Description

Bride wearing piece
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bride wearing article for use at a location where the bride wearing article is likely to be wet, such as at a swimming pool or beach.
Background
Wedding dresses are not made or designed for beaches, swimming pools, or any other location where a bride's wearing parts are likely to get wet. Thus, with current bride wear, a bride would not want to go to the beach or swimming pool. In addition, a bride cannot wear exclusively for beaches or swimming pools while maintaining the image of the bride. In addition, brides cannot engage in water activities, including swimming, with conventional bride donning. However, in some hot weather areas, a bride may wish to be able to enjoy water in a swimming pool or beach while still maintaining the attractive image of the bride.
For the foregoing reasons, there is a need for a bride wear that can be worn at locations where the bride wear is likely to be wet.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is a bride wear designed to be worn at the beach or swimming pool or any other location where a bride will likely get wet. Thus, the bride wear is designed to act as or to mate with swimwear or beach wear. Swimwear/beach wear may have features to attach and detach the basic bride trail, creating a fashionable bride wear for swimming and beach life style. The bride trail and the attachment of swimwear/beach wear creates new innovative goals, functions and visual fashion appeal for the bride. The invention also creates new product categories in the wedding, swimwear/beach wear industry.
The bride wear may include a bride bridal train and an attachment device connected to the bridal train such that the bridal train may be attached to the garment. In some embodiments, the bride wear may further comprise a corresponding attachment device, which may be connected to the garment such that the bride bridal trail may be attached to the garment via the attachment device and the corresponding attachment device. In some embodiments, a bride wear includes a bride bridal train having an attachment device and a garment having a corresponding attachment device.
In some embodiments, the invention may be an attachment device and corresponding attachment device to fasten to a bride bridal trail and clothing, thereby providing a method of manufacturing a bride wearing item for use at a location where the bride wearing item is likely to be wet.
Since the bride wear is designed for use at beaches or swimming pools, the garment can be any suit used in such environments, such as swimsuits and beach suits. Bride donning may carry a variety of different types of swimwear and beach wear to which a bride bridal trail may be attached and detached so that the bride can enjoy the fashion coordination of bride swimwear and beach wear made of waterproof fabric to wet when needed.
The free-decorating bride bridal trail is specially made for attachment to and detachment from swimwear/beach wear. The present invention thus solves the problem of combining bride tailing with swimwear/beach wear and creates bride donning for use at beaches and swimming pools. Now, a bride can attend all interesting celebratory events on her wedding day without feeling constrained to traditional wedding dresses that are not designed to get wet or wet, allowing the bride to enjoy her wedding ceremony in a more relaxed and leisure manner while still being the focus of the flower of the dance and attention of many people, or being noticed or recognized as a bride while making fashion statements and wearing fashion at the beach or swimming pool for the wedding occasion.
The bride bridal train may be attached to the garment using an attachment system comprising an attachment means and a corresponding attachment means, which are attached to each other and can be released from each other. In a preferred embodiment, the attachment system is a uniquely designed two-pronged hook and heart-shaped hook and eye system. The attachment system may be made of plastic, corrosion resistant metal, or other suitable waterproof material for swimwear.
The primary color scheme for tailing on clothing and bride can be white, and the purpose and function is as a bride wearing piece of the bride, so that the bride wears fashionably on beaches and swimming pools. Current popular colors associated with bride donning include off-white, bare, and light pink, but any additional color may be used for the bride donning.

Detailed Description
The detailed description set forth below in connection with the appended drawings is intended as a description of the presently preferred embodiments of the invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be constructed or utilized. The description sets forth the functions and the sequence of steps for constructing and operating the invention in connection with the illustrated embodiments. It is to be understood, however, that the same or equivalent functions and sequences may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.
The present invention relates to a bride wearing article specifically designed for use during a wedding ceremony, in places where the bride may get wet, such as at a beach or swimming pool. Referring to fig. 1A through 7D, the bride wearing piece may include: bride bridal trail 102; a garment 104 to which the bride bridal tail 102 can be attached; an attachment device 106 connected to the bride bridal trail 102 or clothing 104; and a corresponding attachment device 108 connected to the other of the garment 104 or bride bridal tail 102, such that the bride bridal tail 102 can be attached to the garment 104.
