Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a dust ring 422 is fixedly connected to the opening edge of the material receiving box 42 along the circumferential direction, and positioning holes 423 for the zipper to pass through are formed in two opposite inner walls of the dust ring 422. The dust blocking ring 422 can block dust from flying out of the material collecting box 42, thereby further reducing the influence of the dust on the workshop production environment.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the discharging mechanism 5 includes a discharging frame 51 fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the frame 1 along the vertical direction, a driven roller 52 rotatably connected to the discharging frame 51 along the horizontal direction, a discharging motor 53 fixedly connected to a side of the discharging frame 51 away from the driven roller 52, a connecting frame 54 fixedly connected to a side of the material receiving box 42 away from the polishing box 31, and a driving roller 55 rotatably connected to the connecting frame 54. One side of the discharging motor 53 far away from the discharging frame 51 is an output shaft, a driving gear 56 is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft, one side of the connecting frame 54 far away from the driving roller 55 is rotatably connected with a connecting rod 57, and one end of the connecting rod 57 is fixedly connected with the driving roller 55. The discharging frame 51 is provided with a connecting hole 511 along the vertical direction for the connecting rod 57 to pass through and slide, and one end of the connecting rod 57 far away from the connecting frame 54 is fixedly sleeved with a driven gear 58 which is meshed with the driving gear 56. When the zipper needs to be conveyed, the zipper is placed on the driving roller 55, the lifting cylinder 44 is started, the lifting cylinder 44 drives the connecting frame 54 to ascend, so that the driving roller 55 and the driven roller 52 clamp the zipper tightly, meanwhile, the driven gear 58 is meshed with the driving gear 56, the discharging motor 53 is started, the discharging motor 53 drives the driving roller 55 to rotate through the driven gear 58 and the driving gear 56, and the driving roller 55 rotates to drive the zipper to move.
The implementation principle of the zipper polishing machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: firstly, the zipper is placed on the leveling frame 21, then the leveling block 22 is placed above the zipper, the limiting rods 23 penetrate through the limiting holes 221, two ends of the limiting strips 61 are respectively inserted into the mounting holes 231 on the two limiting rods 23, the limiting bolts 62 are screwed, one ends of the limiting bolts 62 tightly push the leveling block 22, the leveling block 22 tightly presses the zipper, the zipper is leveled, the leveled zipper enters the polishing box 31, the zipper sequentially penetrates through the clamping grooves 3211 on all the clamping blocks 321, the polishing wheel 33 polishes the zipper, the polished zipper penetrates through the space between the first clamping block 45 and the second clamping block 46 after being discharged from the polishing box 31, residual powder on the zipper is retained in the material receiving box 42, and the dust removing fan 43 is started to suck the powder out of the material from the material receiving box 42.
