Abstract
The invention relates to a positioning tool for processing a workpiece with an eccentric shaft, wherein at least one pair of hole combinations (13) are symmetrically distributed in the center of the positioning tool (1); during machining, a workpiece (2) to be machined is fixed with the positioning tool (1) through the hole combination (13). The hole combination (13) comprises a pin hole (132) and a screw hole (131) for positioning; the workpiece (2) to be processed is provided with a female pin hole (212) matched with the pin hole (132), and is also provided with a female screw hole (211) matched with the screw hole (131). During machining, the positioning tool (1) and the workpiece (2) to be machined are inserted into the pin hole (132) and the female pin hole (212) for positioning, and then screws are screwed into the screw holes (131) and the female screw holes (211) for fixing. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of flexible disassembly and assembly, convenient maintenance, wide application range, safety, reliability and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of eccentric workpiece machining, in particular to a positioning tool for machining a workpiece with an eccentric shaft.
Background
The eccentric workpiece is a workpiece with the outer circle and the outer circle of the part or the outer circle being parallel to the axis of the inner hole and not coincident with each other and deviating a distance. The distance between these two parallel axes is called eccentricity. The part with the outer circle eccentric to the outer circle is called an eccentric shaft or an eccentric disc; the part with the eccentric excircle and the inner hole is called an eccentric sleeve.
The machining of eccentric parts is a difficult point in mechanical machining, and three-jaw and four-jaw chucks are generally adopted for machining eccentric parts such as eccentric bearings, cams and the like on a common machine tool. With the continuous development of science and technology, the demand on eccentric parts is more and more, and the precision is higher and more, so the demand on the eccentric clamps is correspondingly increased, and the application prospect is wide. Eccentric shaft type parts are one of the common typical parts. According to different structural forms of shaft parts, the shaft parts can be generally divided into optical axis eccentricity, stepped shaft eccentricity, special-shaped eccentric shaft and the like; or a solid eccentric shaft, a hollow eccentric shaft, etc. They are also used in machines to support gear, pulley, etc. drive components to transmit torque or motion.
At present, a general tool for machining an eccentric structure workpiece does not exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the positioning tool for machining the workpiece with the eccentric shaft, which is flexible to disassemble and assemble, convenient to maintain, wide in application range, safe and reliable.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a positioning tool for processing a workpiece with an eccentric shaft is provided, wherein at least one pair of hole combinations are arranged in the center of the positioning tool symmetrically; when the machining is carried out, the workpiece to be machined is fixed with the positioning tool through the hole combination.
Further, the hole combination comprises a pin hole and a screw hole for positioning; the workpiece to be processed is provided with a female pin hole matched with the pin hole and a female screw hole matched with the screw hole.
During processing, the positioning tool and a workpiece to be processed insert the plug pins into the pin holes and the female pin holes for positioning, and then screws are screwed into the screw holes and the female screw holes for fixing.
Furthermore, an eccentric shaft is arranged on the workpiece to be processed, and the female pin hole and the female screw hole are concentrically arranged with the eccentric shaft.
Further, at least 3 pairs of holes are combined. The positioning device is respectively used for positioning and mounting the same workpiece in three different processes.
Furthermore, the positioning tool is provided with at least two small screw holes which are symmetrically distributed and used for positioning the positioning tool on the equipment foundation plate.
Furthermore, the positioning tool is provided with at least four large screw holes which are symmetrically distributed and used for positioning the positioning tool on the equipment foundation plate.
Furthermore, a reinforcing ring is arranged on the workpiece to be machined along the axial direction.
Furthermore, grooves are uniformly distributed on the reinforcing ring.
Furthermore, a plurality of large holes are formed in the workpiece to be processed.
Further, during machining, the eccentric shaft is matched with the circle center of the positioning tool.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention adopts the pin and the screw hole to complete positioning firstly and complete fixing and locking, thereby being safe and reliable;
(2) the invention can be used for 3 process links with different requirements on the precision of the processed workpiece, the complete sets of holes corresponding to different process segments are combined and are distinguished by the aperture size, and the application range is wide;
(3) the invention has flexible disassembly and assembly and convenient maintenance: pins and screws are used for easy mounting and fixing.

Examples
A positioning tool for processing a workpiece with an eccentric shaft is shown in figures 1-5, wherein 3 hole pairs of assemblies 13 are symmetrically distributed in the center of the positioning tool 1; during machining, the workpiece 2 to be machined is fixed with the positioning tool 1 through the hole combination 13. The hole combination 13 includes a pin hole 132 and a screw hole 131 for positioning; still be equipped with two at least symmetric distributions on the location frock 1 and be used for fixing a position the little screw hole 12 on the equipment foundatin plate of frock 1. The workpiece 2 to be machined is provided with an eccentric shaft 21, and a female pin hole 212 and a female screw hole 211 are arranged concentrically with the eccentric shaft 21. The workpiece 2 to be machined is provided with a reinforcing ring 22 in the axial direction. The reinforcing ring 22 is uniformly provided with grooves 221. The workpiece 2 to be machined is provided with a plurality of large holes 23.
During machining, the eccentric shaft 21 is matched with the circle center of the positioning tool 1. During machining, the positioning tool 1 and the workpiece 2 to be machined are inserted into the pin hole 132 and the female pin hole 212 for positioning, and then screws are screwed into the screw holes 131 and the female screw holes 211 for fixing.
For example, during turning, the turning center axis can be positioned at the geometric center or eccentric axis of the workpiece 2 to be machined, and is used for disc profile machining and shaft machining respectively. When the eccentric shaft is machined, the eccentric shaft of the workpiece 2 to be machined needs to be aligned to the center of the positioning tool 1.

8. The positioning tool for machining the workpiece with the eccentric shaft as claimed in claim 7, wherein the reinforcing ring (22) is uniformly provided with grooves (221).
9. The positioning tool for machining the workpiece with the eccentric shaft according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of large holes (23) are formed in the workpiece (2) to be machined.
10. The positioning tool for machining the workpiece with the eccentric shaft according to claim 3, wherein the eccentric shaft (21) is matched with the center of a circle of the positioning tool (1) during machining.
