As shown in fig. 2i, the collaborative document message shared by the user a includes the document content browsed by the user a in the document editing window; the subsequent collaborative document message shared by the user B comprises the document content browsed by the user B in the document editing window, and compared with the document content browsed by the user A, the document content browsed by the user B is added with a document content 209 part; similarly, the subsequent collaborative document message shared by the user B includes the document content browsed by the user B in the document editing window, and the document content browsed by the user C is added with the document content 210 compared with the document content browsed by the user B. In addition, if the length of the document content exceeds the length threshold, the document content is folded and displayed in the collaborative document message and the notification message; setting a folding mark in the cooperation document message and the notification message; when the folding mark is selected, the document content is all displayed in the collaborative document message or the notification message. Referring to FIG. 2i, the mark of collapsing 208 is used to control whether the document content is displayed in its entirety. Wherein the length threshold may be predefined. For example, if the document content includes 13 lines in total and the length threshold is 3 lines, 10 pieces of document content are hidden in the collaborative document message or the notification message; when the folding mark is selected, all 13 pieces of document contents are displayed in the collaboration document message and the notification message. The method for displaying the document content in a folding way can beautify the page and improve the experience of the user.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports the addition of annotations to the document content. The annotation refers to an annotation added to a certain target content of the document content at a blank position of the target document, wherein the target content is any one of the document contents. Specifically, the user may add annotations at the cursor position of the target content.
In one implementation, the annotation includes an annotation user number, which can be displayed at a display location of the target content in the conversation page (or document editing window). The number of annotating users refers to the total number of times that the target content is annotated by M users, for example, the users annotating the target content include: the target content annotation method comprises a user A, a user B and a user C, wherein the number of annotations added to the target content by the user A is 1, the number of annotations added to the target content by the user B is 3, and the number of annotations added to the target content by the user C is 2, so that the number of the annotation users is 6, which indicates that the target content is annotated for 6 times in total. Referring to fig. 3a, fig. 3a is a schematic diagram illustrating annotating target content according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 3a, an annotation icon is finally displayed at the position of the row where the target content is located in the document editing window, and the number of annotation users is displayed in the annotation icon; of course, the number of annotation users may be directly displayed at the last position of the row where the target content is located, or the annotation may be displayed at another position of the document editing window, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3 a; the target content is as follows: 1. alternately carding 2 strips of the movable end frame; and finally displaying an annotation icon at the position of the row of the target content, wherein the annotation icon comprises 4 annotation users, and the total number of annotated times of the target content is 4.
In another implementation, the annotation includes annotation information that can be displayed at a display location of the target content in the document editing window or in an annotation window in the document editing window. The annotation information includes annotation content annotated to the target content, a head portrait of the user, annotation time of the user, and the like. Referring to fig. 3b, fig. 3b is a schematic diagram illustrating annotation of target content according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 3b, there are two ways to display the annotations of the target content in the document editing window: (1) an annotation (annotation information) is displayed at a display position of the target content in the document editing window. Specifically, the comment information for the target content is displayed at a position where the next line of the target content is located in the document editing window. For example, the target content is: 1. and (3) interactively combing 2 frames by the mobile terminal frame, and displaying postil of two different users to the target content at the position of the next line of the target content, wherein the postil information comprises user head portraits (such as the head portraits of a user A and the head portraits of a user B) and postil content. (2) Annotations (annotation information) are displayed in an annotation window in the document editing window. Specifically, the annotation information is displayed in the annotation window 301 of the document editing window. It should be noted that, in addition to the document editing window being capable of displaying the annotations of the target content, the annotations of the target content may also be displayed in the session page, for example, the annotations (the number of annotation users, annotation information) may be displayed at the end of the position of the row where the target content is located in the collaborative document message of the session page, refer to fig. 3c, and fig. 3c shows a schematic diagram of the annotation of the target content provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein again. Based on this, the document editing scheme provided by the embodiment of the application supports the user to annotate the target content in the document content, and the user annotates conveniently, so that the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, a session page between N users displayed in an instant messaging application program contains a collaborative editing entry, the form of the collaborative editing entry and the position of the collaborative editing entry in the session page are various, any user in the N users can trigger the collaborative editing for realizing the collaborative editing of a target document among the N users by selecting the collaborative editing entry in any mode, and the triggering mode is simple and convenient; secondly, when a collaborative editing entry in the session page is selected, displaying a document editing window of the target document in the instant messaging application program, and collaboratively editing document content in the document editing window, wherein the format (such as font color, size and the like) of the document content allows custom setting, so that the format requirement of a user on document editing can be met; because the document editing window belongs to the session page or the document editing page, and the session page or the document editing page is provided by the instant messaging application program, the document editing window is provided by the instant messaging application program, that is to say, the collaborative document editing process in the instant messaging session scene does not need to switch and jump the application program, which simplifies the collaborative document editing process and can effectively improve the efficiency of collaborative editing; in addition, the document content generated by collaborative editing in the document editing window can be displayed in the session page in a message mode, so that the document content can be visually displayed in the session page without active access of a user, the user can conveniently look up the document content, the user can obtain information such as progress, completion degree and the like of collaborative editing in time, the intuitiveness of the collaborative editing process is improved, and the collaborative editing experience is improved. In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports annotating the document content, wherein the annotation comprises the number of annotation users and annotation information, so that the user can conveniently and directly browse the number of the annotation users and the annotation information corresponding to the document content, and the user experience is improved.
