When the cover assembly 20 is opened, the user turns over the first plate 25 and the second plate 26 from two sides of the cover body, the first plate 25 and the second plate 26 turn over relatively along the connecting piece, and approach each other, and when the first plate 25 and the second plate 26 rotate relatively to the limit positions of the first plate 25 and the second plate 26 when they are abutted against each other, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the position in fig. 9 is the opening position of the cover assembly 20. In one possible embodiment, the lid assembly 20 has a grip on at least one of the inside of the first panel 25 or the inside of the second panel 26. In another possible embodiment, the bottom of one or both of the first plate 25 or the second plate 26 includes the handle body of the first embodiment, and the grip portion is provided on the handle body and the cover body, for example, the inner arm of the first plate 25 has a recess for contact by a finger other than the thumb, and the recess forms a grip portion with the side walls of the first plate 25 and the second plate 26. In some embodiments, the holding portion may be directly formed on one or both of the first plate 25 and the second plate 26, and the user may directly lift the cover assembly 20 and the water tank through the holding portion, and the holding portion may be formed by providing a holding handle, a holding rod, or a groove on the bottom surface of the first plate 25 or the second plate 26, and the forming manner of the holding portion may be other, which is not limited in this embodiment.
A third embodiment of the invention relates to a beverage machine comprising a water tank as in the first or second embodiment. Specifically, the beverage machine can be a water purifier, a tea machine and the like.

when the box cover assembly (20) is opened, the box cover assembly (20) is turned over relative to the water tank (1) through the connecting piece until the box cover assembly (20) is positioned at the opening position, the holding part is exposed, and the box cover assembly (20) is positioned outside the water tank (1) and higher than the upper edge;
when the box cover assembly (20) is positioned at the closed position, the top side of the box cover assembly (20) is positioned outside the water tank (1), and the top side is used for blocking dust;
the connecting piece is a rotating piece (4), and the rotating piece (4) is rotatably arranged on the water tank (1) and is rotatably connected with the tank cover assembly (20); when the box cover assembly (20) is opened, the rotating piece (4) is driven to swing, the box cover assembly (20) is lifted when the rotating piece (4) swings, the box cover assembly (20) is lifted upwards for a certain distance so as to rotate relative to the water tank (1) without being blocked, and the box cover assembly (20) can rotate relative to the rotating piece (4) to the opening position after being lifted.
2. The water tank according to claim 1, wherein the grip portion is formed by an inner wall of the tank cover assembly (20) and an outer wall of the tank cover assembly (20); alternatively, the gripping portion is provided on an inner wall of the cover assembly (20).

The water tank according to claim 1, wherein when the cover assembly (20) is in the closed position, a user rotates the cover assembly (20), the cover assembly (20) is hinged to the rotating member (4) to continue rotating at a hinge point with the rotating member (4), and finally, when the cover assembly (20) is turned to a limit angle relative to the water tank (1), the cover assembly (20) is in an open position, and at this time, the cover assembly (20) forms an angle with the water tank (1), the holding portion is exposed, and the user can detach the water tank (1) through the exposed holding portion.

The water tank according to claim 7, wherein the connecting rod (42) comprises: a straight line part (421) connected with the inner side of the box cover assembly (20) and a diagonal line part (422) connected with the water tank (1), wherein the accommodating groove (31) comprises: the box cover assembly comprises a linear groove body (311) and an oblique line groove body (312), wherein when the box cover assembly (20) is located at the closed position, the linear part (421) and the oblique line part (422) are respectively contained in the linear groove body (311) and the oblique line groove body (312).

the handle body (3) is provided with a holding groove, the holding part is formed between the holding groove and the opening side of the cover body (2), when the cover assembly (20) is positioned at the opening position, fingers of a user except thumb extend into the holding groove, the part of the holding groove, which is in contact with the periphery of the opening side of the cover assembly (20), contacts with the palm and thumb of the user, and the user can lift the water tank body by using the holding part; or the holding part is a groove body or a holding rod arranged on the handle body (3), and the holding part is positioned on one side of the inner wall of the box cover assembly (20) close to the opening end (23);
the lid assembly (20) further comprises an opening end (23), the opening end (23) being adapted to open the lid assembly (20); when the cover assembly (20) is opened, the cover assembly (20) is turned over on the side of the water tank (1) opposite to the opening end (23).
10. A beverage machine comprising a water tank according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
