Claims (8)

1. A novel washing device for processing feather products is characterized by comprising a washing cylinder (1), a rotating rod (2), a first ring pipe (3), a cross rod (4), a water inlet pipe (5) and a feeding hole (6); the rotating rod (2) is vertically and rotatably arranged inside the washing drum (1), the rotating rod (2) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the washing drum (1), the two sides of the rotating rod (2) are fixedly connected with a plurality of shifting rods (18), and the shifting rods (18) which are adjacent to each other are parallel to each other;
the first ring pipe (3) is fixed above the inner part of the washing cylinder (1) in a surrounding way, the outer side of the first ring pipe (3) is closely fixed on the surface of the inner wall of the washing cylinder (1), a first spray head (23) is arranged on the surface of the outer ring below the first ring pipe (3), a plurality of first spray heads (23) are arranged, a plurality of first nozzles (23) are uniformly arranged on the surface below the first ring pipe (3), the first nozzles (23) are communicated with the inside of the first ring pipe (3), a water injection pipe (8) is vertically arranged above the right side of the washing cylinder (1), the water injection pipe (8) is communicated with the inside of the first ring pipe (3), a gas injection pipe (9) is vertically arranged above the washing cylinder (1) on the right side of the water injection pipe (8), the gas injection pipe (9) is communicated with the inside of the first ring pipe (3), the water injection pipe (8) and the gas injection pipe (9) are both provided with a first electromagnetic valve (10);
the washing machine is characterized in that the cross rod (4) is transversely fixed in the washing drum (1) below the first ring pipe (3), transverse pipes (20) are fixed on the surfaces of two sides below the cross rod (4), the transverse pipes (20) on the left side and the right side are communicated with each other, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of each transverse pipe (20), a plurality of water outlets are formed in the bottom of each transverse pipe (20), the water outlets are communicated with the interior of each transverse pipe (20), and the transverse pipe (20) on the right side is communicated with the interior of the first ring pipe (3) through a connecting pipe (24);
the feeding hole (6) is arranged above the left side of the washing barrel (1), the feeding hole (6) is communicated with the inside of the washing barrel (1), a second ring pipe (25) is fixed on the surface of the upper inside of the feeding hole (6) in a surrounding manner, a second spray head (26) is arranged at the bottom of the second ring pipe (25), a plurality of second spray heads (26) are arranged, the plurality of second spray heads (26) are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the second ring pipe (25), the second spray heads (26) are communicated with the inside of the second ring pipe (25), a shower pipe (28) is arranged on the outer wall of the feeding hole (6) at the outer side of the second ring pipe (25), the shower pipe (28) is communicated with the inside of the second ring pipe (25), and an electromagnetic valve is installed on the shower pipe (28);
the right side below in a wash bowl (1) is connected in inlet tube (5), and the inside intercommunication of inlet tube (5) and wash bowl (1), the left side top transverse connection of wash bowl (1) has outlet pipe (12), the inside intercommunication of outlet pipe (12) and wash bowl (1), and all install second solenoid valve (13) on inlet tube (5) and outlet pipe (12), the front end surface mounting of wash bowl (1) has industry control computer (11), the surface mid-mounting of wash bowl (1) has motor (7), and motor (7) are connected with bull stick (2) transmission, the bottom of wash bowl (1) is connected with row material pipe (16), arrange material pipe (16) and wash bowl (1) inside intercommunication, and arrange and install electronic butterfly valve (15) on material pipe (16).
