The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the cleaning machine is used, firstly, a detergent and water are injected into the washing box 9 according to the proportion, the rotating motor 24 is started to rapidly and uniformly stir and mix the detergent and the water, then electronic equipment parts to be cleaned are placed in the cleaning basket 8, the second driving motor 27 is started to enable the cleaning basket 8 to descend, the parts in the cleaning basket 8 are enabled to be completely immersed into a washing solution, then the parts can be rapidly and uniformly scrubbed by starting the first driving motor 23, after the parts are washed, the second driving motor 27 is started to drive the cleaning basket 8 to rise to the liquid level of the washing solution in the washing box 9, and then the whole cleaning process is completed by sequentially washing and drying.