In a preferred embodiment, the bride bridal tail 102 can be attached to a garment 104, such as the back bottom portion of a swimsuit (the shorts portion of a swimsuit), the top portion of a swimsuit (the brassier portion), or a beach covering gown, dress, shorts, skirts, pants, and all other articles of clothing associated with swimsuits or beach suits. The bride trail 102 creates a bride wear appearance for the beach by attaching the bride trail 102 to swimwear or beach wear clothing 104. The bride bridal trail 102 can be removed if desired. The bride bridal tail 102 may be made of spandex, nylon, lycra, tadel (tactel) and other waterproof swimwear materials like synthetic waterproof fibers, and/or other materials or fabrics designed to be worn when wet. In other words, the bride bridal tail 102 is substantially made of a waterproof material, rather than simply being combined or decorated with small waterproof pieces. For example, at least 50% of the bride bridal tail 102 can be made of a waterproof material. In some embodiments, at least 60 percent of the bride bridal tail 102 can be made of a waterproof material. In some embodiments, at least a percentage of the bride bridal tail 102 can be made of a waterproof material. In some embodiments, at least 80 percent of the bride bridal tail 102 can be made of a waterproof material. In some embodiments, at least 90 percent of the bride bridal tail 102 can be made of a waterproof material. In some embodiments, the entire bride bridal tail 102 can be made of a waterproof material.
Fig. 1A-7D show examples of bride bridal train 102 with attachment devices 106, various styles of garments 104 with corresponding attachment devices 108, a rear view of a bridal wear with the bridal train 102 attached to the garment 104, and a front view of the bridal wear with the bridal train 102 attached to the garment 104. The garment 104 may be any type of apparel that is typically worn at a beach or swimming pool. By way of example only, the garment may be a one-piece swimsuit (fig. 1B-1D), bikini bottom suit (fig. 2B-2D), bikini bra (fig. 3B-3D), beach top suit (fig. 4B-4D), beach shorts (fig. 5B-5D), beach pants (fig. 6B-6D), beach skirt, beach suit skirt (fig. 7B-7D), beach gown robe, two-piece swimsuit, and the like. Preferably, the attachment devices 106 or corresponding attachment devices 108 on the garment 104 may be located on the lower portion of the rear of the garment 104, adjacent the lumbar region and hips, to simulate a typical bridal trail. Alternatively, the attachment means 106 or corresponding attachment means 108 may be located on the upper portion, front or rear, adjacent the bust line or chest area of the garment. In a preferred embodiment where the garment is a swimsuit/beach suit, the location of the attachment devices 106 or corresponding attachment devices 108 is generally on the rear, lower or upper portion (rear waist or chest region) of the swimsuit/beach suit.
Referring to fig. 8A-8B, the bride bridal tail 102 includes an upper portion 112 and a tail portion 114 depending from the upper portion 112. The length of the bride bridal tail 102 can be from one foot to ten feet long. Wedding terms related to smear length are wattering (walteau), shortest smear (sweet), court (court), royal (royal), cathedral (cathedral), and chapel (chapel). The attachable/detachable bride bridal tail 102 may weigh from one to two pounds, depending on the size and made of waterproof materials including any one or more of nylon, lycra, spandex, polyester, chiffon, and other similar synthetic waterproof fibers, for example.
Typically, because the train depends from the body, as shown in fig. 8A, the attachment device 106 or corresponding attachment device 108 is centrally located at the top of the bride bridal train 102.
The wedding tail 102 may also include waterproof decorations 110 for swimwear/beach wear, such as brooches, buckles, bows, or other pieces made of plastic, glass, alloys, rhinestones, metal, other various materials, and waterproof fabric and cloth. For example, the bride bridal tail 102 may include a fabric bow-tie design and/or a fabric drape design, but is not limited to such designs. The function and placement of the bride bridal tail 102 remains the same, but the physical design may vary slightly with different waterproof fabrics and/or decorations 110 made for swimwear or beach wear.
