[ first embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 2 is a side view of the mask. The first embodiment of the present invention provides a mask 100 with adjustable ear straps, which comprises a mask body 10 and a pair of ear straps 20, wherein the mask body 10 has a pair of side edges 11. The mask body 10 of the present embodiment is illustrated as a flat folded shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The pair of ear straps 20 are respectively disposed on the pair of side edges 11 of the mask body 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the ear strap 20 is made of an elongated strip of elastic material. For example, referring to fig. 2A and 2B, fig. 2A is an enlarged view of the portion of the ear band 20 in fig. 2. Each ear band 20 has an elastic layer 201 and at least one contact layer 202. In this embodiment, two contact layers 202 are respectively disposed on two sides of the elastic layer 201. The elastic layer 201 may be a film-like stretchable rubber layer or other plastic layer; the contact layer 202 may be cloth, or plastic, or woven material that comfortably contacts the ear. The contact layer 202 and the elastic layer 201 can be bonded by thermal melting in a stripe or dot shape. As shown in fig. 2A, in the present embodiment, the contact layer 202 is connected to the elastic layer 201 by a plurality of spaced parallel elongated hot melt zones 203. In fig. 2A, the elastic layer 201 is unstretched and the contact layers 202 on both sides are in the shape of a curved arch. As shown in FIG. 2B, when the ear band 20 is stretched, the elastic layer 201 in the middle is stretched, and the contact layers 202 on both sides are pulled apart to fit over the elastic layer 201.
As shown in FIG. 2, each of the ear straps 20 has a pair of connecting sections 21 and a plurality of folding regions 23 located between the pair of connecting sections 21. The pair of connecting sections 21 of each ear strap 20 are fixedly connected to two ends of one side edge 11 of the mask body 10, for example, by heat fusion. In this embodiment, a reserved expansion section 22 is formed between each folding region 23 and the adjacent connecting section 21. The ear band fabric of the pre-stretch section 22 is not overlapped, in other words, the thickness of the pre-stretch section 22 is equal to the thickness of the ear band 20 fabric and is greater than the thickness of the folding area 23.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the length of each ear strap 20 that is not unfolded is equal to the length of each side edge 11 of the mask body.
The folding regions 23 of the present embodiment are bent and overlapped with each other, wherein each of the folding regions 23 has more than three folding segments 231, 232, 233, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the folding region 23 may also be five folding segments, each of which is shorter.
One of the features of the present invention is that a pseudo-adhesive bond is formed between the plurality of folding segments 231, 232, 233. By "pseudo-adhesive" is meant a material that allows the force applied by the user to separate, not completely adhere, but cannot be separated. The manner of "false bonding" is exemplified, wherein after the ear band 20 is cut by a heat sealing knife, the side edges of two adjacent folding segments (231 and 232; or 232 and 233) are subjected to false bonding in a heat welding manner. In other words, the elastic layer 201 inside the different folding segments (231, 232, 233) is cut by the heat sealing knife and welded to each other. After separation, the folding sections 231, 232, 233 remain intact without damage.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 shows a process in which the right folding region 23 is pulled apart. Two adjacent folding sections 213, 232 are unfolded by external force. First, the middle folding section 232 is separated from the lower folding section 233, and then the middle folding section 232 can be pulled to separate from the upper folding section 231. As shown in fig. 4, the right folded region 23 is completely unfolded. At this time, the left folded region 23 is not yet unfolded. After being pulled apart, as shown in fig. 4, each ear band 20 can be partially unfolded to form a shorter wearing length suitable for a user with a small face. After wearing, as shown in fig. 6, the folded region 23 of the upper half of the right ear band 20 is not stretched, and the length of the ear band 20 is shorter.
As shown in fig. 5, the right-side folded region 23 is completely unfolded, and the left-side folded region 23 is also completely unfolded. The ear band 20 is fully extended to provide a full wearing length that is suitable for use by users with larger facial contours.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned "pseudo-bonding" manner, and in this embodiment, a plurality of thermal melting points may also be formed between two adjacent folding segments (231, 232, 233). In other words, the two overlapped folding sections (231, 232, 233) can be connected by spot heat welding, so as to enhance the strength of the folding region 23 and prevent the folding region from being accidentally pulled apart during wearing. It should be added that the density of the heat fusion points per unit area may be less than the density of the heat fusion points between the connection section 21 of the ear band 20 and the mask body 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a reserved section 24 is respectively disposed between two adjacent folding regions 23, the reserved sections 24 are not formed in a stack shape, the thickness of the reserved sections 24 is smaller than that of the folding regions 23, and the reserved sections 24 are exposed outside the ear band 20. In other words, as shown in fig. 1, the two folding areas 23 are overlapped from two ends to the middle, and the reserved section 24 is exposed and faces the user, so that the user can conveniently identify the position of the reserved section 24. The user can pull up the edge of the folded region 23 from the prepared section 24 and unfold the folded region 23. For identification purposes, the reserve 24 can also be provided in a different color, i.e. the reserve 24 is in a different color than the folded region 23, or with an identification pattern, such as a flip-open arrow.
[ second embodiment ]
As shown in fig. 7, the mask 100b with adjustable ear straps according to the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the above-mentioned embodiments in that the folding zone 25 of the ear strap 20b has seven shorter folding sections. The user may separate only two folding sections, or four folding sections. The ear band 20b can assume a greater variety of lengths. In addition, the reserved section 24 between the two folding areas 25 is longer and easier to identify than the above embodiment.
It should be noted that the folding segments of the above embodiments have the same length, however, the invention is not limited thereto, and the folding segments may have different lengths. For example, the folding section at the uppermost layer can be shorter, and the folding section close to the mask body can have a longer length, so that a user can more conveniently separate the pseudo-bonded folding section.
[ third embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the mask 100c of the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that the mask body 10c is three-dimensional and is formed by two single bodies connected in an arc shape, and the ear straps 20 may be the same as the first embodiment or the second embodiment.
[ fourth embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the mask 100d of the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that the mask body 10d is a boat-shaped three-dimensional structure formed by three connected pieces, and the ear straps 20 may be the same as the first embodiment or the second embodiment.
One of the advantages of the present invention is that the mask has the ear straps with adjustable length, which can pass through the folding regions of the ear straps to adjust the wearing length of the ear straps, and each ear strap can be partially unfolded to form a shorter wearing length or completely unfolded to form a complete wearing length, so as to be suitable for users with different sizes of face shapes. In addition, the ear belt of the embodiment is made of the elastic material belt in a long strip shape, so that the stress area of the ears is dispersed when the ear belt is worn, and comfortable wearing feeling can be provided. There is no need to produce masks with two or more ear straps of different lengths.
The disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, so that the invention is not limited by the disclosure of the specification and drawings.
