Description

Sewage processor, water outlet assembly thereof and sewage treatment method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage treatment device, a water outlet assembly thereof and a sewage treatment method.
Background
At present, when a common sewage treatment device in the market just starts to operate, the sewage treatment device often contains suspended matter impurities such as sludge, additives and the like in clear water obtained in an initial stage of yielding clear water because a sewage treatment process is not operated stably or residues after the last sewage treatment, and particularly the sewage is treated by using an SBR process.
SBR is a short term for a sequential batch type activated sludge process (Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated SludgeProcess), which is an activated sludge sewage treatment technology operating in an intermittent aeration manner, and is also called a sequential batch type activated sludge process. Unlike traditional sewage treatment process, SBR technology is characterized in that the operation mode of space division is replaced by the operation mode of time division, steady-state biochemical reaction is replaced by unsteady biochemical reaction, and traditional dynamic precipitation is replaced by ideal precipitation by standing. The main feature is orderly and intermittent operation, the core of SBR technique is SBR reaction tank, which has functions of homogenization, primary sedimentation, biodegradation and secondary sedimentation. In the SBR reaction tank, sewage is treated in four stages of water inlet, anoxic, aerobic, precipitation and water outlet in sequence, so as to obtain supernatant. However, in the actual operation process, the sludge in the aerobic stage is vigorously stirred, so that suspended matter impurities such as partial sludge and the like remain in the water outlet pipeline. At the initial stage of the water outlet stage, the part of impurities can be discharged out of the system along with the produced supernatant, so that the quality of the SBR effluent is affected, and the discharge requirement cannot be met. If the effluent containing impurities is directly thrown away completely, a great amount of effluent is wasted.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
In the present invention, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; may be mechanically connected, may be electrically connected or may be in communication with each other; either directly or indirectly, through intermediaries, or both, may be in communication with each other or in interaction with each other, unless expressly defined otherwise. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Referring now to fig. 1 to 4, a water outlet assembly 100 for a sewage treatment apparatus and a sewage treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 1, a water outlet assembly 100 for a sewage treatment apparatus includes a water outlet pipe 1 and a fluid control assembly 2.
The water outlet pipe 1 includes a water purifying portion 11 and a clear water guiding portion 12, wherein the bottom of the water purifying portion 11 and the bottom of the clear water guiding portion 12 are communicated with each other, and the water purifying portion 11 and the clear water guiding portion 12 each extend upward from the bottom thereof. The water purifying part 11 is provided with a first air inlet 1102 and a drain 1101. The water purifying part 11 is provided with the first air inlet 1102 at a position lower than the position where the drain port 1101 is provided. The fresh water leading-out portion 12 is provided with a second air inlet 1202 and a fresh water discharge port 1201. The position of the second air inlet 1202 on the clean water outlet 12 is lower than the position of the clean water outlet 1201.
The water purification part 11 and the clean water lead-out part 12 each form a water purification channel 11001 and a clean water lead-out channel 12001, wherein the water purification channel 11001 is arranged to communicate with the first air inlet 1102 and the sewage drain 1101, wherein the clean water lead-out part 12 is arranged to communicate with the second air inlet 1202 and the clean water drain 1201.
The fluid control assembly 2 includes a first intake valve 21, a second intake valve 22, an air pump 23, and a controller 24. The first intake valve 21 is disposed at the first intake port 1102 to control opening and closing of the first intake port 1102. The second intake valve 22 is disposed at the second intake port 1202 for controlling the opening and closing of the second intake port 1202.
The second intake valve 22 and the first intake valve 21 are communicated with the air pump 23, wherein the air pump 23, the first intake valve 21 and the second intake valve 2 are controllably connected to the controller 24. Preferably, the second intake valve 22 and the first intake valve 21 are each connected to an air pump. The second intake valve 22 and the first intake valve 21 may be provided as solenoid valves.
From the above description, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the water purifying part 11 is provided with the first air inlet 1102 and the sewage drain 1101 in sequence from bottom to top, and the clear water outlet 12 is provided with the second air inlet 1202 and the clear water drain 1201 in sequence from bottom to top.
The water purifying part 11 also forms a water inlet 103 communicating with the water purifying passage 11001. In the initial stage of water discharge of the sewage treatment apparatus, particularly in the aeration stage, sewage is introduced into the water purification passage 11001 and the clear water discharge passage 12001 from the water inlet 103. After aeration, the sludge in the tank settles, and supernatant liquid is formed at the upper part in the tank, and correspondingly, the sewage retained by the water purification channel 11001 and the clear water discharge channel 12001 also settles, so that opposite concentrated liquid is formed at the bottoms of the water purification channel 11001 and the clear water discharge channel 12001. After the sedimentation in the tank is completed, since the water inlet 103 is kept at the supernatant liquid portion in the tank, the supernatant liquid is subsequently introduced from the water inlet 103.
