In actual implementation, the document approval model approves the document to be approved in the background through code logic.
Optionally, the document approval model cannot identify the approval information of the document to be approved. Based on this, in this embodiment, the document processing model further includes an optical character recognition model and a semantic understanding model to extract the pending information in the pending document. The semantic understanding model can extract information to be approved in the files to be approved from the text information to obtain the information to be approved. The text information comprises texts in tables and texts in non-tables in the files to be examined.
Illustratively, the semantic understanding model is obtained by performing supervised learning by using the sample text information and the actual pending information corresponding to the sample text information. The semantic understanding model may be an NLP model.

The document processing results include the automatic approval results of each document to be approved. Such as: referring to the task allocation interface 40 shown in fig. 5, upon receiving a trigger operation acting on the task allocation control 42, the first document approval terminal displays a pull-down selection box 43, and the pull-down selection box 43 displays a plurality of approvers; and when receiving a task allocation operation acting on a certain examining and approving person, sending the file processing result to a second file examining and approving terminal used by the selected examining and approving person.
Optionally, in the case of receiving a task allocation operation acting on the task allocation control, the first document approval terminal may further send the to-be-approved document corresponding to the document processing result to the second document approval terminal, so that the approval staff can view the original to-be-approved document.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the examination and approval administrator to check the automatic examination and approval progress and the task distribution progress of the document to be examined, the first document examination and approval terminal may further count the processing progress of the document processing model for processing the document to be examined; acquiring a task allocation state of a file processing result; and displaying the processing progress and the distribution state corresponding to each file to be examined on a task distribution interface.
The processing progress is one of a waiting processing state, a processing state and a processing completion state of the files to be checked. The task allocation state is one of a to-be-allocated state and an allocated state of the file processing result.
Referring to the task assignment interface 40 shown in FIG. 4, the task assignment interface 40 displays the processing progress 44 and the assignment status 45 of each document to be reviewed.
Optionally, the first file approval terminal may further display, through the task allocation interface, the total number of the files to be approved, the total number of the processing results of the files to be allocated, the total number of the files to be approved, and/or the total number of the approved files, where the specific content displayed in the task allocation interface is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 206, the second file approval terminal receives the file processing result sent by the first file approval terminal.
The file processing result is sent by the first file approval terminal under the condition of receiving task allocation operation of a task allocation control acting on a task allocation interface; the task allocation interface also comprises a task allocation control corresponding to a file processing result, and the file processing result is obtained by processing a to-be-approved file through a pre-trained file processing model by the first file approval terminal; the file processing model comprises a file approval model, the file approval model is used for automatically approving the file to be approved to obtain an automatic approval result, and the file processing result comprises an automatic approval result.
Optionally, when the first document approval terminal further sends the document to be approved corresponding to the document processing result, the second document approval terminal further receives the document to be approved.
Optionally, in the case that the document processing model includes an optical character recognition model and a semantic understanding model, the document processing result includes text information and a classification result of the document to be reviewed.
And step 207, displaying a file processing result through an approval interface by the second file approval terminal, wherein the approval interface comprises an approval result modification control.

Optionally, uploading the final approval result refers to sending the final approval result to the document approval platform. And then, the file approval platform can send the final approval result to the terminal to be approved so that the terminal to be approved can check the final approval result.
Such as: refer to the upload prompt window 80 overlaid on the approval interface 60 shown in fig. 8. The upload prompt window 80 includes approval 81, approval pass control 82, and approval fail control 83 for each document under review. Upon receiving a trigger action on the approval pass control 82, the final approval result of the approval pass is uploaded. When a trigger operation acting on the approval failure control 83 is received, the final approval result of the approval failure is uploaded.
In summary, the file approval method of the file approval system provided in this embodiment obtains the file download conditions configured in advance through the information configuration interface; downloading a to-be-examined file uploaded to a file approval system in response to the current state of the first file approval terminal meeting a file downloading condition; inputting the document to be approved into a pre-trained document processing model to obtain a document processing result, wherein the document processing model comprises a document approval model, the document approval model is used for automatically approving the document to be approved to obtain an automatic approval result, and the document processing result comprises an automatic approval result; displaying a file processing result through a task allocation interface; the task allocation interface also comprises a task allocation control corresponding to each file processing result; under the condition that the task allocation operation acting on the task allocation control is received, distributing the file processing result indicated by the task allocation control to a second file approval terminal indicated by the task allocation operation; allowing an approver of the second file approval terminal to manually approve the file to be approved according to the file processing result to obtain a final approval result; the problem of low efficiency when the files are only approved manually can be solved; because the file processing result comprises the automatic approval result obtained by the first file approval terminal, after the second file approval terminal receives the file processing result, the second file approval terminal continues to execute manual approval operation according to the automatic approval result instead of all files being manually approved, and the file approval efficiency can be improved.