In some embodiments, a slit or hole 116 may be formed in the rear portion of the bride bridal tail 102 through which a removable strap 118 may be looped. The band 118 may be made of spandex, nylon, lycra, tada, and other waterproof materials like synthetic waterproof fibers and is not limited to waterproof decorations 110 for swimwear/beach wear 104, such as brooch, buckles, plastic, glass, alloy, rhinestone, metal, and other various materials.
The bride bridal tail material may be made of a one-, two-or four-way stretch waterproof fabric made of spandex, nylon, polyester, lycra, tada, chiffon and other similar synthetic waterproof materials, or other fabrics or materials designed to be worn when wet. If the bride chooses to swim, she can remove the bride bridal tail 102, but only if she chooses, because the bridal tail 102 is typically made of waterproof material and can withstand and wear in water without water damage.
As such, the bride bridal tail 102 may be a removable piece equipped with an attachment device 106 (or a corresponding attachment device 108), with the corresponding attachment device 108 (or attachment device 106) on the garment 104. By way of example only, such attachment means 106 may be a hook on the tail 102 that will mate with a corresponding hook eye on the garment 104, or vice versa, to allow the tail 102 to be attached to or detached from the garment 104 as desired. Preferably, as shown in fig. 9A and 9B, the hook is a bifurcate hook that is connected to or separated from the heart-shaped hook eye.
Referring to fig. 10A-10B, in a preferred embodiment, the attachment device 106 may be a hook including an attachment portion 120 and a mating portion 130. The attachment portion 120 is used to secure the attachment device 106 to the bride bridal train 102 or the garment 104. Thus, the attachment portion 120 may be a rivet, hook, pin, clip, or the like. In a preferred embodiment, the attachment portion 120 may be a pair of rings 122a, 122b, each having a stem 124a, 124b extending therefrom. The rods 124a, 124b connect the attachment portion 120 to the mating portion 130. In some embodiments, the rods 124a, 124b may be connected to the mating portion 130 by being integrally formed as a single piece, or may be connected to the mating portion 130 by welding, soldering, adhesives, clips, or the like.
In a preferred embodiment, each rod 124a, 124b is connected to its respective ring 122a, 122b at a mesial location 126a, 126 b. From the mesial position 126a, 126b, each rod 124a, 124b extends laterally away from its respective ring 122a, 122b, forming a wedge 128a, 128b between the rod 124a, 124b and its respective ring 122a, 122 b.
The mating portion 130 of the attachment device 106 is configured to mate with a corresponding attachment device 108. By way of example only, the mating portion 130 may have buttons, hooks, hook-and-loop, clips, pins, magnets, and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the mating portion is a hook, and more preferably, a double-pronged hook having a first prong 132a and a second prong 132 b. From the side profile as shown in fig. 10B, the bifurcating hook has a typical "U" shaped profile (inverted "U" in fig. 10B) with a rear side 131 that projects away from the loops 122a, 122B at their respective stems 124a, 124B while remaining in the same plane defined by the loops 122a, 122B. The rear side 131 curves forward out of the plane defined by the rings 122a, 122b into the intermediate portions 133a, 133b, 133 c. The intermediate portions 133a, 133b, 133c then curve into a front side 135 that curves back toward the rings 122a, 122b, thereby defining a second plane that is parallel to but offset from the plane defined by the rings 122a, 122 b.
From a front view as shown in fig. 10A, each prong 132a, 132b has a "U" shaped configuration, including: lateral legs 134a, 134b, mesial legs 136a, 136b parallel to the lateral legs 134a, 134b, and connecting legs 138a, 138b connecting the lateral legs 134a, 134b to their respective mesial legs 136a, 136b to complete the "U" shaped configuration. For stability, the mesial legs 136a, 136b may be connected together. Preferably, mesial legs 136a, 136b are opposite connecting legs 138a, 138b and are connected together along central intermediate portion 133 c.