At this time, as shown in fig. 2, the second air intake valve 22 is controlled to be closed, the first air intake valve 21 and the air pump 23 are controlled to be opened by the controller 24, and clean water is introduced into the water purification passage 11001. At this time, the air pump 23 introduces air from the first air inlet 1102 through the first air inlet 21, and the air moves from bottom to top after entering the first air inlet 1102, so as to drive the air to stay in the water purifying channel 11001 in the aeration stage, and the suspended matter impurity 3 (such as suspended matter) relatively moves away from the first air inlet 1102 towards the sewage draining nozzle 1101, and then moves upwards to the top of the water outlet along with the suspended matter impurity 3, so that a sewage layer containing the suspended matter impurity 3 and a relatively clear clean water layer are formed in the water purifying channel 11001. As the suspended matter impurities 3 continue to move upward, the suspended matter impurities 3 and a small amount of clean water containing the suspended matter impurities 3 are finally discharged from the drain 1101.
At the same time, a negative pressure of a predetermined magnitude is formed at the upper portion of the water purification channel 11001, and the negative pressure can guide the concentrated liquid at the bottom of the clear water outlet channel 12001 to enter the water purification channel 11001 and be lifted to the top of the water purification channel 11001 to be discharged from the sewage outlet 1101, and can guide the concentrated liquid originally retained at the bottom of the water purification channel 11001 to move upwards to the top of the purification channel 11001 to be discharged from the sewage outlet 1101. Since the clear liquid continuously flows into the water inlet 103, and the concentrate which is originally remained at the bottoms of the water purifying channel 11001 and the clear water guiding channel 12001 respectively forms opposite flows out of the sewage drain 1101, the clear liquid is formed in the subsequent water purifying channel 11001 and the clear water guiding channel 12001.
Preferably, the water inlet 103 is provided at a position of the water purifying part 11 between a position where the first air inlet 1102 is provided and a position where the drain port 1101 is provided, and is closer to the drain port 1101. In this way, when sewage is introduced from the water inlet 103, suspended matter in the sewage can be always maintained above the first air inlet 1102, and thus the amount of gas to be consumed can be reduced.
When the suspended matter 3 in the sewage layer is less and less after the air is introduced into the sewage layer through the first air inlet valve 21 for a predetermined time, the sewage layer reaches the similar degree of clear water, and the normal water producing stage is started, and the clear water without impurities flows into the water outlet pipe 1 from the water inlet 103. As shown in fig. 3, therefore, the first intake valve 21 and the air pump 23 are controlled to be closed to stop the intake of air into the water purification passage 11001. At the same time, the second air intake valve 22 is controlled by the controller 24 to open, so as to start to introduce air from the second air intake 1202 to the clean water outlet channel 12001, and the air moves from bottom to top after entering the clean water outlet channel 12001 from the second air intake 1202, so that the clean water can be driven to move upwards, and the clean water in the water purifying channel 11001 is guided to flow to the clean water outlet channel 11001, so that the clean water is driven to be discharged from the clean water outlet 1201. The water outlet component adopts the air stripping mode to discharge suspended matter impurities 3, so that the suspended matter impurities 3 and clear water can be effectively separated, waste of water during discharge of the suspended matter impurities 3 is avoided, influence of suspended matter impurities 3 and the like on the quality of the water in the initial stage of water outlet is avoided, stable standard reaching of the water outlet is ensured, and the water yield of the water outlet is high.
Alternatively, the main body portions of the water purifying part 11 and the fresh water discharging part 12 of the water discharging pipe 1 may be provided to extend in the up-down direction to be formed to extend vertically or to extend obliquely. The above extending directions can all meet the purpose of guiding water flow to be discharged from the corresponding water discharge port 1201 and the sewage discharge port 1101 by utilizing the air stripping principle. The outlet pipe 1 may be formed in various shapes, such as V-shape or U-shape, according to the above extending direction.