The above embodiments describe in detail various interface diagrams involved in a document editing scheme, such as a session page, a document editing window, and the like, which are specifically set forth below in conjunction with fig. 4, and fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a document editing method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the document editing method can be executed by the terminal 102 in fig. 1. The method includes, but is not limited to, steps S401-S404, wherein:
s401, displaying a session page among N users in the instant messaging application program, wherein the session page comprises a collaborative editing entry, and N is an integer larger than 1.
In one implementation, the method of initiating collaborative editing from a session page may include, but is not limited to: triggering an input box in a conversation page by a user; a conversation page display option bar; selecting a collaborative editing entry from the option bar; displaying a document editing window of a target file in an instant messaging application program; after the user edits the document content in the document editing window, the user clicks the sending identifier, and the document content is displayed in the session page in a message form. With reference to fig. 5a, fig. 5a is a schematic diagram illustrating an initiated collaborative editing according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 5a, when the user presses (or double-clicks) the input box for a long time, a selection bar 204 can be displayed next to the input box, and at least one selection item (such as line feed, full screen input, write together, etc.) is contained in the selection bar 204; when the user clicks the 'write together' option, the instant messaging application program displays a document editing window of the target document; after document contents (such as work tasks and workloads) are edited in a document editing window, clicking sending identifications (keys, buttons and the like); the instant messaging application program displays a session page, at the moment, the session page contains a collaborative document message, the collaborative document message contains document content (work task and workload), and the bottom position of the collaborative document message displays a collaborative editing prompt (such as writing together, a collaborative editing entry is arranged in the collaborative editing prompt), and the collaborative editing prompt can be used for indicating that a document editing window of a target document is successfully created; and other users can directly enter the document editing window of the target document for collaborative editing by clicking the collaborative editing prompt. It should be noted that, after the instant messaging application program displays the document editing window of the target document, the instant messaging application program may also click the sending identifier directly without editing the document content in the document editing window, at this time, a blank collaborative document message is displayed in the session page, but the bottom position of the collaborative document message still contains a collaborative editing prompt, which indicates that the collaborative editing is successfully initiated.
In another implementation, the method of initiating collaborative editing from a session page may include, but is not limited to: pressing (or double-clicking) any instant communication message in the instant communication message stream in the conversation page for a long time; displaying an option bar at the position of the instant communication message; selecting a collaborative editing entry from the option bar; displaying a document editing window of a target file in an instant messaging application program; after the user edits the document content in the document editing window, the user clicks the sending identifier, and the document content is displayed in the session page in a message form. With reference to fig. 5b, fig. 5b is a schematic diagram illustrating an initiated collaborative editing according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 5b, after pressing any instant messaging message in the conversation page for a long time, a menu bar is displayed at the position next to the instant messaging message, and the menu bar comprises at least one menu; after a collaborative editing entry is selected from the option bar, the instant messaging application program displays a document editing window of the target document; when a sending identifier in a document editing window is triggered, an instant communication message displays a session page, the session page contains a collaborative document message, the collaborative document message contains document content, a collaborative editing prompt (writing together) is displayed at the bottom position of the collaborative document message, and other users can directly enter the document editing window of a target document to carry out collaborative editing by clicking the collaborative editing prompt.
