Description

Working clothes with lifesaving function
Technical Field
The invention relates to a work clothes with lifesaving function, more specifically, the work clothes can not reduce the mobility of the wearer greatly at ordinary times, when drowning accident happens, the work clothes not only have the function of floating the body of the wearer on the water surface, but also have the function of protecting the body temperature.
Background
Generally, a life jacket is an article which a person who takes a boat must wear when going out of the sea and which saves lives when falling into water, and can prevent the person who takes a boat from drowning when playing water, doing various water sports, fishing, or falling into water in a river, a lake, a sea, or the like.
If a user falls into water while wearing a life jacket, the life jacket generates a buoyancy to enable the wearer to float to the water surface regardless of the intention of the wearer. A general life jacket is in the form of a waistcoat with an open front surface, and a neck insertion portion and an arm insertion portion are provided in a waistcoat body formed so as to be wearable on a human body. The vest body is provided with a floating body between an inner skin and an outer skin made of a woven fabric, and a zipper or a buckle as a locking device for opening and closing the open front face.
As an example of the life jacket, a vest-shaped life jacket is proposed in korean laid-open patent No. 10-2015-0117044 and korean registered utility model No. 20-0432410.
The existing life jacket is a mandatory spare part on all ships, and all people need to wear the life jacket in order to prevent accidents such as drowning and the like during leisure sports on water. With the recent increased awareness of the importance of life jackets, the utilization rate thereof is increasing.
However, the existing life jacket is thick and large in size, and the life jacket is inconvenient to move when being worn. In particular, when a wind blows or rains, a windbreak or a raincoat must be additionally worn on the premise of wearing a life jacket. In this case, it is necessary to put on the existing life jacket and then put on the windbreaker or the raincoat, or put on the life jacket on the outermost side in the reverse order, which is very inconvenient, and it is difficult to move or work on a ship or the like in a state where the raincoat or the windbreaker and the life jacket are put on at the same time, so that the wearer often wears the windbreaker and the raincoat but does not want to wear the life jacket.
In addition, although the life jacket has a function of allowing a part of the upper body of the wearer to float on the water surface when a drowning accident occurs, the life jacket does not closely contact the body of the wearer, and thus water may enter and exit between the life jacket and the body of the wearer.
Therefore, the wearer takes the body temperature for a short time by passing water between the life jacket and the wearer's body, eventually resulting in the death of the wearer due to hypothermia.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a work suit having a lifesaving function, which does not greatly reduce the flexibility of a wearer at ordinary times, and provides not only a function of floating the body of the wearer on the water surface but also a body temperature protection function when a drowning accident occurs.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the purpose, the work clothes with the lifesaving function provided by the invention is made of more than two layers of cloth (plain satin), and is characterized by comprising at least one variable clinging pipe which is arranged on one side of the work clothes, and the inside of the variable clinging pipe is filled with air less than the maximum holding capacity. When the variable cling pipe enters water, air filled in the lower end portion floats up under the action of water pressure, and the thickness of the upper end portion changes to a thickness of a state that the maximum air is contained therein.
Here, it is preferable that the thickness of the variable close-fitting tube is changed to a thickness capable of closely fitting the wearer's body when the variable close-fitting tube is internally formed to maximally receive air.
In addition, it is preferable that the variable close fitting pipe has a sufficient height to ensure that the upper end portion can be filled with air equivalent to the maximum accommodation amount after the air charged into the lower end portion moves toward the upper end portion.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
As described above, according to the present invention, when a drowning accident occurs, not only a function of floating the body of the wearer on the water surface but also a body temperature protecting function are provided, so that the risk of death of the wearer due to hypothermia can be minimized.
In addition, the activity of the wearer is not greatly reduced at ordinary times, so that the reduction of the work efficiency caused by wearing the work clothes can be prevented.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the same constituent elements in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals as much as possible. In addition, detailed descriptions of well-known functions and configurations that may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention are omitted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view schematically showing a working clothes with a lifesaving function according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a side sectional view of a lower garment of the working clothes with a lifesaving function according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a schematic view showing a state change of a variable cling tube according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that the work clothes with lifesaving function according to an embodiment of the present invention is made of more than two layers of raw satins, and includes: hood (hood)10, upper garment 20, and lower garment 30.
Here, although neoprene (neoprene ne) material having advantages of buoyancy, excellent waterproof property, heat insulating property, and stretchability, and easy repair may be used as the raw satin used for the work clothes, the present invention is not limited thereto, and any alternative material satisfying the above functions may be used.
The hood 10 is formed with an opening M on a side corresponding to the eyes and mouth of the wearer so as to wrap the head of the wearer as a whole.
The hood 10 is stored in a pocket separately formed at one side of a coverall when lying flat, and can be worn on the head of a wearer when a drowning accident occurs, and functions to prevent heat generated at the head of the wearer from being lost by water.
The jacket 20 is in the form of a conventional jacket with long sleeves, and the open front can be opened and closed by an opening and closing device such as a zipper.
The lower garment 30 includes: a trunk portion 31 surrounding the trunk of the wearer; a pair of lower limbs 32 formed extending along the lower part of the trunk 31 and surrounding the legs of the wearer; and a shoulder belt part 33 whose both ends are coupled to the front and rear upper ends of the body part 31 and fastened to the shoulders of the wearer.
