The soybean protein fiber inner container is formed by arranging 20% of soybean fiber yarns, 30% of imported three-dimensional hollow 3D chemical fibers and 50% of 4080 fibers in a spinning mode.
The soybean fiber liner is prepared by taking 20-80% of 3d (3 denier) soybean fiber as a main component, adding 4080 fiber and EMS fiber materials, and performing high-temperature hot pressing to prepare a soybean fiber base material with the specification of 2-30 cm. The comfort layer has the mass of 440 g and the thickness of less than or equal to 2 cm. The upper side of the inner container is thermally combined with a soybean palm cotton replacing layer, and the soybean palm cotton replacing layer is 1600 g. The soybean protein fiber cotton layer adopts a specific soybean fiber fabric made by BEKAERT DESLEE Belgium Beard. The thickness of the soybean protein fiber inner container is 18 cm.

Example 2
When in production, the pleated cotton layer, the comfortable layer and the liner are respectively produced.
When the inner container is produced, the soybean protein fiber belongs to modified plant protein fiber, is the eighth artificial fiber in the world, and has won two gold prizes in the world and the country. During production, natural soybeans are used for generating soybean meal, the globulin in the soybean meal is extracted by utilizing a scientific biotechnology, and the soybean meal is obtained through wet spinning. And then the soybean protein fiber filaments are subjected to high-temperature physical integrated molding to prepare the healthy, environment-friendly and skin-friendly soybean protein fiber material. The liner is formed by rearranging all fiber materials through professional equipment by using materials such as soybean fiber (20%) imported three-dimensional hollow 3D chemical fibers (30%), 4080 fibers (50%) and the like;
sewing the knitted soybean protein fiber cloth and the soybean protein fiber cotton into a pleated cotton layer;
preparing inlet latex and a graphene 3D material into a comfort layer;
sequentially combining the pleated cotton layer, the comfortable layer and the liner by a glue-free process;
then the bottom layer is placed inside the surrounding strip, then the liner, the comfort layer, the pleat cotton layer and the new liner which is thermally combined are placed inside, finally the new liner is placed into the coat, and the coat is sealed through the zipper.
The invention thus produced has the functions of skin-friendly bacteriostasis, high negative oxygen ion, full core ventilation, insect prevention, mite resistance, no glue, etc. The supportability of the soybean fibers is in direct proportion to the density when the soybean fibers are produced, the higher the density is, the stronger the supportability is, and the soybean fibers are also dependent on the special manufacturing process (tiling or erecting) of the material. At present, the soybean mattress is heavier because the soybean inner container needs to be piled up by adopting fiber materials with high density and high gram weight to ensure the support property. In the future, the soybean inner container is expected to be lightened through equipment process optimization and upgrading.
Example 3
