Claims (10)

1. A recording system for recording the movement of a transport container during shipment, comprising:
the current generating device (1) is arranged in the transport box and used for generating abnormal current when the transport box moves abnormally;
the positioning module (2) is connected with the transport case and is used for positioning the position of the transport case and generating a real-time position;
the first recording module (3) is electrically connected with the current generating device (1) and is used for recording the time of the abnormal current and generating current time;
the second recording module (4) is electrically connected with the positioning module (2) and is used for recording the time of the real-time position generation and generating the position time;
the judging module (5) is electrically connected with the first recording module (3) and the second recording module (4) and is used for comparing the received current time with the received position time and generating a comparison result;
and the output module (6) is electrically connected with the judging module (5) and is used for receiving the comparison result and outputting the real-time position corresponding to the position time when the comparison result is successful.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein: the current generation device (1) comprises magnets (11) capable of moving along the directions of an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis respectively and bus coils (12) matched with the magnets (11) respectively;
the mother coils (12) are respectively electrically connected with the first recording module (3), and the mother coils (12) are used for generating the abnormal current.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein: the mother coil (12) comprises a plurality of coaxially arranged sub-coils, and the sub-coils are respectively and electrically connected with the first recording module (3);
the first recording module (3) is used for recording the time when each sub-coil generates abnormal current and generating the current time.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the image acquisition module (7) is arranged in the transport box and used for shooting images in the transport box and generating display images;
and the image display module (8) is electrically connected with the image acquisition module (7) and is used for receiving and displaying the display image.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising:
and the Bluetooth transmission module (9) is connected with the image acquisition module (7) and is used for transmitting the display image.

The recording method for recording the movement of the transport box in the freight transportation process is characterized by being applied to a recording system for recording the movement of the transport box in the freight transportation process, wherein the recording system for recording the movement of the transport box in the freight transportation process comprises a current generation device (1), a positioning module (2), a first recording module (3), a second recording module (4), a judgment module (5) and an output module (6), and the recording method for recording the movement of the transport box in the freight transportation process comprises the following steps:
acquiring abnormal current generated by the current generation device (1) when the transport box abnormally moves;
acquiring a real-time position generated by positioning the position of the transport box by the positioning module (2);
acquiring current time generated by the first recording module (3) recording the time of generating the abnormal current;
acquiring position time generated by the second recording module (4) recording the real-time position generation time;
the judging module (5) receives the current time and the position time, compares the received current time and the received position time, and generates a comparison result;
and the output module (6) receives the comparison result and outputs the real-time position corresponding to the position time when the comparison result is successful.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein: the current generation device (1) comprises magnets (11) capable of moving along the directions of an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis respectively and bus coils (12) matched with the magnets (11) respectively;
the first recording module (3) acquires the abnormal current generated by the mother coil (12) electrically connected with the first recording module.
8. The method according to claim 7, characterized in that the parent coil (12) comprises a plurality of coaxially arranged sub-coils, which are electrically connected to the first recording module (3), respectively;
in the process that the magnet (11) slides through the sub-coil, the sub-coil cuts a magnetic field generated by the magnet (11) and generates the abnormal current;
the first recording module (3) records the time when each sub-coil generates abnormal current and generates the current time.
9. The method of claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
the image acquisition module (7) shoots images in the transport box, generates display images and sends the display images to the image display module (8);
the image display module (8) receives and displays the display image.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
the image acquisition module (7) sends the display image to a Bluetooth transmission module (9);
and the Bluetooth transmission module (9) receives and transmits the display image to a terminal.
