As shown in fig. 8, the method for controlling the clip assembly 700 according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s202: it is judged whether the cap 300 is opened. When the judgment result of the step S202 is yes, execute the step S204; when the judgment result of the step S202 is no, step S222 is performed.
S204: the antenna board 401 is controlled to scan the clip 701 within the case 200 at a first scanning frequency. When the box cover 300 is judged to be opened, the antenna board 401 is controlled to scan rapidly. The first scanning frequency may be, for example, 1 s/time.
S206: it is determined whether the pressure sensor 409 is triggered. When the judgment result of the step S206 is yes, go to step S208; when the judgment result of the step S206 is no, step S210 is performed.
S208: the lifting driving mechanism 800 is controlled to be started to drive the clamp 701 to move upwards or downwards. After step S208 is performed, step S204 is continuously performed. I.e., after the clip 701 is moved up or down, the information indicating the clip 701 in the case 200 is updated and the antenna board 401 continues to scan quickly.
The lifting driving mechanism 800 drives the clips 701 to move upwards or downwards, the main control board 400 may be configured to compare the information of all the clips 701 in the box body 200 continuously acquired according to the antenna board 401 and the NFC recognition board 402, and when there is newly added clip 701 information in the comparison result, which indicates that the pressed clips 701 are placed in the box body 200, the lifting driving mechanism 800 corresponding to the clips 701 drives the clips 701 to move downwards; when the comparison result is the same before and after, the lifting driving mechanism 800 corresponding to the clip 701 drives the clip 701 to move upward. This can be achieved by determining the position of the engagement portion 803 of the elevating drive mechanism 800. For example, the upper and lower parts of the chute 212 of the storage box 201 are respectively provided with a sensing part, so that when the engaging part 803 of the lifting driving mechanism 800 contacts with the sensing part on the upper part, it is obvious that the lifting driving mechanism 800 drives the clip 701 to move downwards; when the engaging portion 803 of the lifting driving mechanism 800 contacts with the lower sensing component, it is obvious that the lifting driving mechanism 800 drives the clip 701 to move upward.
S210: it is determined whether the opening time of the cartridge cover 300 exceeds the closing time threshold. If the determination result in step S210 is yes, step S212 is executed; when the judgment result of the step S210 is no, step S220 is performed. The closing time threshold is, for example, 60 s.
S212: controlling the antenna board 401 to scan the clamp 701 in the box body 200 at a third scanning frequency, and controlling the alarm device 403 to give out a prompt tone; the third scanning frequency is greater than the first scanning frequency and less than the second scanning frequency. When the opening time of the box cover 300 exceeds the closing time threshold, the antenna board 401 does not scan rapidly any more. The third scanning frequency may be, for example, 600 s/time.
S214: it is determined whether the sound emission time of the alarm device 403 exceeds the alarm duration threshold. When the judgment result of the step S214 is yes, go to step S216; when the judgment result of the step S214 is no, step S218 is performed. The alarm duration threshold is for example 60 s.
S216: the control alarm 403 stops sounding while the control indicator lamp 223 is illuminated in a first state in which one or more of color, brightness, and blinking of the indicator lamp 223 are specified. The first state is, for example, the indicator lamp 223 emits red light and blinks.
S218: the control alarm 403 continues to sound while the control indicator 223 is illuminated in a second state in which one or more of the color, brightness, and flashing of the control indicator 223 is specified. The second state is, for example, the indicator lamp 223 emits red light and blinks. That is, the first state and the second state of the indicator light 223 may be the same or different.
S220: it is determined whether the cover 300 is closed. When the judgment result of the step S210 is negative, or after the steps S216 and S218 are performed for a period of time, it is judged again whether the box cover 300 is closed. If the determination result in step S220 is yes, go to step S222; if the determination result in step S220 is no, the process returns to step S206.
S222: controlling the antenna board 401 to scan the clip 701 in the case 200 at the second scanning frequency, and controlling the indicator lamp 223 to be lighted in the third state; wherein the second scanning frequency is greater than the first scanning frequency and wherein one or more of color, brightness, and blinking of the indicator light 223 is specified in the third state. When the box cover 300 is closed, the scanning frequency of the control antenna board 401 is lower. The second scanning frequency may be, for example, 30 min/time. The third state, for example, the indicator lamp 223 emits blue light and is normally on.
After antenna panel 401 scans at every turn, can all transmit for NFC identification board 402, and the retransmission gives main control board 400, at last through wireless communication module 406 and cloud server communication, shows the information of clip 701 in terminal APP. According to the control method of the clip assembly 700 provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the box cover 300 is in different states, the antenna board 401 is controlled to work at different scanning frequencies, so that updated information can be quickly obtained when the access state of the clip 701 in the box body 200 is changed, and scanning actions can be reduced when the state of the clip 701 is kept basically stable, so that the scanning control is accurate and reasonable, namely, the intelligent management of food materials is more reasonable.
