Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a blast furnace cooling device, in particular to a cooling plate for a blast furnace and a maintenance method thereof.
Background
The blast furnace cooling design not only determines the reasonable blast furnace operation internal form formed in the production process, ensures good gas flow distribution and better technical and economic indexes, but also determines the service life of the first-generation furnace life of the blast furnace.
In the production process of the blast furnace, the blast furnace lining and cooling equipment are subjected to complex chemical erosion, mechanical friction, thermal stress and high temperature, the cooling equipment and the brick lining at the middle lower part of the furnace body resist the chemical and physical erosion in the furnace under the cooling of cooling water, the insufficient cooling directly causes the erosion of refractory materials and the burning of the cooling equipment, and the cooling structure of the blast furnace body is the most important basic condition for prolonging the service life of the blast furnace. If the cooling equipment at the middle and lower parts of the furnace body is damaged to a certain extent, the furnace must be shut down for middle repair or overhaul so as to ensure the production safety of the blast furnace. Various countries have made many investigations and researches on the cooling structure of the blast furnace body to improve the service life of the first generation of blast furnace as much as possible.
With the large-scale and intensified smelting of blast furnaces, the optimization of cooler structures and cooler materials and cooling modes for blast furnaces is becoming more important. Common cooling equipment includes staves, cooling plates, and the like. The cooling mode of the blast furnace body in China mainly comprises a cooling plate type blast furnace, a full-cooling wall blast furnace and a blast furnace used by matching a cooling plate with a cooling wall, wherein a part of the blast furnace is provided with a copper cooling wall with higher cooling strength in order to strengthen the cooling strength of the furnace belly and the furnace waist. Blast furnaces with different cooling forms have different characteristics, such as the blast furnace with a full cooling wall has less initial investment and is more and more adopted by newly-built blast furnaces, but the blast furnaces have the following defects: the cooling wall can not be replaced on line after being damaged, and can be replaced only by long-time damping down or middle repair, the slag adhering capacity in the production process of the cooling wall is weak, and the production operation is difficult; although the cooling plate blast furnace or the blast furnace combined with the plate wall has large initial investment and large installation workload, the cooling plate blast furnace has the characteristics of strong slag hanging capacity, easy operation of the blast furnace, capability of replacing the cooling plate by short-time fixed repair after the cooling plate is damaged and the like, and is favored by some enterprises so far.
The cooling plate is divided into a single-chamber single-channel, double-channel, four-channel, single-chamber six-channel, double-chamber single-channel, double-channel, four-channel, double-chamber six-channel cooling plate. Since the early cooling plate passages were relatively large, the water velocity was low, typically O.2-0.3 m/s. At such low water velocities, very little pressure drop is generated and the heat transfer efficiency is not high. In a high heat portion such as a cooling plate head, if heat transfer efficiency between the inner wall of the cooling plate and water is not high, the temperature of the cooling plate wall is increased, so that it is necessary to secure mechanical strength of the cooling plate head. For this reason, it is consistent that the average copper temperature must not exceed 120 ℃. In order to make the temperature lower than the value, the water velocity of the head part of the cooling plate is required to be 1.06-1.5 m/s, and in order to meet the requirement, a multi-channel cooling plate is developed. This type of cooling plate head water flow channel is small and although the water volume is not increased, the water velocity is high.
Both single pass and head forced cooled cooling plates present an inherent problem: if the front end of the cooling plate leaks, the cooling plate must be disassembled and replaced. To solve this problem, dual-chambered cold plates have also been developed, of the type which utilize two independent circuits, an outer chamber to cool the exterior wall and the cold plate head, and an inner chamber to cool the cold plate body.
Although the blast furnace with the full cooling wall has the defect that after being produced for several years, the cooling wall at the furnace belly and furnace waist part is damaged in a large area and then needs to be repaired for 1-2 months, the cooling mode of the full cast iron cooling wall or the copper cooling wall at the furnace belly and furnace waist part is mostly used in the selection of the furnace body cooler of the newly-built large blast furnace of the domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises, except the factor of low construction investment of the cooling wall blast furnace, the following problems still exist in the production of the cooling plate blast furnace:
(1) the cooling plate head is easily worn. The cooling wall structure adopts a form that a steel cooling water pipe is embedded in the wall body, the hot surface of the wall body is protected by the embedded bricks, the water pipe can be protected by wall body materials after the embedded bricks are corroded, and the production can be maintained even after the wall body materials are worn.
The cooling plate is mostly formed by rolling or casting copper, the water channel and the body are integrated, namely the front end of the cooling plate is worn, and the cooling plate is damaged as long as one point is worn, needs to be disassembled immediately and is separated from a cooling system. Therefore, the material of the cooling plate is improved, and steel cooling plates, copper-steel composite cooling plates and the like are developed, but the problem cannot be solved well.