S402, when the collaborative editing entrance is selected, displaying a document editing window of the target document in the instant messaging application program.
S403, displaying the document content generated by collaborative editing of the target document by M users in the N users in real time in the document editing window of the target document, wherein M is a positive integer and M is less than or equal to N.
S404, displaying the document content in a message form in the conversation page.
Based on step S401, it is able to initiate collaborative editing in the session page, and the subsequent user can directly enter the document editing window of the target document through the collaborative editing entry to participate in collaborative editing. The following describes the process of participating in collaborative editing (the execution process of steps S402-S403) with reference to fig. 6, where fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of participating in collaborative editing provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 6, after user B clicks on the collaborative editing prompt (write together) at the bottom position of the collaborative document message (job task and workload), the instant messaging application displays a document editing window containing the document contents edited by user a; user B can edit the document content in the document editing window (such as design, 1. mobile internet 2 days, 2. mobile terminal vision 15 days); in the process that the user B edits the document content, other users (such as the user C and the user D) can edit the document content in the document editing window at the same time, and the user B can browse the document content being edited by the user A, the user C and the user D in real time; if the user B clicks the sending identifier in the document editing window, displaying a collaborative document message sent by the user B in a session page displayed by a terminal held by the user B, wherein the collaborative document message comprises document content (work task and workload) edited by the user A, document content (design, 1, 2 days of mobile interconnection, 2, 15 days of mobile terminal vision), document content (development) edited by the user C and document content (1, cutting detail-contrastive hand Q overview) edited by the user D; if the user C clicks the sending identifier on the terminal held by the user C, a collaborative document message sent by the user C can be displayed in the session page of the user B, and the collaborative document message comprises document contents collaboratively edited by the user A, the user B, the user C and the user D. Therefore, the document contents collaboratively edited by each user can be displayed in real time in the instant messaging application program, and are displayed in the session page in a message form, so that the query of the user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved. In addition, as can be seen from fig. 6, the presentation form of the collaborative editing prompt is various, for example, the form of [ X people together ] or [ X people together ]. In addition, the document content is displayed in a folded manner in the collaborative document message due to the excessive document content. In addition, within the document editing window of the target document, information such as the area where the document content edited by each user is located and the user's nickname may be displayed differently, for example, the nickname of user a is displayed in red, the nickname of user B is displayed in blue, the nickname of user C is displayed in yellow, and the nickname of user D is displayed in orange. This makes it possible to clearly distinguish the users who are collaboratively editing and the contents of the document edited by the users within the document editing window.
Based on the foregoing steps S401-S404, it is possible to implement multi-user collaborative editing of the document, and display the edited document content in the session page in the form of a message, at this time, the edited document content may be annotated. The process of annotating the document content by the user is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3a, 3b, 3c, and 7. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating annotation of document content according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 7, an annotation mark 701 is displayed in the document editing window, and when the annotation mark 701 is triggered, the document editing window may be used to annotate any target content in the document contents, for example, annotate the target content — mobile internet for 2 days; after the annotations are finished, displaying an annotation window on the document editing window, wherein the annotation window is used for displaying P annotations added to the document content by M users, P is a positive integer, the P annotations are uniformly displayed in the annotation window, or the P annotations are displayed in the annotation window in a classified manner, and the annotation window displays closing marks (keys or buttons); when the closing mark is triggered, the annotation window is closed; when the sending identifier displayed in the document editing window is triggered, the instant messaging application program displays the collaborative document message containing the annotation. The display form annotated in the session page may refer to fig. 3a, fig. 3b, and fig. 3c, which are not described herein again. It should be noted that some of the above operations are not necessarily performed, and some of the operations are not performed and do not affect the whole annotation operation, for example, the operation of closing the annotation window is not performed, and the whole process of annotating the document content is not affected.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application also supports viewing annotations, and a process of viewing the annotations is described in detail below with reference to fig. 8, where fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of viewing the annotations provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 8, taking the example of displaying the number of annotating users at the display position of the target content in the session page as an example, when the number of annotating users is triggered (or when a collaborative editing prompt (written by 4 people together) is triggered), the instant messaging application displays a document editing window in which the number of annotating users of each target content, for example, the target content: 1. and (3) mobile interconnection is carried out for 2 days, the number of corresponding annotation users is 1, and the target content is as follows: 2. the mobile terminal is in vision for 15 days, and the number of corresponding annotation users is 4; when the number of annotating users 4 is clicked, the document editing window displays an annotating window in which annotation information of the target content and the number of annotating users are displayed. The user can perform a sliding operation on the annotation window to view the hidden annotations, and the sliding operation can include but is not limited to: left-right sliding (the finger presses the display device to slide left or right and then release), up-down sliding (the finger presses the display device to slide up or down and then release), and so on.
