a heating block 6 disposed in the mixing bin 103;
the stirring mechanism is arranged in the mixing bin 103 and is used for uniformly mixing water and disinfectant, heating the water and the disinfectant through the heating block 6 and disinfecting a new fiber material by using steam.
The cleaning mechanism comprises a water tank 3, a water pump 302 and a high-pressure spray head 304, wherein the water tank 3 is fixedly connected to the tank body 1, the water pump 302 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the tank body 1, the high-pressure spray head 304 is respectively and fixedly connected to the cleaning bin 101 and the water baffle 204, a first guide pipe 301 is connected between the water tank 3 and the water pump 302, and a second guide pipe 303 is connected between the water pump 302 and the high-pressure spray head 304.
Five groups of the placing frame 2 are vertically arranged in the cleaning bin 101.
Washing storehouse 101 inner wall fixedly connected with round pin axle 202, the epaxial rotation of round pin 202 is connected with pulley 203, and the washing step is as follows:
s1, opening the cleaning bin 101, drawing out the placing frame 2, and placing the new fiber material to be cleaned in the groove 201;

s4, the water after being cleaned simultaneously falls into the bottom of the cleaning bin 101 through the water baffle 204 and then is conveyed into the collection box 4 through the guide pipe 401.
After the new fiber material is cleaned, the new fiber material is taken out, the disinfection bin 102 is opened, the placing plate 7 is pulled out to place the new fiber material in the placing groove 701, then the placing plate 7 is pushed into the disinfection bin 102, the disinfection bin 102 is closed, at the moment, disinfectant and water are added into the mixing bin 103 through the filling port, the motor 5 is started simultaneously, the motor 5 drives the rotating shaft 501 to rotate, the rotating shaft 501 drives the stirring rod 502 to uniformly mix the water and the disinfectant, meanwhile, the heating block 6 is opened, the water and the disinfectant after the uniform mixing of the heating block 6 are heated, when the water added with the disinfectant is boiled to generate steam, the steam enters the disinfection bin 102 through the exhaust port, and the new fiber material placed on the placing plate 7 is disinfected.

a box body (1) provided with a cleaning bin (101), a disinfection bin (102) and a mixing bin (103),
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning bin (101), a placing frame (2) and a water baffle plate (204), wherein the placing frame (2) is connected in the cleaning bin (101) in a sliding mode, a groove (201) is formed in the placing frame (2), and the inner wall of the cleaning bin (101) is fixedly connected with the water baffle plate (204);
the cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning bin (101) and is used for cleaning new fiber materials;
the collection box (4) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the box body (1);
the two ends of the flow guide pipe (401) are respectively connected between the cleaning bin (101) and the collecting box (4);
and the heating block (6) is arranged in the mixing bin (103).

The new fiber material cleaning and disinfecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning mechanism comprises a water tank (3), a water pump (302) and a high-pressure nozzle (304), the water tank (3) is fixedly connected to the box body (1), the water pump (302) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the box body (1), the high-pressure nozzle (304) is respectively and fixedly connected to the cleaning bin (101) and the water baffle (204), a first conduit (301) is connected between the water tank (3) and the water pump (302), and a second conduit (303) is connected between the water pump (302) and the high-pressure nozzle (304).
3. A new material fiber cleaning and disinfecting device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said water tank (3) is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe (8), said water inlet pipe (8) is connected with a water cover (801).

The new fiber material cleaning and disinfecting device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a stirring mechanism disposed in the mixing chamber (103) for uniformly mixing water and disinfecting liquid, and heating the water and the disinfecting liquid by the heating block (6) to disinfect the new fiber material with steam.

The new fiber material cleaning and disinfecting device according to claim 5, characterized in that the stirring mechanism comprises a motor (5), a rotating shaft (501) and a stirring rod (502), the motor (5) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the box body (1), the rotating shaft (501) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the mixing bin (103), the stirring rod (502) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (501), and the rotating shaft (501) is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor (5).
7. The new fiber material cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1, characterized in that five groups are vertically arranged in the cleaning bin (101) of the placing frame (2).
8. The new fiber material cleaning and disinfecting device according to claim 7, characterized in that a pin (202) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cleaning bin (101), and a pulley (203) is rotatably connected to the pin (202).
