Claims (12)

1. A fixation device, comprising:
a base (10);
the fixed plate (20) is used for fixing a part to be machined, the fixed plate (20) is provided with a first end (21) and a second end (22) which are oppositely arranged along the length of the fixed plate, and the first end (21) is rotatably connected with the base (10); and
the limiting piece (30) is arranged between the base (10) and the second end (22), and the limiting piece (30) can move between a first position and a second position of the base (10) so as to adjust the inclination angle of the fixing plate (20) relative to the base (10).
2. The fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the limiting member (30) away from the base (10) is an inclined surface, the inclined surface is arranged to be gradually raised along a direction from the first end (21) to the second end (22) of the fixing plate (20), and the second end (22) is overlapped on the inclined surface.
3. A fixation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the angle of inclination of the inclined surface is in the range 30 ° to 60 °.

6. The fixture according to claim 1, wherein the fixture (100) further comprises a shaft assembly (80), the first end (21) being rotatably connected to the base (10) by the shaft assembly (80).

The fixing device according to claim 6, wherein a first shaft bracket (11) is formed at a position of the base (10) corresponding to the first end (21), a first shaft hole (111) is formed in the first shaft bracket (11), a second shaft hole (2111) is formed in a side of the first end (21) facing the base (10), the second shaft bracket (211) is provided with a second shaft hole (2111), the shaft assembly (80) further comprises a shaft screw (81) and a nut (82), and the shaft screw (81) sequentially passes through the first shaft hole (111) and the second shaft hole (2111) and is screwed with the nut (82).

The fixing device according to claim 7, wherein the base (10) is provided with a column plate (13) near the second end (22), the column plate (13) is formed with an arc-shaped slot (131) with the first shaft hole (111) as a rotation center, and the fixing plate (20) is locked on the column plate (13) by a locking member (70) passing through the arc-shaped slot (131).
9. A fixture according to claim 8, wherein an angle scale (132) is further formed on the post plate (13) adjacent to the arcuate slot (131), the angle scale (132) being used to indicate the angle of inclination of the stationary plate (20) relative to the base (10).
10. The fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a side of the fixing plate (20) away from the base (10) is provided with a mounting groove (23) for accommodating the part to be machined, and the fixing device (100) further comprises a pressing block assembly (90), wherein the pressing block assembly (90) is arranged in the mounting groove (23) and is used for clamping the part to be machined.
11. The fixing device according to claim 10, wherein the pressing block assembly (90) comprises a first pressing block (91), a second pressing block (92) and a pressing member (93), the first pressing block (91) has a first inclined surface, the second pressing block (92) has a second inclined surface, the second inclined surface is opposite to the first inclined surface and is abutted against the first inclined surface, and the pressing member (93) is connected with the second pressing block (92) and is embedded into the fixing plate (20), so that one side of the first pressing block (91), which is far away from the first inclined surface, is abutted against the part to be machined.
12. A machine tool, comprising:
a table (200); and
the fixture (100) according to any of claims 1 to 11, the fixture (100) being arranged on the work table (200).