It should be noted that the annotation window may display annotations of different target contents according to a sliding operation, or the annotation window displays multiple annotations of the same user according to a sliding operation, or the annotation window displays all annotations of document contents according to a sliding operation, or the annotation window displays all annotations of the users according to a sliding operation, or the annotation window displays annotations in different time sequences according to a sliding operation, for example, the annotations in time sequence from near to far (or from far to near), and so on. The following description is given by taking an annotation window to display annotations of different target contents according to a sliding operation as an example, and referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 shows a schematic diagram of viewing the annotations provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 9, the target content 1 displayed in the document editing window is: 1. the mobile internet is carried out for 2 days, and the number of the annotation users corresponding to the target content 1 is 1; the target content 2 is: 2. the mobile terminal is visual, and the number of the annotation users corresponding to the target content 2 is 4; the comments displayed in the current comment window are 1 comment corresponding to the target content 1, and when the finger of the user slides to the left (or right), the comment window displays 4 comments corresponding to the target content 2. In addition, when the annotation is displayed in the annotation window, the target content corresponding to the annotation is highlighted, and the highlighting manner may include: the target content is displayed as a target color or a target brightness, specifically, a field (text) included in the target content or an area occupied by the target content is displayed as the target color, or the field (text) included in the target content or the area occupied by the target content is displayed as the target brightness. For example, the text included in the target content is set to red (target color), and the text of the other document content is set to black, so as to distinguish the target content from the other content in the document content. For another example, the target brightness of the target content is set to a first brightness, and the brightness of other document contents in the document contents is set to a second brightness, where the first brightness is different from the second brightness, so as to distinguish the target content from the other contents in the document contents.
In an implementation manner, the embodiment of the application also supports that the document contents cooperatively edited by the M users are converted into table contents for displaying. Specifically, a user can execute conversion operation in a document editing window to convert the edited document content into table content for display; for example: a conversion shortcut key can be set in the document editing window, and when a user clicks the conversion shortcut key, the document content can be converted into the table content; the following steps are repeated: the user can press any document content in the document editing window for a long time to trigger a pop-up option bar, wherein a conversion option is called in the option bar, and when the user selects the conversion option, the document content can be converted into form content and the like; the embodiment of the present application does not limit the implementation form of the conversion operation. It can be understood that the document content displayed in the session page may also be converted into table content for displaying according to the above-mentioned related description, which is not described herein again. In this way, flexible and various document content display forms are provided, and document contents are displayed in a form, so that the document contents can be displayed more hierarchically and are convenient for users to look up.
In one implementation, the target document is supported to be shared or forwarded, for example, the target document is shared or forwarded to a conversation page of another instant messaging application, or is shared or forwarded to another conversation page belonging to the same instant messaging application as the conversation page, or is shared or forwarded to a dynamic page such as a circle of friends, a personal home page, a personal dynamic page, and the like, where the way of being shared or forwarded may include but is not limited to: mail, instant messaging, text messaging, and the like. In a specific implementation, the session page includes a document sharing entry, when the document sharing entry is selected, the target document is shared or forwarded, any user of the N users can share or forward the target document to another session page, the users of the other session pages perform collaborative editing on the target document, and document content generated by the collaborative editing is displayed in each session page including the target document in real time. For example, user a includes a first instant messaging application and a second instant messaging application in the terminal held by user a, user a may forward a target document included in a first session page in the first instant messaging application to a second session page in the second instant messaging application; correspondingly, the user B belonging to the second session page with the user A can carry out collaborative editing on the target document; user B presents the document content, edited in coordination with the editing, in real time in a first session page in a first instant messaging application and in a second session page in a second instant messaging application. By the method, the target document is edited cooperatively across the session pages, the information collection mode of the document content is more flexible and diversified, and the information collection efficiency and the statistical efficiency are further improved.
