Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the upper end of the straightening strut 5 is provided with a straightening rotating groove 27, the lower straightening shaft 6 is placed at the bottom of the straightening rotating groove 27, the upper straightening shaft 7 is disposed above the lower straightening shaft 6, a positioning plug is disposed at an opening of the straightening rotating groove 27, the positioning plug includes a positioning column 25 and a positioning plate 26, and the positioning plug is disposed at the opening of the straightening rotating groove 27 to prevent the upper straightening shaft 7 and the lower straightening shaft 6 from falling off in the using process.
As a specific embodiment of the portable cable pay-off device provided by the present invention, a meter counter device is provided on the straightening support 5 in contact with the lower straightening shaft 6.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, the moving wheel 2 is rotatably disposed on a wheel frame 28 located at the lower end surface of the working platform 1, the wheel frame 28 is rotatably disposed on the side wall of a wheel groove 29 for accommodating the moving wheel 2 at the lower end surface of the working platform 1, a fixing plate 30 is disposed on the side wall of the wheel groove 29, the fixing plate 30 penetrates through the side wall of the wheel groove 29 and can be clamped in a fixing groove of the side wall of the opposite wheel groove 29 to accommodate the moving wheel 2 in the wheel groove 29, so as to prevent the moving wheel 2 from slipping off.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, a locking plate 31 is disposed on one side of a wheel frame 28, when a movable wheel 2 is located outside a wheel groove 29, the locking plate 31 is disposed on one side of the wheel frame 28 away from the wheel groove 29, the locking plate 31 is located below a working platform 1, a locking bolt 32 is disposed on the locking plate 31, and the locking bolt 32 penetrates through the locking plate 31 to lock the locking plate 31 and the working platform 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, when the movable wheel 2 is in a use state, a locking plate 31 is disposed on a side of the wheel frame 28 away from the wheel groove 29, a locking bolt 32 is disposed on the locking plate 31, and the locking bolt 32 penetrates through the locking plate 31 and locks the locking plate 31 on a lower end surface of the working platform 1, so as to prevent the movable wheel 2 from being displaced during use.
As a specific embodiment of the portable cable pay-off device provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, a side assembly column 33 is disposed on a side wall of a working platform 1, a side assembly groove is disposed on a side wall of the working platform 1 opposite to the side assembly column 33, the side assembly groove and the side assembly column 33 correspond to each other one by one, two working platforms 1 can be assembled together by means of the side assembly column 33 and the side assembly groove, an upper assembly column 34 is disposed on an upper end surface of the working platform 1, a lower assembly groove is disposed on a lower end surface of the working platform 1, the lower assembly groove and the upper assembly column 34 correspond to each other one by one, and when a movable wheel 2 is located inside a wheel groove 29, the two working platforms 1 can be stacked together by means of the upper assembly column 34 and the lower assembly groove.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the working platforms 1 can be assembled, the side walls of the working platforms 1 opposite to each other are respectively provided with a side assembling column 33 and a side assembling groove, which correspond to each other one by one, and a plurality of cable trays can be paid off by assembling the side assembling columns 33 and the side assembling grooves between the two working platforms 1; the upper end face and the lower end face of the working platform 1 are respectively provided with the upper assembling columns 34 and the lower assembling grooves in one-to-one correspondence, after the device is used, the tool disc placing mechanism and the cable straightening mechanism are placed into the placing groove 3 when the device is placed, the moving wheels 2 are placed into the wheel grooves 29, the working platform 1 can be stacked, and the storage space is saved.

Claims (10)
1. A portable cable payout device comprising:
the device comprises a working platform, a movable wheel and a placing groove, wherein the lower end face of the working platform is provided with the movable wheel, and the upper end face of the working platform is provided with the placing groove;
the tooling plate placing mechanism comprises a support frame assembly and a placing frame assembly arranged on the support frame assembly in a sliding mode, the support frame assembly is detachably arranged at the bottom of a placing groove, a lifting assembly is arranged below the placing frame assembly, the support frame assembly and the placing frame assembly are both provided with two groups, and a detachable rotating shaft is arranged between the two groups of placing frame assemblies; and
the cable straightening mechanism is arranged on one side of the tooling plate placing mechanism in parallel and comprises two groups of straightening struts, a detachable lower straightening shaft and an upper straightening shaft, wherein the two groups of straightening struts are arranged between the two groups of straightening struts.
2. The portable cable pay-off device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support frame assembly comprises two sets of support posts and a support beam disposed between the two sets of support posts, the bottom of the placement groove is provided with a first sliding groove, the first sliding groove is provided with two sets of first sliding grooves, the two sets of first sliding grooves are disposed in parallel and respectively correspond to the two sets of support posts one by one, the lower ends of the support posts are provided with first sliding blocks, the first sliding blocks are shaped blocks, the first sliding blocks are slidably disposed in the first sliding grooves, and the first sliding grooves are provided with support post insertion openings for conveniently taking out and putting in the first sliding blocks.

