Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wall decoration, in particular to seamless wall cloth and a preparation process and a construction process thereof.
Background
Wall cloth (wall cloth) as one kind of wall decoration material consists of base cloth and surface grey cloth (fabric woven with crossed lines). The base fabric is divided into non-woven fabric and rubber base fabric. The seamless wall cloth is one kind of wall cloth and is a new wall cloth product developed in China in recent years. Seamless wall cloth can be according to the high design of indoor wall, can be according to the whole wall cloth of pasting of perimeter of indoor wall. The seamless wall cloth is characterized by integral construction, the wall cloth can be cut according to the perimeter of a room, the width of the wall cloth is larger than or equal to the height of the room, and one room is pasted by one piece of cloth without splicing. The adhesive tape has the functions of seamless adhesion, strong stereoscopic impression, good hand feeling, decorative effect presentation, water resistance, oil resistance, pollution prevention, dust prevention, static electricity resistance, wall crack prevention, easy management and the like.
The wall cloth is divided into two types according to different construction methods: cold glue wall cloth and hot glue wall cloth.
The cold glue wall cloth is made of glutinous rice glue, potato starch glue and the like, which are firstly coated on the surface of the wall putty layer, and then the wall cloth is laid and pasted. The following disadvantages are relatively present: glue dispensing equipment such as glue, a dispensing cylinder and the like needs to be carried, the operation can not be carried by one person, the construction is difficult in coastal wet areas, and a series of after-sale problems such as mildew, orange peel and the like can occur even in the construction.
The thermal adhesive wall cloth is also called adhesive-free wall cloth, which means that the back of the wall cloth is provided with back adhesive, the adhesive is not needed to be applied during construction, and a steam iron is used for directly adhering the wall. It is in a solid state at normal temperature, can generate physical form change under high temperature (more than 90 ℃) and air pressure to form a molten colloid, and has stronger viscosity and stability.
The method for applying the hot melt adhesive to the back surface of the wide seamless wall cloth in the current market and industry comprises the following steps: the EVA glue powder is melted at high temperature, then coated on release paper with the width of 1 meter to be rolled, and then the glue film on the release paper and the back of the wall cloth are compounded together after hot ironing and melting by utilizing hot decoction at the temperature of 80-120 ℃. The wall cloth has the following defects:
1. secondary processing is required, increasing costs.
2. The width of a traditional glue film to be hot-ironed and compounded is 1 meter, so that when the whole breadth compound glue film with the width of 2.8 meters to 3.2 meters of wall cloth is met, 2-3 overlapped glue overlapping positions must exist, and therefore when a finished product which is compounded is constructed on the upper wall, after the double-layer glue is melted by a steam iron, the glue can seep to the surface of the wall cloth due to too much glue, and the defect that glue seeps in a strip shape occurs.
3. The traditional hot ironing compounding has two compounding modes: pressing plate type and continuous composite type. The two compounding modes are that the wall cloth is manually pulled flat in a tension-free state to be compounded by hot ironing. Therefore, the adhesive strength of each point is inconsistent in the compounding process, and local hollowing and wall cloth delamination are easy to occur, so that rework is caused.
4. In the traditional hot-ironing compounding method, the hot-melt adhesive film is compounded on the back of the wall cloth after being melted at high temperature, so that in the hot-ironing process, due to the factors of temperature, time and material, the defect that the melt adhesive penetrates through the front of the wall cloth easily occurs for some wall cloth with low weft density.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further specifically described below by examples.
Example (b): the utility model provides a seamless wall cloth, include the wall cloth and locate the wall cloth back from type hot melt film, adopt environmental protection material PE to glue from type hot melt film in this embodiment, for avoiding the tradition from the secondary operation of type paper rubberizing technology, the PET material has been increased on hot melt adhesive substrate PE's basis, PET plastic molecular structure high symmetry, certain crystal orientation ability has, so higher film forming ability has, and the hot melt adhesive self that PE and PET mixed the back and make possesses from the type condition (the PET material is the tradition and leaves the main raw and other materials of type paper, PET material self just can possess stable type nature of releasing under the different organic pressure is felt glues).
