Detailed Description
The present disclosure is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific embodiments.
The kidney puncture part needs to be packed by pressure after the kidney puncture operation, and the sand bag is used in combination with the medical abdominal belt. The belt may be applied improperly or change its position during the process of removing the sandbag. By referring to the radial artery balloon compression method, the balloon is supposed to be used for compressing the renal puncture site in the embodiment.
Patients need to urinate more after renal puncture, but the patients lie in bed after renal puncture, which is easy to cause difficult urination. In TCM, the point inducing diuresis is located at the lower abdomen, above the midline of the abdomen and 2.5 cun below the umbilicus, and it is internally applied to the bladder to induce diuresis and treat stranguria. This embodiment is intended to stimulate the acupoint by balloon compression. In addition, by using the principle of a constipation patch, the traditional Chinese medicines with the effects of clearing heat, inducing diuresis and treating stranguria, such as rhizoma alismatis, semen plantaginis, pyrrosia lingua, ricepaperplant pith, desmodium and the like, are ground into mud and then are put into a belt for external application. The traditional Chinese medicine is externally applied and has the function of promoting urination in combination with acupoint stimulation.
Referring specifically to fig. 1, a novel abdominal belt for use after renal puncture surgery includes a left wing part 1, a middle section part 2, a right wing part 3, and an overlapping part a, which are connected in sequence; the outer end part of the left wing part 1 is provided with an adhesive part A' corresponding to the overlapping part; the middle parts of the left wing part 1 and the right wing part 3 are respectively provided with an inflating bag B with an inflating conduit for compression; the middle part of the middle section part 2 is provided with a traditional Chinese medicine patch D, and a small air sac C with an inflation conduit for stimulating acupuncture points is arranged below the traditional Chinese medicine patch D.
In this embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 1, the left wing portion 1 and the middle portion 2, and the middle portion 2 and the right wing portion 3 are connected by an elastic fabric E.
Further, the left and right wings 1 and 3 are equal in length. The overlapping part A and the bonding part A' have the same shape and size.
In this embodiment, one of the overlapping portion a and the bonding portion a' is a rough surface of the nylon adhesive tape, and the other is a hook surface of the adhesive tape.
In this embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 1, the left and right wing portions 1 and 3 are sized in length as a, and the middle portion 2 is selected to have different lengths according to different waist sizes.
In this embodiment, the center of the Chinese medicinal patch D corresponds to the lower abdomen, the upper midline of the abdomen, and 2.5 cun below the umbilicus.
In this embodiment, the left wing part 1, the middle section 2, and the right wing part 3 except for the adhesive part a' are made of cotton cloth.
The abdominal belts are designed to have waist sizes of 80cm, 90cm, 100cm, 105cm, 110cm and 120 cm.
In fig. 1, a represents that the two sides are equal in length.
Before the kidney puncture of the patient, the novel abdominal belt with the corresponding size is selected according to the waist of the patient, the novel abdominal belt is placed on a bed, and the air sac face upwards. The patient lies on the abdominal belt with the Chinese medicinal patch on the umbilical region. After the kidney puncture is finished, the left wing or the right wing inflatable bag is inflated by the puncture assistant according to the puncture position, the inflatable bag is attached to the kidney puncture position after the inflation, the two sides are bonded, and the patient is turned over to lie flat.
During postoperative compression, when a patient has difficulty urinating, the sub-umbilical balloon is inflated to stimulate the bladder. Meanwhile, the Chinese medicinal patch is close to the lower abdomen. 8 hours after kidney puncture, the back balloon is deflated to complete pressurization. The abdominal belt can be used continuously for 24 hours after operation according to the condition of the patient.
It should be noted that, for the convenience of description, the left wing part 1 and the right wing part 3 mentioned in the present embodiment are not specifically the left side and the right side, and actually the left side and the right side indicate the opposite sides, and they may be interchanged.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