In one implementation, the document content support in the target document in embodiments of the present application is exported. Specifically, after the document content in the target document is edited, any user of the N users may export the document content in the target document into a file through a document export option (located in a shortcut input area, an option bar, or the like), where the file is supported to be shared or forwarded, for example, the file may be shared or forwarded to another session page. By the method, the document content in the target document is exported to be a file, so that the document content is convenient to store, manage and share.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, a session page between N users displayed in an instant messaging application program comprises a collaborative editing entry, and any user of the N users can initiate collaborative editing (trigger to realize collaborative editing of a target document) by selecting the collaborative editing entry, so that the triggering mode is simple and convenient; secondly, when a collaborative editing entry in the session page is selected, a document editing window of a target document is displayed in the instant messaging application program, document content editing of the target document can be participated in the document editing window, and document content generated by collaborative editing of the target document by M users in the N users can be browsed in real time, so that the document content in the target document can be participated in or browsed through the collaborative editing entry, and the speed of the users participating in the collaborative editing is improved; because the document editing window belongs to the session page or the document editing page, and the session page or the document editing page is provided by the instant messaging application program, the document editing window is provided by the instant messaging application program, that is, the collaborative document editing process in the instant messaging session scene does not need to switch and jump the application program, which simplifies the process of collaboratively editing the document and can effectively improve the efficiency of collaboratively editing; thirdly, the embodiment of the application also supports the display of the document content in a table form, the export and the sharing of the target document and the like, so that the hierarchy of the document content can be improved, and the user can conveniently check and share the document content; in addition, the document content generated by collaborative editing in the document editing window can be displayed in the session page in a message mode, so that the document content can be visually displayed in the session page without active access of a user, the user can conveniently look up the document content, the user can obtain information such as progress, completion degree and the like of collaborative editing in time, the intuitiveness of the collaborative editing process is improved, and the collaborative editing experience is improved. In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports annotation of the document content, so that collaborative editing under the instant messaging application program meets the requirement of a user on annotation of the document content, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the system shown in fig. 1, the following describes in detail a flow of interaction between the terminal 102 and the server 101 with reference to fig. 10. FIG. 10 is a flowchart illustrating another document editing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. The document editing method may be interactively performed by the terminal 102 and the server 101 shown in fig. 1; the method includes, but is not limited to, steps S1001-S1011. Wherein:
s1001, the first terminal sends the document content to a server.
The first terminal is a terminal for initiating collaborative editing. Specifically, when the first terminal clicks a collaborative editing entry in a session page, the first terminal displays a document editing window of a target document; correspondingly, a user corresponding to the first terminal can edit the document content in the document editing window; and when the sending identification in the document editing window is clicked, the first terminal sends the document content to the server.
S1002, the server creates a target document.
Specifically, the server generates a target document of the document content based on the document content sent by the first terminal, and generates a document identifier of the target document, where the document identifier may include but is not limited to: a target document version number, a target document link address, etc.
S1003, the server sends the target document identification to the first terminal.
And S1004, the server sends the collaboration document message to the second terminal.
The second terminal is a terminal that includes the same session page as the first terminal, and it can also be understood that a user of the second terminal and a user of the first terminal have a connection relationship in the instant messaging application (for example, users belonging to the same instant messaging application). The collaborative document message carries a document identifier of the target document and a collaborative editing entry.
S1005, when the collaborative editing entry in the second terminal is selected, generating a collaborative editing request, where the collaborative editing request is used to request the server for the rights of collaborative editing in the target document.
The collaborative editing request carries a document identifier of the target document and information (such as identity information of the user) of the second terminal.
And S1006, the second terminal sends the collaborative editing request to the server.
S1007, the server detects whether the second terminal has the authority of performing collaborative editing in the document editing window of the target document.