(2) After the front end of the cooling plate is damaged and separated from the cooling system, a cooling blind area exists. After the cooling wall of the cooling wall blast furnace is broken and disintegrated, the cooling wall blast furnace can well protect the furnace skin from being directly contacted with high-temperature furnace charge and coal gas flow, but the cooling plates are point-type cooled, under the normal condition, after refractory materials between the cooling plates are corroded, the cooling effect of the cooling plates is relied on to form the furnace skin for protecting the furnace skin, after the cooling plates are broken and disintegrated, a cooling blind area exists in the area, the furnace skin cannot be effectively formed, the furnace skin directly faces to the corrosion of the high-temperature furnace charge and the coal gas, so that in the later period of furnace service, when the local area of the cooling plates is intensively damaged and disintegrated, the area cannot be effectively cooled, and the occurrence of events such as furnace skin redness, furnace skin cracking and the like which endanger the long service life of the blast furnace, the safe production and the like can be caused. At present, the common practice is that a furnace skin watering mode is adopted to cool in an area with a lot of damage to a cooling plate, so that the field environment is severe, and even furnace skin watering flows into a blast furnace from a cracking position to cause potential safety hazards in production. Therefore, people can separate the inner chamber and the outer chamber of the cooling plate by improving the internal structure of the cooling plate, and two water pipes are used for water supply, for example, patents with application numbers of 201220133392.5, 200920033211, X and the like, under the normal production condition, after the cooling plate is worn, the outermost water channel is mainly damaged, and at the moment, the effective cooling of the cooling plate part can be kept as long as the outer chamber water channel is disintegrated to feed water. However, the method has the problems that the connecting pipeline of the cooling system of the blast furnace body is increased by 1 time, the purchasing and maintenance cost of equipment such as pipelines, valves and flow meters is increased by times, the installation workload and the workload of daily production maintenance, leakage detection of a fixed maintenance system, disassembly of a cooling plate and the like are greatly increased, and therefore, the method is not effectively applied.
In summary, the existing cooling plates have the defects of easy abrasion, incapability of effectively protecting the furnace shell and the like due to structural problems, and the furnace shell is easy to be cooled effectively after the cooling plates are damaged and disintegrated, so that the problems of long service life, safety production and the like are influenced due to redness, cracking and the like, so that most blast furnaces are more inclined to select a cooling wall which can be subjected to 1 or more times of intermediate repair in a furnace campaign in the aspect of selecting a cooling system of a newly-built large blast furnace.

The outer chamber water pipe is a U-shaped pipe, and an outer chamber U-shaped water channel is formed in the pipe.
The inner chamber water pipe comprises an inner chamber U-shaped inner side wall, a sealing plate and an L-shaped partition plate, the inner chamber U-shaped inner side wall and an outer chamber U-shaped inner side wall of the outer chamber water pipe form an inner chamber outer side U-shaped water channel, an inner chamber connection joint is connected to one end of the inner chamber outer side U-shaped water channel, the sealing plate is connected between the water outlet pipe joint and the inner chamber connection joint, the sealing plate and the inner chamber U-shaped inner side wall form an inner chamber inner side water channel, one end of the sealing plate is communicated with the inner chamber outer side U-shaped water channel through the L-shaped partition plate, and the other end of the sealing plate is connected to the S shape of the water outlet pipe joint.
In another aspect, a method for maintaining a cooling plate for a blast furnace includes the steps of:
a. and (3) disintegration operation of the outer chamber water channel: removing the connecting pipe, changing the original water inlet pipe joint into the inner chamber connecting joint for water inlet, and discharging water from the inner chamber water channel to the water outlet pipe joint;
b. lining operation of outer chamber water channel: and pressing lining materials into the water inlet pipe joint and the outer chamber communication joint by using hard pressing equipment and filling the outer chamber water channel.

(1) the effective cooling life of the cooling plate is prolonged. The existing single-chamber cooling plate needs to be integrally disassembled after being damaged, and the existing double-chamber cooling plate can be disassembled from an outer water channel after being damaged, but two sets of cooling systems exist. The invention adopts double water channels of the inner chamber and the outer chamber under a set of cooling system, and the water channels of the inner chamber and the outer chamber are connected into one cooling water channel through the connecting pipe in normal time, after the inner chamber and the outer chamber are damaged, the damaged cooling plate can be switched into double chambers from a single chamber, only the outer chamber water channel is disintegrated, the cooling of the inner chamber water channel is continuously kept, the water leakage of a cooler into the blast furnace is prevented, and the effective cooling life of the cooling plate is prolonged.
(2) And lining maintenance is carried out on the damaged cooling plate, so that the service life is prolonged. Under normal production conditions, the damage of the cooling plate of the blast furnace is caused by the grinding leakage of the front end of the cooling plate. After the existing double-chamber cooling plate is disassembled from the outer chamber water channel, coal gas or water vapor exists in the water channel, the cooling effect of the inner chamber water channel is deteriorated due to the air cushion effect, the temperature of the front end of the cooling plate is increased, and the wear resistance of metals such as steel, copper and the like is deteriorated along with the temperature increase, so that the outer chamber water channel of the cooling plate is quickly worn off until the inner chamber water channel directly faces high-temperature furnace burden and coal gas. If the inner chamber water channel is abraded and leaked again, the cooling plate needs to be completely disassembled. After the outer chamber water channel is disintegrated, the lining material is pressed in by utilizing the cavity of the outer chamber water channel and is solidified at high temperature, and the lining material is effectively cooled by the inner chamber water channel, so that the abrasion of the front end of the cooling plate is more effectively delayed, and the service life of the cooling plate is prolonged.
