Abstract
The invention discloses low-sulfur marine fuel oil and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of marine fuel oil. The invention provides low-sulfur marine fuel oil which comprises the following components: residual oil, catalytic slurry oil and isononyl alcohol heavy oil. The low-sulfur marine fuel oil has the characteristic of low sulfur content and meets increasingly strict environmental protection requirements. The invention adds a proper amount of isononyl alcohol heavy oil components, solves the problem that the cheap catalytic slurry oil can not be added in a large amount due to high sulfur content and carbon aromaticity index, and can reduce the production cost. The isononanol heavy oil has the characteristics of low sulfur content and low carbon aromaticity index, and the price is cheaper than that of hydrogenated diesel oil by more than 60 percent, thereby further reducing the production cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of marine fuel oil, in particular to low-sulfur marine fuel oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the problem of air pollution caused by exhaust gas discharged from ships has received much attention from the international society. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has strengthened the sulfur content limit for bunker fuels in overseas areas of global emission control, which has required that the upper limit of sulfur content for bunker fuels used in global ships be reduced from 3.5% to 0.5% since 2020. Thus, low sulfur bunker fuel oil refers to residual type fuels having a sulfur content of less than 0.5%. Currently, the global consulting agency forecasts the global low-sulfur marine residual fuel oil demand in 2020 to be 2.3-2.9 million tons, wherein the low-sulfur marine residual fuel oil demand accounts for 30%, and is about 7 million tons, and the market demand is large.
The blending component of the low-sulfur marine residual fuel oil mainly comprises residual oil fraction, and also comprises a diesel component (catalytic diesel), catalytic slurry oil and other components meeting the use, storage and transportation requirements. The catalytic slurry oil has higher sulfur content and carbon aromatic index, but has lower price, and is only about 1/4 of other low-sulfur marine fuel oil blending components; after treatment, the low-sulfur component is introduced to reduce the sulfur content and the carbon aromaticity index, so that more catalytic slurry oil can be added, and the production cost is reduced. Therefore, catalytic slurries are a low cost ideal blending component for low sulfur bunker fuel oils. CN110872533A discloses a low-sulfur heavy bunker fuel oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method is used for forming a bunker fuel by blending catalytic slurry oil according to the proportion of 5-15%. The catalytic slurry oil is low in adding proportion and relatively high in production cost. CN110205160A discloses a process method for preparing bunker fuel oil based on catalytic cracking slurry oil solidification and hydrogenation, which comprises the steps of mixing catalytic cracking slurry oil with a diluent, separating, deslagging, distilling to obtain solid-removed slurry oil, and then preparing a bunker fuel blending component by catalytic hydrogenation. The method needs to add toluene or petroleum ether solvent, and has high production cost.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the low-sulfur marine fuel oil which has the advantages of simple process, low production cost and more consumption of low-added-value product catalytic slurry oil and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a low sulfur bunker fuel oil comprising the following components: residual oil, catalytic slurry oil and isononyl alcohol heavy oil. The low-sulfur marine fuel oil has the characteristic of low sulfur content and meets increasingly strict environmental protection requirements. The invention adds a proper amount of isononyl alcohol heavy oil components, solves the problem that the cheap catalytic slurry oil can not be added in a large amount due to high sulfur content and carbon aromaticity index, and can reduce the production cost. The isononanol heavy oil has the characteristics of low sulfur content and low carbon aromaticity index, and the price is cheaper than that of hydrogenated diesel oil by more than 60 percent, thereby further reducing the production cost.
Preferably, the low-sulfur marine fuel oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of residual oil, 20-40 parts of catalytic slurry oil and 4-15 parts of isononyl alcohol heavy oil. The preparation method firstly adds the cheap catalytic slurry oil to the maximum extent on the premise of meeting the technical index of the low-sulfur marine fuel oil and ensuring that the sulfur content is less than 0.5 percent, and adopts the low-price isononyl alcohol heavy oil to replace diesel oil, thereby reducing the production cost.

Example 1
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing low-sulfur bunker fuel oil includes the following steps:
(1) respectively heating the catalytic slurry oil, the isononyl alcohol heavy oil and the residual oil to 60 ℃;
(2) uniformly mixing catalytic slurry oil and isononyl alcohol heavy oil, and heating and stirring to obtain a mixture A;

Test example Performance testing of Low-Sulfur Marine Fuel oil
The test process comprises the following steps: the kinematic viscosity is measured at 50 ℃ by adopting a manual kinematic viscosity measuring instrument, the density is measured at 15 ℃ by adopting a digital density instrument, the sulfur content is measured at normal temperature by adopting an X-diffraction fluorescence sulfur measuring instrument, and the carbon aromaticity index is measured according to the requirement of appendix F in RMG180 low-sulfur marine fuel oil quality standard (GB/T17411-2015);

The detection results show that the main performances of the low-sulfur marine fuel oil prepared by the invention, such as kinematic viscosity, density, sulfur content and carbon aromaticity index, all reach RMG180 low-sulfur marine fuel oil quality standards, particularly, the sulfur content is less than 0.45%, the requirement that the sulfur content of the marine fuel oil is less than 0.5% after 2020 years is met, and the strict environmental protection requirement is met. In the preparation process of the low-sulfur heavy bunker fuel oil, the cheap catalytic slurry oil is added in a large amount, so that the effect of reducing the cost is achieved, and the low-sulfur bunker fuel oil is low in cost.
The adding amount of the catalytic slurry oil in the general low-sulfur marine fuel oil formula is not more than 10 percent, 20 to 40 percent of the catalytic slurry oil can be added, namely 10 to 30 percent of the catalytic slurry oil can be added, the cost of the catalytic slurry oil is about 20 percent of that of residual oil, the cost can be reduced by 8 to 24 percent, and the price of isononyl alcohol heavy oil is lower than that of the residual oil and diesel oil; therefore, the low-sulfur marine fuel oil provided by the invention can greatly reduce the production cost.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

7. The method for producing a low-sulfur bunker fuel oil according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2) and the step (3), the temperature of heating and stirring is 60 ℃ to 110 ℃, the time of heating and stirring is 40min to 60min, and the speed of heating and stirring is 500rpm to 700 rpm.