Referring to fig. 11, the corresponding attachment device 108 also has an attachment portion 140 and a mating portion 150. Like the attachment portion 120 of the attachment device 106, the attachment portion 140 of the corresponding attachment device 108 is used to secure the corresponding attachment device 108 to the bride bridal tail 102 or the garment 104. Thus, the attachment portion 140 may be a rivet, hook, pin, clip, or the like. In a preferred embodiment, the attachment portion 140 may be a pair of rings 142a, 142b, each having a rod 144a, 144b extending therefrom. The rods 144a, 144b connect the attachment portion 140 to the interfitting portion 150. In some embodiments, the rods 144a, 144b may be connected to the interfitting part 150 by being integrally formed as a single piece, or may be connected to the interfitting part 150 by welding, soldering, adhesive, clips, or the like.
The interfitting member 150 is generally heart-shaped with two curved ridges 152a, 152b connected together in a mirror image arrangement at a centerline 154 (imaginary) of the interfitting member 150. Bilaterally disposed side arms 156a, 156b emerging from the protuberances 152a, 152b (from where the protuberances 152a, 152b are not connected) converge toward one another as they approach and connect with their respective stems 144a, 144b of the attachment portion 140 to complete the heart shape. The attachment portion 140 and the interfitting portion 150 may be integrally formed as a single piece (one piece), or two separate pieces connected together.
The interfitting portion 150 of the corresponding attachment device 108 defines a heart-shaped aperture 158 into which the mating portion 130 of the attachment device 106 can be inserted. In use, the connecting legs 138a, 138b of the hook portion 130 of the attachment device 106 are inserted through the heart-shaped aperture 158 of the interfitting portion 150 of the corresponding attachment device 108. The laterally intermediate portions 133a, 133b of each prong 132a, 132b of the mating portion 130 engage the respective protuberances 152a, 152b of the interfitting portion 150 to secure the bride bridal tail 102 to the garment 104. The central portion 133c may engage the point where the two protuberances 152a, 152b are connected. Thus, the bride bridal tail 102 can be mounted on the garment 104 by placing the prongs 132a, 132b on the protuberances 152a, 152 b.
The attachment means 106 and the corresponding attachment means 108 may comprise two connection units that are resistant to rust problems and water damage. As such, the attachment devices 106 and corresponding attachment devices 108 may be waterproof. For example, the attachment devices 106 and the corresponding attachment devices 108 may be made of plastic and/or metal. Preferably, the attachment devices 106 and corresponding attachment devices 108 can be made of a white plastic and/or metal material and secured to the bride bridal tail 102 or garment 104 using attachment portions 120, 140. For example, the attachment devices 106 and corresponding attachment devices 108 can be attached to the bride bridal tail 102 or the garment 104 using stitching, rivets, or the like. The attachment devices 106 and corresponding attachment devices 108 can be removably attached to the bride bridal tail 102 or the garment 104 using removable fasteners (such as hooks, clips, pins, etc.).
In alternative embodiments, mesial legs 136a, 136b and intermediate portion 133 may have different configurations. In an alternative embodiment, the proximal legs 136a, 136b and the central intermediate portion 133c may be eliminated and the connecting legs 138a, 138b may simply be joined together. In another alternative embodiment, mesial legs 136a, 136b may be longer such that central intermediate portion 133c is slightly higher than lateral intermediate portions 133a, 133b, which may allow the hooks to better engage with the heart-shaped hook eyes, particularly the "valley" of central intermediate portion 133 along center line 154, and the lateral intermediate portions 133 to better engage with protuberances 152a, 152 b.
A bride wear of the present invention may be manufactured by fastening the attachment device 106 or a corresponding attachment device 108 to the bride bridal trail 102. The other of the attachment device 106 or the corresponding attachment device 108 may be attached to the garment 104. The bride bridal trail 102 can then be attached to the garment 104 via the attachment devices 106 and corresponding attachment devices 108.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. The foregoing description is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed. Many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. It is intended that the scope of the invention be limited not by this detailed description, but rather by the claims and the equivalents of the claims appended hereto.
Industrial applicability
The present invention may be industrially applied to the development, manufacture and use of bride donning, wherein the attachment device 106 and corresponding attachment device 108 allow the bride bridal tail 102 to be attached to the garment 104 in a quick and easy manner for use at locations where the bride donning is likely to be wet. Thus, the bride bridal train 102 and garments 104 may be made of waterproof materials to allow the bride to enjoy the wedding celebration without fear of getting wet and/or subjecting the bride wear to water damage.