In particular, as shown in fig. 2, the lower garment 30 of the present invention is characterized in that variable close-fitting tubes 40 in which air less than the maximum accommodation amount is accommodated are provided inside the upper end portion side of the trunk portion 31 corresponding to the upper end portion periphery of the trunk of the wearer and the lower end portion side of each lower limb portion 32 corresponding to the lower end portion periphery of the legs of the wearer.
Preferably, the variable cling tube 40 is formed to a thickness that will cling to the wearer's body when the maximum amount of air is contained therein.
In addition, preferably, the variable close fitting pipe 40 is formed such that: when the water pressure acts on the entering water, it is ensured that the air filled into the lower end part floats to the upper end part to be filled with a sufficient height of air corresponding to the maximum containing amount.
Hereinafter, the change of the state of the variable close fitting pipe 40 will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a variation of the variable form of the tube shape according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 (a), the variable cling tube 40 contains air therein in an amount less than the maximum contained amount, and at ordinary times, has a thickness relatively thinner than that in a state where air is contained therein in the maximum contained amount.
However, as shown in fig. 3 (b), when the wearer falls into the water due to a drowning accident, the air filled in the lower end portion floats to the upper end portion under the influence of the water pressure which increases in pressure with the increase in the depth of the water.
Therefore, the thickness of the upper end portion is the same as the thickness of the state where the interior is filled with air in the maximum amount.
In the present embodiment, the case where the hood, the upper garment, and the lower garment are provided separately has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. In fact, the hood, the upper garment and the lower garment may be integrated, or the shoes and the lower garment may be integrated.
In the present embodiment, the case where the variable adhesion tubes 40 are provided on the upper end side of the trunk portion 31 corresponding to the periphery of the upper end of the trunk of the wearer and the lower end side of each of the lower limbs 32 corresponding to the periphery of the legs of the wearer in the lower garment 30 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the variable adhesion pipes 40 of the present invention may be provided on at least one of the body portion 31 side and the lower limb portions 32 side, may be provided along the entire periphery or a part of the periphery, or may be provided in plurality at intervals in the vertical direction of the body portion 31 or the lower limb portions 32.
The variable close fitting tubes 40 of the present invention may be provided not only on the lower garment 30 but also on the upper garment 20 side corresponding to the trunk or both arms of the wearer.
Hereinafter, the operation of the coveralls having a lifesaving function according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 4a and 4b are schematic views showing the change of the state of close contact with a wearer according to the state of the variable close contact tube according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The work clothes with lifesaving function according to one embodiment of the present invention contains less than the maximum containing amount of air inside the variable cling tube 40, as shown in fig. 4a, and maintains a spaced state between the variable cling tube 40 and the wearer's body at ordinary times.
Therefore, the present invention does not cause a problem that the flexibility of the wearer is lowered by the variable close fitting pipe 40 at ordinary times, and thus can prevent the reduction of the work efficiency of the work clothes.
However, as shown in fig. 3 (b), when the wearer falls into the water due to a drowning accident, the coverall with a lifesaving function according to one embodiment of the present invention floats the air filled in the lower end portion of the variable close contact pipe 40 to the upper end portion by the water pressure, so that the thickness of the upper end portion reaches the same standard as the thickness of the state in which the air is filled in the interior at the maximum accommodation amount.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the upper end portion of the variable cling tube 40 clings to the wearer's body, so that water communication between the inside and outside of the coverall can be minimized by the variable cling tube 40.
As described above, the present invention can minimize the release of the body temperature of the wearer to the outside due to the influence of water that is mutually communicated between the inside and the outside of the coverall, and has a function of protecting the body temperature of the wearer, thereby minimizing the risk of death of the wearer due to hypothermia.
In addition, the variable close contact tube 40 also has a buoyancy function to float the body of the wearer to the water surface, and particularly, the variable close contact tube 40 provided along the periphery of the upper end of the trunk of the wearer has a function to float a part of the upper body of the wearer to the water surface, so that it is possible to provide the wearer with psychological safety feeling in the event of a drowning accident.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view schematically showing a coverall having a lifesaving function according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The coverall with lifesaving function according to another embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that an air injection means 50 for injecting air to a wearer is further formed at one side of the variable close fitting tube 40.
Here, the air injection means 50 may be designed in the form of an air injection port provided on a general life buoy (tub e) used while playing water.
In particular, an air injection device 50 may be provided to the variable cling tube 40 located at the upper end side of the trunk 31 of the lower garment 30, the air injection device 50 including: a hose part 51, one end of which is inserted between two layers of raw satin through one side of the lower end part of the body part 31 of the lower garment, is combined with one side of the lower part of the variable close-fitting pipe 40, and the other end of which is formed by extending outwards; and an opening/closing unit 52 that opens and closes the other end of the hose unit 51.
Further, the opening/closing portion 52 includes: a support ring 52a fixedly provided on the outer peripheral side of the other end of the hose portion 51; a connecting line 52b formed to extend outward from one side of the support ring 52 a; and a cap 52c rotatably coupled with one side of the end of the connection line 52 b.
As the hose portion 51 of the air injection device 50 having the above-described structure is formed to extend outward, a structure is provided in which the wearer can inject air more easily.
In addition, since the structure design that the hose part 51 is connected with the lower part of the variable close contact pipe 40 is adopted, the problem that the air moving to the upper part in the variable close contact pipe 40 is discharged to the outside through the hose part 51 when the water falls is prevented, and the air can be injected easily without being influenced by the air pressure in the variable close contact pipe 40 when the air is injected.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments, various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the appended claims encompass such modifications or changes as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
