Claims (1)

1. A method of operating an ointment gap spray apparatus, said apparatus comprising: the oil ointment gap spraying device comprises an oil ointment gap spraying assembly (1), wherein the oil ointment gap spraying assembly (1) is communicated with an oil ointment box assembly (2), oil ointment is filled in the oil ointment box assembly (2), a spraying notch (11) is formed in the oil ointment gap spraying assembly (1), the oil ointment gap spraying assembly (1) is connected with a driving assembly (3) through a squeezing assembly, and the driving assembly (3) drives the oil ointment gap spraying assembly (1) to rotate so as to enable the oil ointment to be squeezed out of a gap at the spraying notch (11) through the squeezing assembly and be coated on a steel aluminum belt;
the extrusion assembly includes: the oil-water separator comprises a coupler (10) and an extrusion part, wherein the extrusion part is arranged inside the oil-water separator gap spraying assembly (1), the coupler (10) is arranged outside the oil-water separator gap spraying assembly (1), and the driving assembly (3) is connected with the extrusion part through the coupler (10);
the oleamen gap spraying assembly (1) is connected with a steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4), the steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4) and the spraying notch (11) are oppositely arranged, and the steel-aluminum belt is arranged on the steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4) and is connected with the steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4) through an adjusting steel-aluminum belt adjusting block (41);
the ointment gap spraying assembly (1) is provided with a cable core wire through hole (12), and the cable core wire through hole (12) is connected with the ointment gap spraying assembly (1);
the ointment gap spraying assembly (1) and the driving assembly (3) are arranged on one end face of the bottom plate (5), and the other end face of the bottom plate (5) is connected with a funnel (6) and a lifting bracket (7);
an adjusting electric cabinet (8) is connected to the lifting support (7), a frequency converter is arranged in the adjusting electric cabinet (8), and the frequency converter is electrically connected with the driving assembly (3);
one end of the lifting support (7) is connected with the bottom plate (5), and the other end of the lifting support (7) is connected with the base (9);
the funnel (6) corresponds to the ointment collecting tray and is matched with the ointment collecting tray so as to collect redundant ointment;
the ointment box assembly (2) comprises: the ointment box comprises an ointment box body (21) and an ointment box cover body (22), wherein the ointment box body (21) is movably connected with the ointment box cover body (22), an ointment box floating ball (23) is arranged in the ointment box body (21), the ointment box body (21) is connected with the ointment box floating ball (23), the ointment box floating ball (23) is used for detecting the liquid level of ointment in an ointment box, the ointment box floating ball (23) is electrically connected with an adjusting electric cabinet (8), and the adjusting electric cabinet (8) is electrically connected with ointment filling equipment in an ointment box assembly;
the working method comprises the following steps:
s1, penetrating a steel-aluminum belt into a steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4) from the upper part of the steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4), and fixing the steel-aluminum belt on the steel-aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4) by adjusting a steel-aluminum belt adjusting block (41);
s2, adjusting the position of the ointment gap spraying assembly (1) so as to enable a spraying notch (11) of the ointment gap spraying assembly (1) to be arranged corresponding to a steel aluminum belt on the steel aluminum belt adjusting bracket (4);
s3, connecting an ointment oil inlet hole on an ointment box cover body (22) with an ointment filling device in an ointment box assembly, wherein an ointment box floating ball (23) is arranged in the ointment box body (21), a liquid level threshold value of the ointment in the ointment box body (21) is preset, when the ointment box floating ball (23) detects that the actual liquid level of the ointment in the ointment box body (21) is lower than a liquid level threshold value signal of the ointment in the ointment box body (21), the ointment box floating ball (23) transmits the detected actual liquid level of the ointment in the ointment box body (21) to an adjusting electric cabinet (8), and the adjusting electric cabinet (8) controls the ointment filling device in the ointment box assembly to start and fills the ointment into the ointment box body (21);
s4, when the actual liquid level of the ointment in the ointment box body (21) is detected to be higher than a liquid level threshold signal of the ointment in the ointment box body (21), the ointment box floating ball (23) transmits the detected actual liquid level of the ointment in the ointment box body (21) to an adjusting electric cabinet (8), the adjusting electric cabinet (8) controls to close an ointment filling device in the ointment box assembly, an ointment box cover body (22) is covered, the ointment flows downwards from the ointment box body (21), reaches the inside of the ointment gap spraying assembly (1), a frequency converter in the adjusting electric cabinet (8) controls a driving assembly (3) to drive a pressing assembly in the ointment gap spraying assembly (1) to rotate, and the ointment can be extruded out of a gap at a spraying notch (11) of the ointment gap spraying assembly (1) and drop on a steel aluminum strip passing through the steel aluminum strip adjusting bracket (4) for coating every round;
and S5, after the steel aluminum belt is coated with the ointment, the redundant ointment coated on the steel aluminum belt is dripped into the funnel (6) along the bottom plate (5), and an ointment collecting disc is placed below the funnel (6) during production and is used for collecting the redundant ointment.
