the lower sand box (1) comprises a lower sand box frame (1-1), an adjusting sleeve (1-2), a sleeve base (1-3) and lower partition plate fixing seats (1-4), the lower sand box frame (1-1) is arranged into a rectangular frame structure, and a plurality of lower partition plate fixing seats (1-4) are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the long side and the wide side of the lower sand box frame (1-1) along the height direction; sleeve bases (1-3) are respectively arranged at four corners of the inner side of the lower sand box frame (1-1), and the adjusting sleeve (1-2) is vertically and upwards fixedly arranged above the sleeve bases (1-3);
(II) when the cope flask (2) and the drag flask (1) are assembled to form a sand box group for use:
the cope flask (2) is sleeved in the drag flask (1), the cope flask (2) moves upwards to a preset height along the height direction of the drag flask (1), and the total height of the cope flask (2) and the drag flask (1) is the height of the sand flask;
the cope flask (2) comprises a cope flask frame (2-1), an adjusting nut (2-2), a sleeve lug seat (2-3) and an upper partition plate fixing seat (2-4), the cope flask frame (2-1) is set to be a rectangular frame structure, the outer side wall of the cope flask frame (2-1) is matched with the inner side wall of the lower sand flask frame (1-1), a sliding groove (2-5) is arranged on the side wall of the cope flask frame (2-1) corresponding to the position of the lower partition plate fixing seat (1-4), and the lower partition plate fixing seat (1-4) is inserted into the sliding groove (2-5); a plurality of upper partition plate fixing seats (2-4) are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the long sides and the wide sides of the upper sand box frame (2-1) along the height direction, and the upper partition plate fixing seats (2-4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper end of the sliding chute (2-5); sleeve lug seats (2-3) are respectively arranged at four corners of the inner side of an upper sand box frame (2-1), the sleeve lug seats (2-3) are positioned above the sleeve bases (1-3), lug holes (2-6) are formed in the sleeve lug seats (2-3), the axial direction of the lug holes (2-6) is collinear with the axial direction of an adjusting sleeve (1-2), the upper part of the adjusting sleeve (1-2) penetrates through the lug holes (2-6) and extends to the upper part of the sleeve lug seats (2-3), and an adjusting nut (2-2) is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting sleeve (1-2);
the partition plate group is fixedly connected with the lower partition plate fixing seat (1-4) or the upper partition plate fixing seat (2-4) respectively, and the partition plate group is at least one of a long partition plate (3-1), a short partition plate (3-2) or a special-shaped partition plate (3-3); when the lower sand box (1) is used independently, the height of the partition plate group is less than or equal to that of the lower sand box (1); when the cope flask (2) and the drag flask (1) are matched for use, the height of the partition plate group is less than or equal to that of the cope flask (2), or the height of the partition plate group is equal to that of the whole sand flask;
the length of the long partition plate (3-1) is equal to that of the inner cavity of the upper sand box frame (2-1) or the lower sand box frame (1-1), the long partition plate (3-1) is arranged along the length direction of the upper sand box frame (2-1) or the lower sand box frame (1-1), and two ends of the long partition plate (3-1) are respectively fixed on partition plate fixing seats corresponding to the wide edges of the upper sand box frame (2-1) or the wide edges of the lower sand box frame (1-1);
the length of the short partition plate (3-2) is equal to the width of an inner cavity of the upper sand box frame (2-1) or the lower sand box frame (1-1), the short partition plate (3-2) is arranged along the width direction of the upper sand box frame (2-1) or the lower sand box frame (1-1), and two ends of the short partition plate (3-2) are respectively fixed on partition plate fixing seats corresponding to the long edge of the upper sand box frame (2-1) or the long edge of the lower sand box frame (1-1);
the special-shaped partition plate (3-3) comprises wing plates (3-3-1) and connecting partition plates (3-3-2), the wing plates (3-3-1) are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting partition plate (3-3-2), and the wing plates (3-3-1) are fixedly connected with the partition plate fixing seats.

The sand box with the adjustable height and the adjustable rib plate position according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the lower part of the long partition plate (3-1) is provided with a plurality of male clamping grooves (3-1-1), the upper part of the short partition plate (3-2) is provided with a plurality of female clamping grooves (3-2-1), the long partition plates (3-1) and the short partition plates (3-2) are mutually perpendicular, and the female clamping grooves (3-2-1) are inserted into the corresponding male clamping grooves (3-1-1).

The sand box with the adjustable height and the adjustable rib plate position according to claim 2, is characterized in that: the long partition plate (3-1) is arranged in the middle of the lower sand box (1) or the middle of the upper sand box (2), and the long partition plate (3-1) spans the wide side of the corresponding sand box; the short partition plates (3-2) are arranged in the middle of the lower sand box (1) or the middle of the upper sand box (2), and the short partition plates (3-2) cross the long edges of the corresponding sand boxes; the male clamping groove (3-1-1) in the middle of the long clapboard (3-1) is matched with the female clamping groove (3-2-1) in the middle of the short clapboard (3-2).
