The sand mixing, casting and grinding mechanism of the sand mixer for casting and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stirring mechanism comprises a third rotating rod (20) and a stirring rod (24), the third rotating rod (20) is vertically arranged in the sand grinding chamber (2), the lower end of the third rotating rod (20) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sand grinding chamber (2) through a fifth rolling bearing, a third motor (31) is arranged on the lower surface of the base (1), the output end of the third motor (21) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the third rotating rod (20), a rotating shell (21) is fixedly sleeved on the upper end of the third rotating rod (20), a second reciprocating screw rod (22) is arranged in the rotating shell (21), the two ends of the second reciprocating screw rod (22) are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the corresponding rotating shell (21) through a sixth rolling bearing, a second sliding plate (23) is sleeved on the rod wall of the second reciprocating screw rod (22), the stirring rod (24) is sleeved on the inside of the second sliding plate (23), the fixed cover in top of puddler (24) has been connect third gear (26), the rear side meshing of third gear (26) is provided with second rack (27), the rear side of second rack (27) and the inner wall fixed connection of rotatory shell (21), the one end of the reciprocal lead screw of second (22) extends to the outside of rotatory shell (21), the fixed cover in outside one end of the reciprocal lead screw of second (22) has been connected bevel gear (28), the downside meshing of bevel gear (28) is provided with awl ring gear (29), the lateral wall of awl ring gear (29) and the inner wall fixed connection of grinding room (2).

5. The sand mixing, casting and grinding mechanism of the sand mixer for casting and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: ladder-shaped blocks (14) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the inner part of the founding chamber (3).
6. The sand mixing, casting and grinding mechanism of the sand mixer for casting and processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and two ends of the first sliding plate (8) are respectively propped against the inner wall of the corresponding founding chamber (3).
