In one embodiment, as for the above-mentioned discharge pipe 412, the discharge pipe 412 is located at the top of the collection box 81, so that the liquid tar and the liquid bamboo vinegar can directly flow into the collection box 81 through the discharge pipe 412, thereby facilitating the collection of the liquid tar and the liquid bamboo vinegar.
In one embodiment, the sliding column 83 is closely attached to the vertical sliding groove 85, and the separation plate 82, the sliding column 83, the sliding plate 84 and the vertical sliding groove 85 separate the collecting box 81, so that the collecting box 81 is divided into two separated chambers by the above structure, thereby facilitating simple separation of the liquid tar and the liquid bamboo vinegar and further facilitating separate collection thereof again.
In summary, the following steps:
1. the invention uses the structures of the parallel pipe wall 21, the air inlet pipeline 22, the gas transmission pipeline 23 and the like in a matching way, so that the high temperature of the flue gas can be utilized for the second time, the heat required by heating the oxygen in the charcoal burning kiln 1 is saved, and the problem of waste caused by the direct emission of the high temperature of the flue gas is solved.
2. According to the invention, the smoke is filtered through the first filter plate 34 and the second filter plate 35, and then the tar and the bamboo vinegar liquid in the smoke are condensed and separated through the common use of other structures such as the gas transmission groove 42, the liquid injection cavity 43, the water pump 7 and the like, so that the problem of atmospheric pollution caused by direct emission of the smoke is solved, and the tar and the bamboo vinegar liquid are separated at the same time, so that the smoke becomes available resources.
3. The invention collects and simply separates the liquid tar and the liquid bamboo vinegar liquid through the structures of the collecting box 81, the partition plate 82, the sliding plate 84 and the like, thereby solving the problem of troublesome collection of the liquid tar and the liquid bamboo vinegar liquid.
