The boss 321 is provided in a protruding manner on the outer wall of the key lever 32, so that the boss 321 is in limit contact with the end of the guide cylinder 14, and the key lever 32 is prevented from being taken away from the key hole 12 when the pressing member 31 is detached from the key lever 32.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the key assembly 3 further includes a wear-resistant plate 34, and the wear-resistant plate 34 is sandwiched between the boss 321 and the end of the guide cylinder 14. It is understood that the arrangement is such that friction with the guide cylinder 14 when the key lever 32 rotates is reduced by the wear-resistant pieces 34, thereby reducing the rotational damping force. Optionally, the wear-resistant plate 34 is made of PEEK.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the key assembly 3 further includes a sealing ring 33, and the sealing ring 33 is interposed between the key rod 32 and the guide cylinder 14. It will be appreciated that this arrangement improves the sealing performance and the waterproof performance by sealing the gap between the key lever 32 and the guide cylinder 14 with the seal ring 33. Alternatively, the material of the seal ring 33 is NBR.
In an embodiment, the triggering assembly 2 includes a mounting bracket 21, a circuit board 22 and a triggering element 23, wherein the mounting bracket 21 is disposed in the mounting cavity 11, the mounting bracket 21 is provided with a mounting groove 211 corresponding to the key hole 12, the circuit board 22 is disposed in the mounting cavity 11 and connected to the mounting bracket 21, the triggering element 23 is disposed in the mounting groove 211 and electrically connected to the circuit board 22, the triggering element 23 is provided with a contact piece 231 corresponding to the key hole 12, and the contact piece 231 faces an end of the key lever 32 away from the pressing member 31.
In the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 21 is used to mount the fixed circuit board 22, the trigger element 23, and the like. The circuit board 22 is configured to receive a trigger signal of the trigger element 23, and is configured to implement a control function corresponding to the trigger signal. Optionally, the circuit board 22 is a flexible circuit board. The trigger element 23 can be welded on the flexible circuit board and is located in the mounting groove 211 of the mounting bracket 21, so that the trigger element 23 is provided with a contact piece 231 corresponding to the key hole 12, the contact piece 231 is opposite to one end of the key lever 32 far away from the pressing piece 31, and thus when external force is applied to press the pressing piece 31, the key lever 32 is abutted against the contact piece 231 and presses a trigger signal.
It can be understood that the mounting bracket 21 is provided with the clamping portion 212, and the outer wall of the guide cylinder 14 is provided with the fixing groove 141, so that the clamping portion 212 of the mounting bracket 21 is clamped in the fixing groove 141, so as to realize the connection and fixation of the mounting bracket 21 and the guide cylinder 14.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the triggering assembly 2 further includes a rubber pad 25, and the rubber pad 25 is movably disposed on the mounting bracket 21 and located between the key lever 32 and the contact piece 231. It can be understood that, through setting up the cushion 25 to utilize the cushion 25 to make when pressing button subassembly 3, promote button and feel or button experience and feel.
In an embodiment, the triggering component 2 further includes a photosensitive element 24 disposed in the mounting groove 211, the photosensitive element 24 is spaced from the triggering element 23 and electrically connected to the circuit board 22, and the photosensitive element 24 corresponds to a side wall of the key lever 32.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the photosensitive element 24 is provided, so that the photosensitive element 24 is used to detect and recognize the rotation of the key lever 32 when the user rotates the pressing member 31, so as to trigger a signal or a function different from the pressing of the trigger triggering element 23, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, when the key lever 32 rotates, the damping force of the key lever 32 comes from the sealing ring 33 and the wear-resistant sheet 34, the damping force of the key lever 32 is 3N/cm to 5N/cm through a test, the magnetic attraction piece 311 adopts the strongest N52 neodymium iron boron series magnet, and a 0.5N force, namely 50N/cm, can be generated on the key lever 32 through simulation, so that the pressing piece 31 can drive the key lever 32 to rotate under the action of the magnetic attraction piece 311.
In this embodiment, the friction coefficient is increased by spraying on the contact end surface of the guide rod 313 of the pressing member 31 and the key rod 32, so as to further realize that the pressing member 31 drives the key rod 32 to rotate.
According to the key structure 100, the key assembly 3 is arranged into the press piece 31 and the key rod 32 which are detachably connected, and at least one of the press piece 31 and the key rod 32 is provided with the embedded magnet, so that the requirement of replacing the press piece 31 while ensuring the waterproof of the key structure 100 is met, a consumer can conveniently and rapidly replace the press piece 31 of the wearable device without affecting the waterproof of the whole machine, the appearance of the wearable device is diversified, and the key structure 100 can achieve the key detachment purpose and can achieve the waterproof purpose.
