,停电监测触头与检测模块对应接合,不需要使用电线连接停电监测装置,便于停电监测装置的安装。垫块使得检测模块的触头与停电监测触头压合,保证检测模块与停电监测之间保持良好的电性接触。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-2所示,一种电力采集终端,包括电表1和停电监测装置2。
电表1一侧设有用于安装停电监测装置2的侧腔101,电表1包括与市电连接的输入端102和与用户端连接的输出端103。
停电监测装置2包括供电模块201、通讯模块202和检测模块203,电表设有停电监测触头104,检测模块203通过停电监测触头104与电表输入端102并联,检测模块203与通讯模块202连接,供电模块201与检测模块203、通讯模块202连接。检测模块203对供电参数进行判定,供电模块201根据判定结果停电或对通讯模块202供电,通讯模块202根据检测模块203的停电判定结果向外输出停电信号。停电监测装置2装入侧腔101后,停电监测触头104与检测模块203对应接合,不需要使用电线连接停电监测装置2,便于停电监测装置2的安装。
本实施例中,停电监测触头104设置在侧腔101的左侧壁上,在侧腔101的右侧壁上设有垫块3,停电监测装置2过盈配合在停电监测触头104和垫块3之间。垫块3使得检测模块203的触头与停电监测触头104压合,保证检测模块203与停电监测104之间保持良好的电性接触。
本实施例中,在侧腔101的上部和下部固定设有第一卡扣1011,停电监测装2置通过第一卡扣1011安装在侧腔101内。
本实施例中,侧腔101滑动配合有侧腔盖4,侧腔盖4沿左右方向滑动,侧腔盖4的左侧固定设有第二卡扣401,侧腔盖4通过第二卡扣401与电表1扣接,使得侧腔101的敞口被侧腔盖4封闭。
本实施例中,检测模块203为STM32F103R8T6芯片。
本实施例中,通讯模块202为RS-485通讯模块。可以理解的是,通讯模块202也可以为GSM通讯模块。
本实施例中,供电模块201为超级电容器,超级电容器根据检测模块输出,启动放电为通讯模块供电。
如图3所示,一种停电监测系统,包括通讯适配器5、监测主站6以及上述的停电监测装置,监控主站6包括信号接收装置601,通讯模块202与信号接收装置601通过通讯适配器5通信连接。
基于上述停电监测系统的停电监测方法,包括以下步骤:停电监测装置的检测模块203对供电参数进行判定,供电模块201根据判定结果断电或对通讯模块202供电,通讯模块202根据检测模块的停电判定结果向外输出停电信号,信号接收装置601接收停电信号,监控主站6判定停电位置,并安排检修人员至停电位置进行电力检修。
通过上述实施例,使得供电部门或者抢修部门能够获取及时获取停电信息,并采取对应的措施,最终提高了用户的使用感受。

1.电力采集终端,其特征在于,包括电表和停电监测装置,所述电表一侧设有用于安装所述停电监测装置的侧腔,所述电表包括与市电连接的输入端和与用户端连接的输出端,所述停电监测装置包括供电模块、通讯模块和检测模块,所述电表设有停电监测触头,所述检测模块通过所述停电监测触头与所述电表输入端并联,所述检测模块与所述通讯模块连接,所述供电模块与所述检测模块、通讯模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力采集终端,其特征在于,所述停电监测触头设置在所述侧腔的一侧壁上,在与所述侧壁相对的另一侧壁上设有垫块,所述停电监测装置过盈配合在所述停电监测触头和所述垫块之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电力采集终端,其特征在于,所述侧腔内设有第一卡扣,所述停电监测装置通过第一卡扣安装在所述侧腔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电力采集终端,其特征在于,所述侧腔上滑动配合有侧腔盖,所述侧腔盖上设有第二卡扣,所述侧腔盖通过所述第二卡扣与所述电表扣接,使得所述侧腔的敞口被所述侧腔盖封闭。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电力采集终端,其特征在于,所述通讯模块为RS-485通讯模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电力采集终端,其特征在于,所述供电模块为超级电容器,所述超级电容器根据检测模块输出,启动放电为通讯模块供电。
7.停电监测系统,其特征在于,包括停电监测装置、通讯适配器和监测主站,所述停电监测装置安装在电表中,所述停电监测装置包括供电模块、通讯模块和检测模块,所述检测模块与电表的市电接入端并联,所述检测模块与所述通讯模块连接,所述供电模块与所述检测模块、通讯模块连接,所述监控主站包括信号接收装置,所述通讯模块与所述信号接收装置通过所述通讯适配器通信连接。
8.基于权利要求7所述停电监测系统的停电监测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:停电监测装置的检测模块对供电参数进行判定,供电模块根据判定结果断电或对通讯模块供电,通讯模块根据检测模块的停电判定结果向外输出停电信号,信号接收装置接收停电信号,监控主站判定停电位置,并安排检修人员至停电位置进行电力检修。