In one embodiment, the outlet pipe 1 is provided by means of integral moulding. In yet another embodiment, the outlet pipe 1 is provided as a detachable at least two parts formed by a pipe connection joint. In this way, when one of the parts is damaged, the damaged part can be replaced. For example, the water outlet pipe 1 may be provided to include a water inlet pipe forming the water purifying part 11, a water guide pipe forming the fresh water guiding-out part 12, and a connection joint connecting the bottom of the water inlet pipe and the bottom of the water guide pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe and/or the water guide pipe are detachably connected to the connection joint.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the water outlet pipe 1 is formed in a U shape, the water outlet pipe 1 includes a horizontal portion and at least two vertical portions. The horizontal portion extends in a horizontal direction. The vertical portion extends in the vertical direction, and the vertical portion is opened at the horizontal portion at intervals, and the water purification portion 11 and the clear water guide-out portion 12 are formed in the vertical portion. Further, the connection of the vertical portion and the horizontal portion is formed in an arc shape. Therefore, the impact of water flow on the water outlet pipe 1 is reduced, and the service life of the water outlet pipe 1 is prolonged.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the clear water guiding-out parts 12 are plural, and the plural clear water guiding-out parts 12 are arranged at intervals. Since suspended matter impurities 3 such as sludge mainly exist in the initial stage of effluent of the sewage treatment device. Thus, the invention can be used by one water purifying part 11 together with a plurality of clear water guiding parts 12, thereby accelerating the discharge efficiency of the effluent of the sewage treatment device.
Alternatively, the water outlet pipe 1 comprises a plurality of water purifying parts 11 which are communicated with the clean water guiding-out part 12.
One embodiment of a water outlet assembly 100 for a sewage treatment apparatus according to the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a water outlet assembly 100 for a sewage treatment apparatus includes a water outlet pipe 1 and a fluid control assembly 2.
The water outlet pipe 1 is U-shaped, and the water outlet pipe 1 is provided with a water inlet 103. Specifically, the water outlet pipe 1 includes a water purifying portion 11 and a clear water guiding portion 12 extending in the up-down direction, arranged at intervals, and communicated. The water purifying part 11 is provided with a first air inlet 1102 and a sewage drain 1101 which are communicated with the water flow channel from bottom to top. The clear water guiding-out part 12 is provided with a second air inlet 1202 and a clear water outlet 1201 which are communicated with the water flow channel from bottom to top.
As shown in fig. 5, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sewage treatment apparatus including a water outlet assembly 100 for a sewage treatment apparatus as in the above-described embodiment and a sewage treatment unit for treating sewage, the sewage treatment unit having a water inlet chamber communicating with a water inlet 103 of a water outlet pipe as described above, wherein liquid in the water inlet chamber flows into the water outlet pipe 1 through the water inlet 103.
Preferably, the sewage treatment apparatus further comprises a water quality detector 4, wherein the water quality detector 4 is configured to detect the concentration of sewage discharged from the sewage outlet 1101. The water quality detector 4 is controllably connected to the controller 24 of the fluid control assembly 2, so that the controller 24 can control the switching frequency of the first air inlet valve 21 and the second air inlet valve, and further control the power of the air pump 23, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the water pump 23 under the condition of ensuring the water quality of the discharged water.
Thus, when the concentration of the sewage introduced from the water inlet 103 is different, the operation time of the air pump 23 can be adjusted in a targeted manner to adjust the speed of sewage separation in the water outlet assembly 100.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method of treating sewage, wherein the method of treating sewage includes:
s1001, charging gas from a first gas inlet 1102 provided at the bottom of a water purification portion 11 of a water outlet pipe 1 into a water purification channel 11001 communicating with the first gas inlet 1102, so as to guide a concentrated solution at the bottom of the water purification channel 11001 and at the bottom of a clear water outlet 12001 into the water purification channel 11001, and drive suspended matters in the water purification channel 11001 to float from bottom to top toward a sewage outlet 1101 provided at the top of the water purification portion 11, thereby forming a sewage layer at the upper portion of the water purification channel 11001 and a clear water layer at the upper lower portion of the water purification channel 11001, and simultaneously introducing clear water into the water purification channel 11001 from a water inlet 3 provided at the water purification portion 11, wherein the water inlet 3 is provided between the first gas inlet 1102 and the sewage outlet 1101, and communicates with the water purification channel 11001;
s1002, stopping the air filling into the water purification channel 11001, and introducing air into the clean water outlet channel 12001 which is communicated with the second air inlet 1202 and the bottom of which is communicated with the bottom of the water purification channel 11001 through the second air inlet 1202 which is arranged at the bottom of the clean water outlet 12, so as to guide clean water to flow from the water purification channel 11001 to the clean water outlet channel 12001, and then discharging the clean water from the clean water outlet 1201 which is communicated with the clean water outlet channel 12001 and is arranged at the top of the clean water outlet 12.
Further, the sewage treatment method comprises the following steps:
s1003, detecting the concentration of sewage discharged from a sewage drain 1101;
s1004, according to the detected result and the frequency of intermittently introducing sewage and clean water from the water inlet 103, the operation time of the pump body in the water purifying passage 11001 and the frequency of alternately opening and closing the first air inlet valve 21 provided at the first air inlet 1102 and the second air inlet valve 22 provided at the second air inlet 1202 are adjusted.
