The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide warp knitting creel equipment with a yarn storage device and an installation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows: a warp knitting creel device with a yarn storage device comprises a yarn hanging area of a bobbin, a yarn storage device mounting area and a yarn changing operation passageway of the bobbin; the yarn storage device installation area comprises a yarn supply creel, a warp knitting machine table, a yarn storage device and a yarn dividing device, the yarn storage device can be installed on the yarn supply creel in a vertically, horizontally and movably adjustable position mode or the yarn storage device is installed on the warp knitting machine table, and the yarn dividing device is installed on the yarn supply creel.

The invention also provides an installation method of the warp knitting creel equipment with the yarn storage device, which comprises the following steps,
firstly, finishing yarns, cutting the yarns by using small yarn scissors, and bundling all the yarns at the last yarn divider of a yarn outgoing creel;
removing all the press ring type tensioners on the creel, replacing and installing the press ring type tensioners into yarn storage devices, installing a first supporting frame, installing yarn storage device installing frames on the same side, checking the positions of the yarn storage devices and yarn coils, adjusting the vertical heights of the yarn storage device installing frames one by one, and adjusting the left and right positions of the yarn storage devices on the yarn storage device installing frames until the yarn storage devices correspond to the yarn coils or installing the yarn storage devices on a warp knitting machine table;
the yarn is hooked, drawn and spliced, all yarns are set to be in a uniform yarn passing mode, the yarns of a yarn coil pass through the guide wheel above the yarn storage device and are wound to the yarn storage barrel through the guide wheel, the yarns are wound by the yarn storage barrel and are drawn out by the yarn outlet frame, the yarn outlet is smooth and basically consistent with the yarn outlet angle, and the yarns on each yarn storage device are led to the yarn divider from the yarn outlet frame and are connected with the cut yarns;
lifting the face bottom yarn guide bar, hooking the jacquard needle by the jacquard yarn again, and enabling the jacquard to pass through a weaving area of a weaving machine by a green tissue or a red tissue;
and gradually guiding the bottom yarn of the fine dried noodles to a guide bar, and carrying out cloth hanging operation.
And downloading the jacquard pattern production gray cloth.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention is provided with the yarn storage device, a yarn layer of a certain amount of yarn can be always kept on the yarn storage barrel of the yarn storage device, so that the unwinding condition of the yarn is consistent, the yarn tension is uniform, and the yarn feeding is stable, thereby the problem of vertical strips in the gray cloth knitting process can be solved, the shoe material surface with serious vertical strips can be used as the front surface of the shoe material after being improved, the use selectivity of the shoe material is enlarged, and the vertical strips of a jacquard of a yarn stand in the textile industry are obviously improved from the gray cloth to a finished product;
2. according to the invention, the vertical height and the horizontal left and right positions of each yarn storage device can be adjusted by matching the positioning holes of the yarn storage device mounting frame with the movable rods on the yarn storage devices, so that the yarn storage devices can adapt to yarn coils at different positions, and can be subjected to adaptive position adjustment according to the positions of the yarn coils, thereby ensuring the effect of the yarn storage devices.
3. The invention can install the yarn storage device on the yarn supply creel and also on the warp knitting machine table, so that the yarn storage device can respectively have corresponding functions at the positions of the yarn supply creel and the warp knitting machine table.

The embodiment provides warp knitting creel equipment with a yarn storage device, which comprises a bobbin yarn hanging area 1, a yarn storage device mounting area 2 and a bobbin yarn changing operation passageway 3; the yarn storage device installation area 2 comprises a yarn supply creel 4, a warp knitting machine table 5, a yarn storage device 6 and a yarn dividing device 7, the yarn storage device 6 can be installed on the yarn supply creel 4 in a position adjustable in the vertical and horizontal directions or the yarn storage device 6 is installed on the warp knitting machine table 5, and the yarn dividing device 7 is installed on the yarn supply creel 4.
The yarn supply creel 4 comprises a first supporting frame 41 and a yarn storage device mounting frame 42, and the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 can be fixed on the first supporting frame 41 in a position adjusted in an up-and-down mode.
Under the matching action of the first supporting frame 41 and the yarn storage device mounting frame 42, the height of the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 in the vertical direction of the first supporting frame 41 can be correspondingly adjusted, so that the vertical position of the yarn storage device 6 on the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 can be matched with the yarn coil; under the matching action of the yarn storage device 6 and the yarn storage device mounting frame 42, the position of the yarn storage device 6 on the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 in the left-right direction can be correspondingly adjusted, so that the left-right position of the yarn storage device 6 can be matched with the yarn coil; through the cooperation between above-mentioned first braced frame 41, yarn storage ware mounting bracket 42 and the yarn storage ware 6, the position about adjustable yarn storage ware 6 about from top to bottom to make yarn storage ware 6 can roll up the one-to-one with the yarn, with the yarn storage of guaranteeing yarn storage ware 6 and adjust the yarn tension effect. Meanwhile, the yarn storage 6 can be arranged on the warp knitting machine table 5, so that the yarn on the warp knitting machine table 5 can be stored, and the yarn tension can be adjusted.