In addition, when the current state meets the file downloading condition, the files to be examined are downloaded, the files to be examined can be automatically downloaded according to the file downloading condition, manual downloading is not needed, and the file downloading efficiency can be improved.
Optionally, step 201 and step 205 may be implemented separately as a method embodiment at the side of the first document approval terminal; step 206-.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a document approval apparatus of a document approval system according to an embodiment of the present application. The apparatus may be the first document approval terminal 110 in the document approval system shown in fig. 1. The device at least comprises the following modules: a condition acquisition module 910, a file download module 920, an automatic processing module 930, a result display module 940 and a task allocation module 950.
A condition obtaining module 910, configured to obtain a file downloading condition configured in advance through an information configuration interface; the file downloading condition comprises system login information and file downloading time;
the file downloading module 920 is configured to download the to-be-reviewed file uploaded to the file approval system in response to that the current state of the first file approval terminal meets the file downloading condition;
the automatic processing module 930 is configured to input the document to be approved into a pre-trained document processing model to obtain a document processing result, where the document processing model includes a document approval model, the document approval model is configured to automatically approve the document to be approved to obtain an automatic approval result, and the document processing result includes the automatic approval result;
a result display module 940, configured to display the file processing result through a task allocation interface; the task allocation interface comprises a task allocation control corresponding to each file processing result;
the task allocation module 950 is configured to, in a case that a task allocation operation acting on the task allocation control is received, allocate a file processing result indicated by the task allocation control to a second file approval terminal indicated by the task allocation operation; and allowing the approver of the second file approval terminal to manually approve the file to be approved by combining the file processing result to obtain a final approval result.
For the related details, reference is made to the above embodiment of the method corresponding to the first document approval terminal.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of a document approval apparatus of a document approval system according to an embodiment of the present application. The apparatus may be the second document approval terminal 120 in the document approval system shown in fig. 1. The device at least comprises the following modules: a result receiving module 1010, a result displaying module 1020, a result modifying module 1030, and a result uploading module 1040.
A result receiving module 1010, configured to receive a file processing result sent by a first file approval terminal, where the file processing result is sent by the first file approval terminal when receiving a task allocation operation of a task allocation control acting on a task allocation interface; the task allocation interface also comprises a task allocation control corresponding to a file processing result, and the file processing result is obtained by processing a to-be-approved file through a pre-trained file processing model by the first file approval terminal; the file processing model comprises a file approval model, the file approval model is used for automatically approving the files to be approved to obtain automatic approval results, and the file processing results comprise the automatic approval results;
a result display module 1020, configured to display the file processing result through an approval interface, where the approval interface includes an approval result modification control;
a result modification module 1030, configured to modify the file processing result according to the information indicated by the modification operation under the condition that the modification operation applied to the approval result modification control is received, so as to obtain a final approval result;
and a result uploading module 1040, configured to upload the final approval result.
For the related details, reference is made to the above embodiment of the method corresponding to the second document approval terminal.
It should be noted that: in the document approval system, when the document approval apparatus of the document approval system provided in the above embodiment approves a document, only the division of the functional modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the document approval apparatus of the document approval system is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the document approval apparatus of the document approval system and the document approval method embodiment of the document approval system provided in the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in detail in the method embodiment and are not described herein again.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram of an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the application. The electronic device may be the first document approval terminal 110 in the document approval system shown in fig. 1, or may also be the second document approval terminal 120 in the document approval system shown in fig. 1. The electronic device comprises at least a processor 1101 and a memory 1102.
Processor 1101 may include one or more processing cores such as: 4 core processors, 8 core processors, etc. The processor 1101 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 1101 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 1101 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) that is responsible for rendering and drawing the content that the display screen needs to display. In some embodiments, the processor 1101 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 1102 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 1102 can also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 1102 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 1101 to implement a document approval method of a document approval system provided by method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may further include: a peripheral interface and at least one peripheral. The processor 1101, memory 1102 and peripheral interface may be connected by bus or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Illustratively, peripheral devices include, but are not limited to: radio frequency circuit, touch display screen, audio circuit, power supply, etc.