Specifically, the release hot melt film comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
the components are mixed and melted according to the proportion and then are coated on the back of the wall cloth in a scraping way to form the release hot melt film.
In the embodiment, the release hot-melt film is extremely light through a release technology, the thickness is controlled to be 0.04-0.25mm, so that the release hot-melt film can be attached to a wall surface to the greatest extent, and the phenomena of poor air permeability, easiness in glue melting at high temperature, bulging, falling and the like of the traditional hot-melt adhesive wall cloth are avoided. And can be quickly bonded with the wall at the high temperature of 90-110 ℃, and the bonding time is only 6-10S.
In this embodiment, the construction process of the seamless wall cloth includes the following steps:
s1, unwinding: the shaped roll-shaped wide seamless gray cloth is fed through a feeding machine and is flatly unreeled, the gray cloth is conveyed into a high-temperature oven under certain tension, and the tension suitable for different gray cloth is different, generally 25-60 kg;
s2, high-temperature finishing and shaping: the gray cloth is guided into a high-temperature oven through a metal guide wheel for high-temperature shaping, the temperature of the high-temperature oven is 100 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the warp and the weft of the gray cloth are smooth, so that the phenomena of inclination and wrinkling are avoided; after high-temperature shaping, the mixture is guided into a screw extruder through a metal guide wheel;
s3, film coating: after warping and weft straightening, feeding the grey cloth into a station of a screw extruder with the back side facing upwards, extruding the raw material of the release hot melt film to the back side of the grey cloth through the screw extruder to perform flow surface sizing, and then uniformly scraping a surface flow surface layer by using an ultra-wide scraper after setting standard gram weight and thickness;
s4, cooling and forming: conveying the gray cloth to a cooling device under certain tension, and rapidly cooling to about 20 ℃ to solidify and shape the release hot melt film so as to prevent the cloth surface from being bonded;
s5, rolling: and (3) rolling by adopting a friction type double-station automatic roll changing manner to obtain the wide seamless wall cloth, wherein the width is not less than the height of the room to be constructed.
The release hot melt film of the embodiment has a release technology, so that secondary release paper coating is not needed, the preparation process is simplified, and the preparation cost is reduced; and the situation that the adhesive is compounded on the back of the wall cloth after hot melting can be well inhibited due to the special release capacity of the adhesive.
The seamless wall cloth of the embodiment adopts the same or similar method as the prior art in the construction process, namely, the back glue is melted by a steam iron and then is adhered to the wall surface. However, when the traditional hot glue wall cloth is constructed, because the temperature and the steam quantity of the steam iron are difficult to control well, the phenomenon that the wall cloth is not flat or glue solution is reversely adhered to overflow the wall cloth is easy to occur when the wall cloth is ironed at high temperature. In this embodiment, it possesses from the type nature to make from type hot melt film through increasing PET, can prevent the anti-overflow condition of stickness under the high temperature, and the temperature toleration ratio of type hot melt film to the temperature of this embodiment is than higher (the resistant high low temperature performance of PET material is good, it is all very little to its mechanical nature influence under the environment of-70 ~ 150 degrees centigrade), can be in normal use under the temperature condition of 60-150 degrees centigrade, therefore the steam iron is too high or low temperature that leads to because of the misoperation hardly causes the influence to the construction, thereby to a great extent reduced the construction degree of difficulty, the cost of labor has been saved, the later stage wall cloth overflows the risk of gluing and takes place more.
In addition, the bonding time of the embodiment is short, the bonding with the wall can be rapidly carried out within 6-10S under the temperature condition of 90-110 ℃, and the construction difficulty can be further reduced under the existing construction mode. And can make wall cloth repeatedly spread and paste the use from type hot melt technique to reduce the loss because of the construction dislocation leads to.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