Specifically, the server may verify, based on the collaborative editing request sent by the second terminal, whether a user corresponding to the second terminal is a net friend of a user corresponding to the first terminal, and whether a document identifier sent by the second terminal is a document identifier of a target document initiated by the first terminal, and may determine that the second terminal has an editing right in the target document only if both of the above two conditions are satisfied. For example, a first terminal corresponds to a user a, a second terminal corresponds to a user B, the user a and the user B are net friends in the same QQ group, and a document identifier of a target document initiated by the user a is AJK 123; now the document identifier sent by the second terminal to the server is SHJ231, the server may determine that user a and user B are net friends, but the document identifier provided by user B is inconsistent with the document identifier provided by user a, which indicates that user B does not have the right of collaborative editing in the target document initiated by user a.
And S1008, the server returns the response message to the second terminal.
Wherein, the response message is used to indicate the response result of the server to the second terminal, and the response result may include: the second terminal has the authority of collaborative editing in the target document, or the second terminal does not have the authority of collaborative editing in the target document.
S1009, the second terminal enters a document editing window of the target document.
In detail, if the second terminal has the right of editing in the target document, the second terminal can enter a document editing window of the target document by clicking the collaborative editing entry; the user can edit the document content in the document editing window through the second terminal; and after the document editing content is edited, clicking the sending identifier to send the edited document content to the server. In the embodiment of the present application, document change operations such as addition, deletion, and annotation of document contents in a document editing window by a user are referred to as document editing dynamics.
S1010, the server sends the document change operation to the first terminal or the second terminal.
Specifically, the server may receive document change operations from the N terminals, and transmit the document change operations (or document contents updated according to the document change operations) to the N terminals (the first terminal, the second terminal) for display.
S1011, the first terminal (second terminal) merges the document contents.
In detail, after receiving a document change operation, a first terminal (a second terminal) may update (add, delete, annotate) document contents by using a document collaborative editing algorithm (OT algorithm) to display the document contents being collaboratively edited by each user in a document editing window in real time, where the operation of updating the document contents is an operation of merging historical document contents and new document contents.
In summary, the document editing scheme depicted in fig. 10 involves interaction between both terminals and servers. The following describes the processing logic of the server and terminal to the document editing scheme. The interaction processing logic between the terminal and the server can refer to the related description of fig. 11, and the processing logic of each module in the terminal can refer to the related description of fig. 12.
The interaction processing logic between the terminal and the server can be seen in fig. 11, and fig. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a server processing logic according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 11, when the server is used for processing the document editing scheme mentioned in the embodiment of the present application, the following parts are mainly involved: big data channel, write-together logic layer, document list, websocket access layer, interatrial layer storage, network instant collaboration document (hackpad), and distributed database (TDSQL). The big data channel is used for transmitting data such as document content and document change operation sent by the terminal, for example, the terminal submits the first document content through the big data channel, the big data channel is connected with a collaborative editing background (writing background together) in the server to generate a target document identifier (version number) of the document content, and the target document identifier is returned to the terminal. The document list is used for storing document contents of a currently existing target document. The write-together logic layer is responsible for processing document change operation (cs operation) and document change conflict (cs conflict) when a plurality of users collaboratively edit the document, and returning the latest document content or document change operation to the terminal. The Websocket access layer is responsible for dynamically connecting the document editing between the terminal and the document server, so that the Websocket is used as long connection (the long connection refers to a connection mode that the connection state is kept not closed after the connection is established between the terminal and the server), the document content or the document change operation can be returned to the terminal, and the document editing windows of the terminals can be guaranteed to update and display the document content in real time. The middle house layer is responsible for managing the authority of each user, such as whether the user has the authority to carry out collaborative editing in the target document.
Processing logic of a terminal for a document editing scheme referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating modules in a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 12, when the terminal is used for processing the document editing scheme mentioned in the embodiment of the present application, the following parts are mainly involved: editors, document tasks, document management, document collaborative editing algorithms, room protocols, document collaborative alteration protocols, and messages. The document protocol is responsible for processing the opening of the target document and the acquisition of the document content in the target document. The room protocol is responsible for handling the rights of the collaborative editing of the user. The file collaborative editing algorithm (OT change protocol) is responsible for handling document change operations and document change conflicts.