The yarn storage device is characterized in that a yarn storage barrel 61, a guide wheel 62 and a yarn outlet frame 63 are arranged on the yarn storage device 6, the yarn storage barrel 61 is arranged on one side of the yarn storage device 6, the yarn storage barrel 61 is driven to rotate by a motor, the guide wheel 62 is arranged on one end of the yarn storage device 6, and the yarn outlet frame 63 is arranged below the yarn storage barrel 61.
The yarn storage device 6 is used for adjusting and stabilizing the tension of the yarn, the interior of the yarn storage device is composed of a motor and a yarn storage barrel 61, and the yarn is wound to the yarn storage barrel 61 through a guide wheel 62 and then is led out through a yarn outlet frame 63. The storage drum 61 is rotated by a motor to wind the yarn to form a yarn layer, and the motor is controlled to be switched by a bevel ring (not shown) on the storage drum 61. When the yarn layer is reduced, the inclined ring descends, the switch is switched on, and the motor drives the yarn storage cylinder 61 to rotate to wind yarns; when the yarn reaches a certain amount, the inclined ring is lifted, the switch is switched off, and the yarn storage barrel 61 stops rotating, so that a certain amount of yarn layers are always kept on the yarn storage barrel 61, the yarn unwinding conditions are consistent, the yarn tension is uniform, and the yarn feeding is stable.

The lower surface of one end of the yarn storage device 6 is provided with an inwards concave clamping groove 601, and the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 is embedded into the clamping groove 601. The bobbin yarn hanging area 1 comprises a second supporting frame 11, a supporting steel pipe 12, a support steel rod 13 and a bobbin slipping prevention plug 14; second braced frame 11 installs on first braced frame 41, support steel pipe 12 and install on second braced frame 11, support steel pole 13 is installed on supporting steel pipe 12, the last yarn book of installation of support steel pole 13, prevent spool slippage end cap 14 and support steel pole 13 looks adaptation, first braced frame 41 installs on one side that second braced frame 11 is equipped with the yarn book.

The embodiment also provides an installation method of the warp knitting creel equipment with the yarn storage device, which is used for modifying a creel with all the pressure ring type tensioners on the creel replaced by the yarn storage device 6 and specifically comprises the following steps,
1. cutting yarns; the yarns are cut by the small yarn scissors, all the yarns are bundled at the last yarn divider 7 of the yarn leading-out creel, and the creel reconstruction and the subsequent yarn leading, hooking and yarn splicing operation are facilitated.
2. Disassembling all the pressure ring type tensioners; the tension device is prevented from being damaged and the continuous use is prevented from being influenced by careful storage of the basket.
3. Mounting a yarn storage mounting bracket 42; fixing the first support frame 41 on the side of the second support frame 11 provided with the yarn coil through bolts, then installing the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 on the same side, and adjusting the vertical height of the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 one by one;
specifically, the connecting block 64 is mounted on the first support frame 41, the yarn storage mounting bracket 42 is mounted on the connecting block 64, then the bolts on the connecting block 64 are unscrewed, and the vertical height position of the yarn storage mounting bracket 42 is adjusted, so that the height position of the yarn storage mounting bracket 42 corresponds to the height of the corresponding yarn coil.
4. Installing a yarn storage device 6; adjusting the left and right positions of the yarn storage device 6 on the yarn storage device mounting frame 42 until the yarn storage device 6 corresponds to the position of the yarn coil, and then fixing the yarn storage device 6 on the yarn storage device mounting frame 42;

The yarn is hooked, drawn and spliced, all yarns are set to be in a uniform yarn passing mode, the yarns of the yarn coil pass through the upper portion of the yarn storage device 6 and bypass the guide wheel 62, then the yarns are wound to the yarn storage barrel 61 through the guide wheel 62, the yarns are wound by the yarn storage barrel 61, then the yarns are led out through the yarn outlet frame 63, the yarn outlet is smooth and basically consistent with the yarn outlet angle, and the yarns on each yarn storage device 6 are led to the yarn divider 7 from the yarn outlet frame 63 and are connected with the cut yarns.
7. Lifting the face bottom yarn guide bar, hooking the jacquard needle by the jacquard yarn again, and enabling the jacquard to pass through a weaving area of the weaving machine by green tissues or red tissues.
8. And gradually guiding the bottom yarn of the fine dried noodles to a guide bar, and carrying out cloth hanging operation.
9. And downloading the jacquard pattern production gray cloth.
The warp knitting machine table 5 is provided with a mounting hole (not shown) for fixing the yarn storage 6, wherein the mounting hole is the same as the positioning hole 421, and when the yarn storage 6 is mounted on the warp knitting machine table 5, the movable rod 65 is inserted into the fixing groove 603 through the mounting hole in the same manner as the above-described manner in which the yarn storage 6 is mounted on the yarn supply creel 4, and the yarn storage 6 is mounted on the positioning hole of the warp knitting machine table 5.
It is to be understood that the disclosed embodiments of the invention are not limited to the particular process steps or materials disclosed herein, but rather, are extended to equivalents thereof as would be understood by those of ordinary skill in the relevant art.