Of course, the electronic device may include fewer or more components, which is not limited by the embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program is stored, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the file approval method of the file approval system according to the above method embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer product, which includes a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program is stored, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the file approval method of the file approval system according to the above method embodiment.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A file approval method of a file approval system is characterized by being used for a first file approval terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring file downloading conditions configured through an information configuration interface in advance; the file downloading condition comprises system login information and file downloading time;
downloading a to-be-examined file uploaded to the file approval system in response to the current state of the first file approval terminal meeting the file downloading condition;
inputting the document to be approved into a pre-trained document processing model to obtain a document processing result, wherein the document processing model comprises a document approval model, the document approval model is used for automatically approving the document to be approved to obtain an automatic approval result, and the document processing result comprises the automatic approval result;
displaying the file processing result through a task allocation interface; the task allocation interface comprises a task allocation control corresponding to each file processing result;
under the condition that the task allocation operation acting on the task allocation control is received, distributing the file processing result indicated by the task allocation control to a second file approval terminal indicated by the task allocation operation; and allowing the approver of the second file approval terminal to manually approve the file to be approved by combining the file processing result to obtain a final approval result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein inputting the document to be reviewed into a pre-trained document processing model to obtain a document processing result comprises:
inputting the information to be approved corresponding to the files to be approved into the file approval model to obtain the automatic approval result; and the file approval model is used for analyzing the information to be approved based on a preset file approval rule to obtain the automatic approval result.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the document processing model further includes an optical character recognition model and a semantic understanding model, and before inputting the information to be approved corresponding to the document to be approved into the document approval model and obtaining the automatic approval result of the information to be approved, the method further includes:
inputting the files to be examined into the optical character recognition model to obtain text information corresponding to the image information in the files to be examined, wherein the file processing result also comprises the text information; the optical character recognition model is used for converting the information in the image format into the information in the text format;
inputting the text information corresponding to the document to be reviewed into the semantic understanding model to obtain a classification result of the text information, wherein the document processing result also comprises the classification result; the pending information comprises the classification result.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the file download condition configured in advance through the information configuration interface, the method comprises:
displaying the information configuration interface, wherein the information configuration interface comprises a login information configuration control and a download time configuration control;
receiving a first configuration operation acting on the login information configuration control;
acquiring the system login information indicated by the first configuration operation, wherein the system login information comprises a login account, a login password and a user type;
receiving a second configuration operation acting on the download time configuration control;
and acquiring the file downloading time indicated by the second configuration operation.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the downloading of the pending file uploaded to the file approval system in response to the current state of the first file approval terminal satisfying the file download condition comprises:
determining whether the first file approval terminal starts an automatic file downloading function or not;
and under the condition that the first file approval terminal starts the automatic file downloading function, downloading the files to be approved uploaded to the file approval system in response to that the current state of the first file approval terminal meets the file downloading condition.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
counting the processing progress of the file processing model for processing the files to be reviewed, wherein the processing progress is one of a waiting processing state, a processing state and a processing completion state of the files to be reviewed;
acquiring a task allocation state of the file processing result, wherein the task allocation state is one of a to-be-allocated state and an allocated state of the file processing result;
and displaying the processing progress and the distribution state corresponding to each to-be-examined file on the task distribution interface.
7. A file approval method of a file approval system is characterized by being used for a second file approval terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a file processing result sent by a first file approval terminal, wherein the file processing result is sent by the first file approval terminal under the condition of receiving a task allocation operation of a task allocation control acting on a task allocation interface; the task allocation interface also comprises a task allocation control corresponding to a file processing result, and the file processing result is obtained by processing a to-be-approved file through a pre-trained file processing model by the first file approval terminal; the file processing model comprises a file approval model, the file approval model is used for automatically approving the files to be approved to obtain automatic approval results, and the file processing results comprise the automatic approval results;
displaying the file processing result through an approval interface, wherein the approval interface comprises an approval result modification control;
under the condition that modification operation acting on the approval result modification control is received, modifying the file processing result according to the information indicated by the modification operation to obtain a final approval result;
and uploading the final approval result.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the document processing model includes an optical character recognition model and a semantic understanding model; the optical character recognition model is used for converting the information of the image format in the document to be examined into the information of the text format to obtain the text information; the semantic understanding model is used for classifying the text information corresponding to the files to be examined to obtain a classification result;
correspondingly, the file processing result comprises the text information of the files to be examined and the classification result.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the device comprises a processor and a memory; the memory stores therein a program that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the document approval method of the document approval system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, or the document approval method of the document approval system according to claim 7 or 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a program which, when executed by a processor, is adapted to implement the document approval method of the document approval system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, or the document approval method of the document approval system according to claim 7 or 8.
