The invention can solve the problem of inconvenient maintenance of the press in the glove box, reduce radioactive wastes and save the space in the glove box.

Background
The manufacturing process of nuclear fuel or radioisotopes often requires the pressing of the corresponding powder feedstock into solid pellets, a press being the equipment required for this step. The raw material powder is loaded into a designed die, and a hydraulic oil cylinder of a press is used for applying certain pressure to the powder in the die to form a core block biscuit with certain strength, and the process is called compression molding.
The nuclear fuel or the radioactive isotope has radioactivity, and the manufacturing process is carried out in a sealed and shielded glove box in order to ensure the health of operators and prevent the environment from radioactive pollution. To complete the compression molding process, it is conventional to place a complete press into a glove box. The maintenance of follow-up press all need be gone on in the glove box, and it is very inconvenient to operate to whole press all can receive the radioactivity and be infected with, has increased the quantity of radioactive waste.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a press for sealing and shielding a glove box, which can solve the problem that the press in the glove box is inconvenient to maintain, reduce radioactive wastes and save the space in the glove box.

Further, according to the press for sealing and shielding the inside of the glove box, the bottom plate of the glove box and the press base are provided with the fixing bolt holes which correspond to each other one by one, and the press base is fixed below the bottom plate of the glove box through the fixing bolts.
Further, according to the press for sealing and shielding the glove box, a rubber sealing ring is arranged between the contact surface of the bottom plate of the glove box and the base of the press, and is used for sealing and shielding the glove box.
Still further, as for the press for sealing and shielding the inside of the glove box, an annular groove is prefabricated on the contact surface of the press base and the glove box bottom plate, and the rubber sealing ring is positioned in the annular groove.

The press for sealing and shielding the inside of the glove box has the following remarkable technical effects:
(1) compared with the scheme that the whole press is placed in a glove box, the invention obviously reduces the occupied space in the glove box, and greatly reduces the articles polluted by radioactivity.
(2) According to statistics, more than 80% of faults of the press occur in the electric system and the hydraulic pump, the electric system and the hydraulic pump are arranged outside the glove box, so that the maintenance or replacement is convenient, and replaced parts are not arranged inside the glove box and are prevented from being subjected to radioactive contamination, so that the parts can be treated as common articles instead of radioactive waste.
(3) The hydraulic oil is replaced outside the glove box without being taken into the glove box, and the hydraulic oil replaced inside the glove box can be treated as common waste because the hydraulic oil does not contact radioactive substances.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a press used in a sealed and shielded glove box provided by the invention, the press is installed in the sealed and shielded glove box and comprises a press base 6, a hydraulic oil cylinder 5, a hydraulic rod 7, a press electrical system and a hydraulic pump 8, the hydraulic rod 7 is positioned in the hydraulic oil cylinder 5 and can slide up and down along the inner wall of the hydraulic oil cylinder 5, the hydraulic oil cylinder 5 is fixed on the upper end surface of the press base 6, the press electrical system and the hydraulic pump 8 are positioned below the press base 6, the hydraulic oil cylinder 5 is connected with the press electrical system and the hydraulic pump 8 through a hydraulic oil pipe 9 penetrating through the press base 6, and the hydraulic rod 7 is pushed to move up and down through the control of the press electrical system and the hydraulic pump 8 on the hydraulic oil cylinder 5, so that the powder in a die is pressed, and the powder becomes a pellet biscuit with certain strength.
The press also comprises a press top plate 11, wherein the press top plate 11 is positioned above the press base 6 and is connected with the upper end surface of the press base 6 through a press top plate fixing rod 10.
A press mounting opening and a fixing bolt hole are reserved in the glove box bottom plate 1, and a press base 6 penetrates through the press mounting opening and is fixed below the glove box bottom plate 1 through the fixing bolt 4. Therefore, the hydraulic oil cylinder 5, the hydraulic rod 7, the press top plate fixing rod 10 and the press top plate 11 are located in the glove box, and the electric system and the hydraulic pump 8 of the press are located outside the glove box.
A rubber sealing ring 3 is arranged between the contact surfaces of the glove box bottom plate 1 and the press base 6 and used for sealing the glove box. Specifically, an annular groove is formed in the surface, in contact with the glove box bottom plate 1, of the press base 6, the groove is located on the inner side of the fixing bolt hole in the press base 6, and the rubber sealing ring 3 is installed in the groove.
According to the press for sealing and shielding the glove box, the electric system and the hydraulic pump of the press are arranged outside the glove box, and only the hydraulic oil cylinder and the hydraulic rod are kept in the glove box, so that the occupied space in the glove box can be obviously reduced, and the articles polluted by radioactivity are greatly reduced; because the vulnerable parts are arranged in the electric system and the hydraulic pump, only the part outside the glove box needs to be disassembled for maintenance, and radioactive substances in the glove box cannot be contacted; the hydraulic oil is replaced only by detaching the part outside the glove box without contacting the radioactive substances in the glove box.
