In summary, the license issuance method provided in this embodiment obtains the transaction type of the to-be-issued license transaction by responding to the received license issuance request; determining whether the event type is a preset type, wherein the preset type of event is an event which does not need manual participation and allows automatic approval; collecting related materials of the to-be-approved license items through a material collection page under the condition that the item type is a preset type; extracting information to be examined in the related materials; determining whether the information to be examined meets the examination rule corresponding to the item type; under the condition that the information to be examined conforms to the examination rule corresponding to the item type, acquiring item permission corresponding to the item type; sending the item permission to a sending end which permits the approval sending request; the problem that the efficiency of checking the materials manually is low, and when the materials carried by the user are not complete, the user needs to prepare the materials again, so that the efficiency of licensing is low can be solved; because the automatic approval can be realized for the preset type of matters and the permission of the matters is automatically distributed, the permission issuing efficiency can be improved.
In addition, the permission is automatically issued when the event type is the preset type, so that the conditions that the permission is issued are ensured to be all the conditions without manual participation, and the legality of the permission is ensured.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a license issuing device according to an embodiment of the present application. The device may be the server 120 in the license issuing system shown in fig. 1. The device at least comprises the following modules: a type acquisition module 510, a type judgment module 520, a material collection module 530, an information extraction module 540, an information review module 550, a license acquisition module 560, and a license issuance module 570.
A type obtaining module 510, configured to obtain, in response to the received license issuance request, a transaction type of the to-be-verified license transaction;
a type determining module 520, configured to determine whether the event type is a preset type, where the preset type of event is an event that does not require human intervention and allows automatic issuance of a license;
a material collecting module 530, configured to collect, through a material collecting page, the relevant material of the to-be-approved transaction if the transaction type is the preset type;
an information extraction module 540, configured to extract information to be examined in the related material;
an information examination module 550, configured to determine whether the information to be examined meets an examination rule corresponding to the item type;
a permission obtaining module 560, configured to obtain an item permission corresponding to the item type when the to-be-reviewed information conforms to the review rule corresponding to the item type;
and the license issuing module 570 is used for sending the transaction license to the sending end of the license issuing request.

It should be noted that: in the license issuing device provided in the foregoing embodiment, when performing license issuing, only the division of each function module is described as an example, and in practical applications, the function distribution may be completed by different function modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the license issuing device is divided into different function modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the license issuing device and the license issuing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the application. The electronic device may be the server 120 in the license issuing system shown in fig. 1. The electronic device comprises at least a processor 601 and a memory 602.
Processor 601 may include one or more processing cores such as: 4 core processors, 8 core processors, etc. The processor 601 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 601 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in the wake-up state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 601 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, processor 601 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computational operations related to machine learning.
The memory 602 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 602 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in the memory 602 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by the processor 601 to implement the license issuance method provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may further include: a peripheral interface and at least one peripheral. The processor 601, the memory 602 and the peripheral interface may be connected by a bus or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Illustratively, peripheral devices include, but are not limited to: radio frequency circuit, touch display screen, audio circuit, power supply, etc.
Of course, the electronic device may include fewer or more components, which is not limited by the embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program is stored, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the license issuing method of the foregoing method embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer product, which includes a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program is stored, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the license issuing method of the above-mentioned method embodiment.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method for license issuance, the method comprising:
responding to the received permission issuing request, and acquiring the item type of the to-be-issued permission item;
determining whether the event type is a preset type, wherein the preset type of event is an event which does not need manual participation and allows automatic approval;
collecting the related materials of the to-be-approved license transaction through a material collection page under the condition that the transaction type is the preset type;
extracting the information to be examined in the related materials;
determining whether the information to be examined meets an examination rule corresponding to the item type;
under the condition that the information to be examined accords with the examination rule corresponding to the item type, acquiring the item permission corresponding to the item type;
and sending the transaction permission to the sender of the permission approval request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining whether the transaction type is a preset type, further comprising:
acquiring item information of each item through an information acquisition page;
and under the condition that the item information indicates that the corresponding item does not need to be transacted manually, determining the item type of the item as the preset type.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the transaction information comprises: a transaction form, wherein the determining that the item type of the item is the preset type under the condition that the item information indicates that the corresponding item does not need to be manually transacted includes:
and under the condition that the transaction form comprises online transaction, determining the item type of the item as the preset type.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the transaction information comprises: the related material information corresponding to the event, before collecting the related material of the to-be-approved license event through a material collection page if the event type is the preset type, further includes:
generating the material collection page based on the related material information to collect the related material indicated by the related material information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the transaction information includes approval criteria, and before determining whether the information to be reviewed complies with the review rule corresponding to the transaction type, the method further comprises:
and extracting the examination rule based on the examination and approval basis.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said extracting information to be reviewed from said related material comprises:
inputting the related materials into a pre-trained information extraction model to obtain the information to be examined; the information extraction model is obtained by training sample related materials and information labels corresponding to the sample materials.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the information extraction model comprises an optical character recognition model and a semantic understanding model, and the inputting the relevant materials into a pre-trained information extraction model to obtain the information to be examined comprises:
inputting the related material into the optical character recognition model to obtain text information corresponding to image information in the related material, wherein the file processing result further comprises the text information; the optical character recognition model is used for converting the information in the image format into the information in the text format;
and inputting the text information corresponding to the related materials into the semantic understanding model to obtain a classification result of the text information, wherein the classification result comprises the information to be examined.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the to-be-issued license issue includes a network reservation taxi license issue, the preset type of issue includes the network reservation taxi license issue, and the related material includes: the system comprises a motor vehicle sales invoice image, an identity card front-back image, a driving license certificate image, a motor vehicle commercial insurance electronic insurance policy, a motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance electronic insurance policy, a driving license certificate image, a motor vehicle registration certificate image, a vehicle navigation installation bill image and a motor vehicle purchase tax payment book image.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the device comprises a processor and a memory; the memory has stored therein a program that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the license issuing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a program which, when executed by a processor, is adapted to implement the license issuing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