The invention also provides a wearable device, which comprises a wearable main body and the key structure 100, wherein the shell 1 of the key structure 100 is connected with the wearable main body. The specific structure of the key structure 100 refers to the foregoing embodiments, and since the wearable device adopts all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here. It can be understood that the wearing device can be wrist wearing devices such as a watch and a bracelet, and the wearing body is the bracelet. The wearable device may also be a foot-worn device, an arm-worn device, a waist-worn device, a head-worn device, etc., which is not limited herein.

Claims (12)

1. A key structure, comprising:
the key comprises a shell, a key body and a key body, wherein the shell is provided with an installation cavity and a key hole communicated with the installation cavity;
the trigger assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity and corresponds to the key hole; and
the key assembly comprises a pressing piece and a key rod, at least part of the key rod is movably arranged in the key hole and corresponds to the trigger assembly, and one end of the pressing piece is movably arranged in the key hole in a penetrating way and is detachably connected with one end of the key rod, which is far away from the trigger assembly;
the pressing piece is pressed and/or rotated to drive the key rod to trigger the trigger assembly.
2. The key structure of claim 1, wherein a magnetic member is disposed at an end of the pressing member movably inserted into the key hole, and the pressing member is detachably connected to the key rod via the magnetic member.
3. The key structure of claim 2, wherein the pressing element includes a pressing cap and a guide rod protruding from the pressing cap, an end of the guide rod away from the pressing cap is movably disposed in the key hole, an end of the guide rod away from the pressing cap is provided with a fixing cavity, the magnetic attraction element is disposed in the fixing cavity, and the guide rod is detachably connected to the key rod through the magnetic attraction element.
4. The key structure of claim 3, wherein the pressing cap has a peripheral edge protruding therefrom, the peripheral edge, the pressing cap and the guide rod enclose an annular groove, and the pressing element further comprises a snap element disposed in the annular groove;
the outer wall of the shell, which is adjacent to the key hole, is convexly provided with a buckling part, and the buckling part is in buckling fit with the buckling part.
5. The key structure of claim 4, wherein the surrounding edge is provided with a clamping groove adjacent to the pressing cap, and the buckling member is provided with a clamping table clamped in the clamping groove.
6. The key structure of claim 5, wherein a locking protrusion is disposed at an end of the locking member away from the locking platform, the locking member includes a vertical portion and a locking protrusion disposed at an included angle, the vertical portion is connected to the outer wall of the housing, the locking protrusion, the vertical portion and the outer wall of the housing enclose a movable groove, and the locking protrusion is movably received in the movable groove and is in limit abutting contact with the locking protrusion.
7. The key structure of claim 6, wherein the clamping platform is provided with a chamfer;
and/or at least one side of the clamping protrusion is provided with a chamfer;
and/or at least one side of the clamping convex part is provided with a chamfer;
and/or the buckling piece is arranged annularly, and the buckling piece is arranged around the key hole;
and/or one side of the surrounding edge, which faces away from the buckle piece, is provided with anti-skid grains.
8. The key structure of claim 1, wherein a guide cylinder is protruded from an inner wall of the housing, and the key hole is disposed through the guide cylinder;
the outer wall of the key rod is convexly provided with a boss, and the boss is in limit abutting joint with the end part of the guide cylinder.
9. The key structure of claim 8, wherein the key assembly further comprises a wear pad sandwiched between the boss and the end of the guide cylinder;
and/or, the button subassembly still includes the sealing washer, the sealing washer clamp is located press the button pole with between the guide cylinder.
10. The key structure of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the activation component comprises:
the mounting bracket is arranged in the mounting cavity and provided with a mounting groove corresponding to the key hole;
the circuit board is arranged in the mounting cavity and is connected with the mounting bracket; and
the trigger element is arranged in the mounting groove and electrically connected with the circuit board, a contact piece is arranged on the trigger element corresponding to the key hole, and the contact piece is opposite to one end, away from the pressing piece, of the key rod.
11. The key structure of claim 10, wherein the triggering assembly further comprises a photosensitive element disposed in the mounting groove, the photosensitive element being spaced apart from the triggering element and electrically connected to the circuit board, the photosensitive element corresponding to the sidewall of the key bar;