The portable cable pay-off device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rack assembly comprises a sliding rack and a supporting column, the sliding rack is slidably sleeved on two sets of the supporting columns belonging to the same set of the supporting rack assembly, the sliding rack is located below the supporting beam, the supporting column is vertically arranged on the upper end surface of the sliding rack, the supporting column penetrates through the supporting beam, a rotating shaft placing rack is arranged at the free end of the supporting column, and the rotating shaft is detachably arranged on the rotating shaft placing rack.

A portable cable reel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lifting assembly includes a lifting platform, a fork-type hinge arm, an adjusting shaft and an adjusting fixing block, the lifting platform is disposed below the sliding frame, the fork-type hinge arm includes a first lifting arm and a second lifting arm which are hinged, a first end of the first lifting arm is hinged with the lifting platform, a second sliding block is disposed between a first end of the second lifting arm and the lifting platform, the second sliding block is hinged with a first end of the second lifting arm, a second sliding groove in which the second sliding block can slide is disposed on the lifting platform, a third sliding block is disposed between a second end of the first lifting arm and a bottom of the sliding block groove, the third sliding block is hinged with a second end of the first lifting arm, and a third sliding groove in which the third sliding block can slide is disposed on a bottom of the sliding groove, the first end of regulating spindle sets up adjust the fixed block, it sets up to adjust the fixed block the standing groove tank bottom, the regulating spindle with adjust the fixed block and rotate to be connected, the regulating spindle runs through the third sliding block, just the regulating spindle with third sliding block threaded connection, the regulating spindle second end runs through the work platform lateral wall, just the regulating spindle second end is provided with turning handle, the second lifing arm second end with the standing groove is articulated.

A portable cable reel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the alignment post is provided with a fourth sliding block, the working platform is provided with a fourth sliding slot matched with the fourth sliding block, and the fourth sliding slot is provided with an alignment post inlet for conveniently taking out and putting in the fourth sliding block.

The portable cable paying-off device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upper end of the alignment support is provided with an alignment rotating groove, the alignment rotating groove is a U-shaped groove, the arc end of the alignment rotating groove is matched with the lower alignment shaft, the lower alignment shaft is rotatably disposed at the arc end of the alignment rotating groove, the upper alignment shaft is rotatably disposed in the alignment rotating groove and above the lower alignment shaft, a positioning plug is disposed at an opening of the alignment rotating groove, the positioning plug comprises a positioning column and a positioning plate, the positioning plate is vertically disposed at one end of the positioning column, the positioning column is matched with the opening, and the positioning plate is disposed outside the alignment support.
7. A portable cable payout device as defined in claim 6 wherein said alignment post is provided with a metering device disposed in contact with said lower alignment shaft.

The portable cable reel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end surface of the working platform is provided with a wheel frame, the movable wheel is rotatably disposed on the wheel frame, the lower end surface of the working platform is provided with a wheel groove for accommodating the movable wheel, the wheel frame is rotatably disposed in the wheel groove, the side wall of the wheel groove is provided with a fixing plate, when the wheel frame is disposed in the wheel groove, the fixing plate is disposed below the wheel frame, the fixing plate penetrates through the side wall of the wheel groove, and the side wall of the wheel groove opposite to the fixing plate is provided with a fixing groove for positioning the fixing plate.

The portable cable reel as claimed in claim 8, wherein a locking plate is provided at one side of the wheel frame, the locking plate is provided at a side of the wheel frame away from the wheel groove when the movable wheel is located outside the wheel groove, the locking plate is located below the working platform, and a locking bolt is provided on the locking plate, the locking bolt penetrates the locking plate to lock the locking plate and the working platform.

A portable cable reel as claimed in claim 9, wherein the side wall of the work platform is provided with side assembling posts, the side wall of the work platform opposite thereto is provided with side assembling grooves, the side assembling grooves correspond to the side assembling posts one to one, two sets of the work platforms can be assembled together by means of the side assembling posts and the side assembling grooves, the upper end surface of the work platform is provided with upper assembling posts, the lower end surface of the work platform is provided with lower assembling grooves, the lower assembling grooves correspond to the upper assembling posts one to one, and when the moving wheel is located inside the wheel groove, the two sets of the work platforms can be stacked together by means of the upper assembling posts and the lower assembling grooves.
