according to the figures 1-6, the driving rod 6 drives the cutting knife 10 to rotate in the process of forward and reverse rotation to cut pork in the stirring barrel 15, the driving rod 6 simultaneously opens the heating block 9 in the process of rotation, the heating block 9 heats the cut pork, such as the pork contains a nitre file, sulfur dioxide gas is generated after heating, the sulfur dioxide gas floats to the top to blacken test paper above the placing plate 301, after the detection is finished, the driving motor 7 and the heating block 9 are closed, the holding rod 11 is grasped, the bottom plate 12 is pulled downwards, the second rack 305 is driven to move in the process of descending the bottom plate 12, then the second gear 304 rotates, the second gear 304 and the first gear 303 are engaged, so that the first gear 303 drives the first rack 302 to move, the placing plate 301 is driven to move, the placing plate 301 descends along with the descending of the bottom plate 12, and after the bottom plate 12 is taken out, the detected pork is treated, the used test paper is taken out, the bottom plate 12 is pushed back to the original position after the test paper is replaced, the placing plate 301 is reset in the process of resetting the bottom plate 12, and new test paper is placed above the stirring barrel 15 after the placing plate 12 is reset to wait for the follow-up work.
