As shown in fig. 1-3, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a liner bag gripping apparatus, comprising: a suction mechanism 1 and a frame 2, wherein the suction mechanism 1 is used for sucking the lining bag; the suction mechanism 1 is arranged on the frame 2.
In the illustrative embodiment, the lining bag grabbing device consists of the suction mechanism 1 and the rack 2, the suction mechanism 1 can suck the lining bag when the lining bag is poured, the lining bag does not flow into the next process along with the tobacco stems, the operation mode of manually removing the lining bag is replaced, the labor intensity is reduced, the efficiency is improved, the cost is saved, and the device has higher practicability.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some specific embodiments, the suction mechanism 1 includes a catch frame 11 and a plurality of vacuum chucks 12, the plurality of vacuum chucks 12 being disposed on corners of the catch frame 11, respectively. The vacuum chuck 12 is arranged on the corner of the catching frame 11, so that the absorption and grabbing stability of the lining bag is ensured.
The liner bag that is caught after the pouring operation is completed needs to leave the original station to make room for the next stem box, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the liner bag gripping device further includes a suction box 3 and a suction pipe 4 disposed on the suction box 3, and the suction box 3 is used for forming negative pressure on the suction pipe 4 so as to suck the liner bag after the pouring from the suction pipe 4 into the suction box 3. The suction pipe 4 sucks the inner lining bag after pouring into the suction box 3, so that the automatic conveying is realized, and the practicability is high.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some embodiments, the suction box 3 is in communication with the suction mechanism 1 through a pipeline, that is, the suction box 3 not only can provide negative pressure suction for the suction pipe 4, but also can provide negative pressure suction for the suction mechanism 1 to capture the liner bag, so that the utilization rate of the mechanism is improved, and the practicability is high.
To facilitate the suction of the liner bag by the suction tube 4, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments the suction tube 4 is positioned at a height below the suction mechanism 1 and on one side of the suction mechanism 1.
To improve operational reliability, in some embodiments, the suction mechanism 1 is movably disposed on the frame 2 so as to be able to approach and depart from the suction pipe 4.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in some embodiments, the stem box pouring device further includes an L-shaped scraper 6 pivotally connected to one side of the suction box 3, the L-shaped scraper 6 includes a ventilation plate 61 and a sealing plate 62, the suction box 3 is provided with an air outlet 5, the ventilation plate 61 is disposed in the suction box 3 and located between the suction pipe 4 and the air outlet 5, the sealing plate 62 is used for sealing the suction box 3, by rotating the L-shaped scraper 6, the sealing plate 62 can open the suction box 3 and the ventilation plate 61 can discharge the liner bag of the suction box 3. After the inner liner bag is sucked into the suction box 3 as shown in fig. 3, the ventilation plate 61 prevents the inner liner bag from moving towards the air outlet 5, the sealing plate 62 seals the suction box 3 at the moment to maintain the negative pressure in the box, when the inner liner bag needs to be discharged out of the suction box 3, the sealing plate 62 is rotated, the suction box 3 is opened, the ventilation plate 61 rotates synchronously as shown in fig. 4-6, and therefore the inner liner bag is pulled out of the suction box 3, the operation is simple and quick, and the practicability is high.

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the air outlet 5 is located at the top of the suction box 3, which facilitates air discharge, with a high degree of realisation.
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a boxed tobacco stem feeding device, including tobacco stem box pouring device and aforesaid lining bag grabbing device, lining bag grabbing device is located the one side of tobacco stem box pouring device, and boxed tobacco stem feeding device also has above-mentioned beneficial technical effect.
The following describes the operation of the liner bag gripping apparatus of the present disclosure by taking the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 9 as an example, as follows:
when the tobacco stem box overturning device works, the stem box after the strapping tape is removed is conveyed to the outer box removing device, the outer box is stripped, the upper lining plate is removed and then is conveyed to the tobacco stem box overturning device, the bottom surface of the stem box is overturned upwards by the tobacco stem box overturning device and is conveyed to the right from the side surface, so that the original longitudinal front conveying of the stem box is changed into the transverse back conveying, and the preparation is made for a tobacco stem dumping procedure.
When the tobacco stems are poured, the catching frame 11 is aligned with the stem box, the vacuum chucks 12 arranged at four corners of the catching frame 11 can suck the inner liner bag, the turning plate at the bottom of the tobacco stem pouring machine is opened, and the tobacco stems are poured out from the mouth of the inner liner bag to the receiving belt conveyor. When the stems are completely poured out, the catch frame 11 is extracted, so that the liner bag is positioned at the suction pipe 4. At this time, the suction box 3 generates negative pressure, and the vacuum chuck 12 breaks the air to separate the liner bag, which is sucked into the suction box 3 with the air. When sucking, the L-shaped scraping plate 6 is closed, the sealing plate 62 seals the suction box 3, air flows in from the suction pipe 4, passes through the suction box 3 and the ventilation plate 61 and flows out from the air outlet 5; after the lining bag enters the suction box 3, the suction box 3 stops sucking, the L-shaped scraping plate 6 rotates 90 degrees, the lining bag is discharged from the suction box 3, and the grabbing task of the lining bag of the stem box is completed.
The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are presented in: 1. each lining bag is not required to be manually grasped, so that the automation level is improved; 2. the lining bag can be conveyed to a designated position, so that the lining bag is convenient to use; 3. the equipment has simple structure, low manufacturing cost and small occupied space; 4. the inner lining bag is reliably captured and transported.
