In some communication scenarios, a network device may provide network services to multiple media devices and receiving devices. There may be data transmission from one media device to one receiving device, or there may be data transmission from multiple media devices to one receiving device. Optionally, the processor 1002 is further configured to: determining a data sending strategy according to the data transmission priority; and sending the media data to the receiving equipment according to the data sending strategy.
Optionally, before determining the data transmission policy, the processor 1002 is further configured to: determining a data receiving mode according to network conditions; sending a data transmission notification to the receiving device according to the data receiving mode; acquiring a data receiving request sent by receiving equipment; the data reception request is transmitted when the reception device determines to receive the media data after receiving the data transmission notification.
Optionally, before sending the media data to the receiving device, the processor 1002 is further configured to: and sending data receiving request feedback information to the receiving equipment according to the data sending strategy, wherein the data receiving request feedback information is used for prompting the data sending strategy.

Optionally, the processor 1102 is further configured to: and receiving a data transmission prompt sent by the network equipment, wherein the data transmission prompt is used for indicating that the media data is sent to the receiving equipment.

Optionally, the processor 1202 is further configured to receive a data transmission notification sent by the network device, where the data transmission notification is sent by the network device according to the data transmission request; the data transmission request comprises data transmission priority; the data transmission request is used for requesting the media device to send media data to the network device so that the network device forwards the media data to the receiving device; and if the media data is determined to be received in response to the data transmission notification, sending a data receiving request to the network equipment.
Optionally, the processor 1202 is further configured to: and receiving data receiving request feedback information, wherein the data receiving request feedback information is sent by the network equipment according to the data sending strategy and is used for prompting the data sending strategy.
Optionally, the data reception request feedback information includes: time of use for transmission of media data; the transmission time is determined by the network equipment according to the sending strategy.
Optionally, the processor 1202 is further configured to output data transmission end prompt information, where the data transmission end prompt information is generated after the receiving device receives a data transmission end prompt sent by the network device.

Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a data transmission system according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 13, the data transmission system according to the embodiment may include: network device 1301, one or more media devices 1302, receiving device 1303. Fig. 13 illustrates a plurality of media devices.
The network device 1301 may adopt the structure of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7 or fig. 10, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
The media device 1302 may adopt the structure of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 8 or fig. 11, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
The receiving device 1303 may adopt the structure of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 9 or fig. 12, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (20)

1. A method of data transmission, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment receives a data transmission request, wherein the data transmission request comprises data transmission priority corresponding to media data to be transmitted; the data transmission request is used for requesting the media device to send the media data to the network device so that the network device forwards the media data to the receiving device;
the network equipment judges whether the media data to be transmitted meet transmission conditions or not according to the data transmission priority, if so, data transmission request feedback information is sent to the media equipment, and the data transmission request feedback information is used for indicating the media equipment to send the media data;
the network equipment receives media data sent by the media equipment according to the data transmission request feedback information;
and the network equipment sends the media data to the receiving equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the network device sends the media data to a receiving device, comprising:
the network equipment determines a data sending strategy according to the data transmission priority;
and the network equipment sends the media data to the receiving equipment according to the data sending strategy.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to determining the data transmission policy, the method further comprises:
the network equipment determines a data receiving mode according to network conditions;
the network equipment sends a data transmission notice to the receiving equipment according to the data receiving mode;
the network equipment acquires a data receiving request sent by the receiving equipment; the data receiving request is sent when the receiving equipment determines to receive the media data after receiving the data transmission notification.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein prior to sending the media data to the receiving device, the method further comprises:
and the network equipment sends data receiving request feedback information to the receiving equipment according to the data sending strategy, wherein the data receiving request feedback information is used for prompting the data sending strategy.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the data reception request feedback information comprises: time of use for transmission of the media data; the transmission time is determined by the network equipment according to the sending strategy.
6. The method of claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
the network device sends a data transmission prompt to the media device, the data transmission prompt indicating that the media data has been sent to the receiving device.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the network equipment sends a data transmission end prompt to the receiving equipment according to the data sending strategy so that the receiving equipment generates and outputs data transmission end prompt information;
the network device stops sending the media data to the receiving device.
8. A method of data transmission, comprising:
the media equipment receives data transmission request feedback information sent by the network equipment;
and the media equipment sends media data to the network equipment according to the data transmission request feedback information.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
media equipment sends a data transmission request to the network equipment, wherein the data transmission request comprises a data transmission priority corresponding to the media data to be transmitted; the data transmission request is used for requesting the media device to send the media data to the network device, so that the network device forwards the media data to the receiving device.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and the media equipment receives a data transmission prompt sent by the network equipment, wherein the data transmission prompt is used for indicating that the media data is sent to the receiving equipment.
11. A method of data transmission, comprising:
receiving media data sent by network equipment by receiving equipment; the media data are sent by the network equipment according to a received data transmission request, and the data transmission request comprises a data transmission priority corresponding to the media data to be transmitted; the data transmission request is used for requesting the media equipment to send the media data to the network equipment;
the receiving device outputs the media data.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
receiving a data transmission notification sent by network equipment by receiving equipment, wherein the data transmission notification is sent by the network equipment according to the data transmission request; the data transmission request comprises data transmission priority; the data transmission request is used for requesting the media device to send media data to the network device so that the network device forwards the media data to the receiving device;
and if the receiving equipment determines to respond to the data transmission notification to receive the media data, sending a data receiving request to the network equipment.
13. The method of claim 11 or 12, further comprising:
the receiving equipment receives data receiving request feedback information, and the data receiving request feedback information is sent by the network equipment according to a data sending strategy and is used for prompting the data sending strategy.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the data reception request feedback information comprises: time of use for transmission of the media data; the transmission time is determined by the network equipment according to the sending strategy.
15. The method of claim 11 or 12, further comprising:
and the receiving equipment outputs data transmission end prompt information which is generated after the receiving equipment receives the data transmission end prompt sent by the network equipment.
16. A network device, comprising:
a memory for storing program instructions;
a processor for calling and executing program instructions in said memory, performing the method of any of claims 1-7.
17. A media device, comprising:
a memory for storing program instructions;
a processor for invoking and executing program instructions in said memory for performing the method of any of claims 8-10.
18. A receiving device, comprising:
a memory for storing program instructions;
a processor for invoking and executing program instructions in said memory for performing the method of any of claims 11-15.
19. A data transmission system, comprising: the network device of claim 16, the media device of claim 17, the receiving device of claim 18.
20. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-7 or any of claims 8-10 or any of claims 11-15.
