Abstract
The invention provides a rubber belt feeding device which is used for providing a dust removal rubber belt and comprises a first air expansion head used for placing the dust removal rubber belt, a second air expansion head used for collecting the dust removal rubber belt, a supporting plate, a belt pressing cylinder and a driving assembly used for driving the second air expansion head to rotate. The adhesive tape feeding device saves labor, improves efficiency and reduces waste.

The mechanical speed reducer 4 comprises a damping mounting block 41 fixed on the mounting plate 3 and located on the other side of the first air expansion head 1, a damping plate 42 connected with the first air expansion head 1, and a connecting piece 43 fixed on the damping plate 42 and abutted to the damping mounting block 41.
Further, the connecting member 43 includes a resistance head 431, a spring 432, and a top thread 433, which are sequentially connected from the damping plate 42 toward the damping mounting block 41.
When the first air expansion head 1 and the dust removal adhesive tape 200 are driven to rotate, the connecting piece 43 is abutted between the first air expansion head 1 and the damping mounting block 41, and the connecting piece 43 is used for reducing the rotating speed and angle of the first air expansion head 1 when the first air expansion head 1 rotates relative to the damping mounting block 41, so that the dust removal adhesive tape 200 can be prevented from being broken when the dust removal adhesive tape rotates along with the first air expansion head 1.
The protection member 10 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate 3 far away from the first gas expansion head 1 and the second gas expansion head 2, the protection member 10 comprises a protection side plate 102 and a protection outer plate 103, the protection side plate 102 is arranged on the periphery of the mounting plate 3, and the protection outer plate 103 is used for connecting a plurality of protection side plates 102.

The adhesive tape feeding device 100 of the present invention can prevent the relative rotation between the dust removing adhesive tape 200 and the first air expansion head 1 and the second air expansion head 2 by providing the first air expansion head 1 and the second air expansion head 2; the feeding length can be better controlled by arranging the encoder, and waste is prevented.
