Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the related technology, multiple parties participating in a conference utilize a conference system terminal to participate in the conference at different geographic positions at the same time, so that voice and video interaction is performed. Each conference room provided with the conference terminal is provided with a special manager for carrying out pre-survey on each time of entering the conference system, and participants of the conference need to arrive at the scheduled conference room for punctual conference at a scheduled time. This approach requires the participants to be concentrated in several conference rooms with terminals for participating.
However, in some cases, there is no way to concentrate all participants on several conference rooms for a conference, i.e., in addition to the conference room, other ways of participating in the conference are required. For example, one conference room in Beijing, one conference room in Shanghai and one conference room in Shenzhen are respectively provided with 2 colleagues at home and office, wherein one colleague can be connected with a network, and the other colleague needs telephone access because the network signal is not good.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the situation of a multi-place conference, through the selection of participants, calling and content sharing in different modes are performed, and the automatic processing of concurrently triggering the participant devices corresponding to different participant modes to perform voice and content fast sharing is realized, so that the conference host saves the time for preparing the conference at the early stage, and meanwhile, the online integration and distribution of audio and video contents of the multi-place conference are realized.
The following describes in detail a device connection method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The device connection method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to electronic devices, such as servers, terminals, and the like, and the electronic devices can be electronic devices corresponding to conference initiators. Or, the device connection method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to a conference system, where the conference system includes an electronic device corresponding to a conference initiator, and the like.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a device connection method, which includes:
generating a unique conference identifier;
sharing a unique conference identifier;
determining the conference mode selected by each participant by using the unique conference identifier;
respectively determining the relationship between each conference mode and conference room equipment; the relation is used for indicating whether the participant corresponding to the participation mode is located in a conference room, and the conference room is a conference room where the conference room equipment is located;
and triggering communication connection between other meeting equipment and the meeting room equipment in parallel based on the relation between each meeting mode and the meeting room equipment, wherein the other meeting equipment represents meeting equipment except the meeting room equipment.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, multiple different types of meeting modes can be integrated, and meeting room equipment and other meeting equipment can be automatically bound and controlled, so that data sharing for meeting personnel in different meeting modes can be realized.
In addition, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the conference participants can access the conference by sharing the unique conference identifier, so that the conference can be organized in real time, the conference participation mode of the conference participants can be determined without sending an invitation to each conference participant, and the conference organization efficiency is improved. In addition, the participants can actively access the conference by clicking the unique conference identifier without knowing personal information of the participants, such as telephone, Instant Messaging (IM) account numbers and the like. Meanwhile, the conference participation mode can be recommended to the participants according to the geographic information and the like of the participants so as to provide the matched conference participation mode for the participants.
In one approach, sequential linking and sharing may be performed sequentially in a one-way approach. The conference is started every time, the conference room of the other party is sequentially connected, the instant communication equipment is connected, the call is made, the screen is thrown for sharing, the process of debugging the equipment needs to take several minutes, and one hour of meeting originally needs to debug the equipment by about one tenth of time.
In order to enable colleagues not in a conference room to participate in a conference, the connection between conference room devices is established in a one-way mode after meeting time arrives, and then, for colleagues with networks, the terminals of the colleagues are connected with the conference room devices in an instant messaging mode; for colleagues requiring telephone access to access by dialing through the telephone. It can be seen that the conference organizer needs to make multiple voice calls and screen sharing actions in sequence, so that the time for accessing the device in the conference preparation process is too long, and the time for debugging the device can also be understood as being too long.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the communication connection between other conference participating devices and the conference room device is triggered in parallel, so that the conference participating devices corresponding to different conference participating modes can be triggered concurrently, the device debugging efficiency is improved, and the conference preparation time is shortened.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a device connection method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a device connection method, which may include:
and S101, generating a unique conference identifier.
The unique meeting identifier is used to indicate the location of the meeting, the time of the meeting, the subject of the meeting, and so on. I.e., a unique conference identification may be generated based on the conference location, the conference time, the conference subject, etc.
In addition, the unique conference identifier can also represent the participants who have the right to directly access, and the participants who do not have the right to directly access need to apply for the right.
In one implementation, the unique conference identifier may be a web page link, such as a Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Alternatively, the conference unique Identification may be a conference Identity (ID).
And S102, sharing the unique conference identifier.
The unique conference identification may be sent to the participants who have direct access rights.
Alternatively, the unique conference identifier may be shared with the group chat.
Or the conference unique identifier can be shared by all the personnel in a broadcast mode, and the personnel receiving the conference unique identifier operate the conference unique identifier and then verify the authority of the personnel.
And S103, determining the conference mode selected by each participant by using the unique conference identifier.
Each participant can operate the unique conference identifier respectively, and then selects a conference participating mode.
As shown in fig. 2, may include:
s201, aiming at each participant, responding to the detected operation of the participant on the unique identification of the conference, and providing a conference page.
The operation may include clicking, such as clicking, double clicking, hovering, etc.
After receiving the unique conference identifier, such as a web link, each participant can click the unique conference identifier, and the electronic device or the conference system displays the conference page after detecting the click operation.
And S202, receiving the conference mode selected by the participants based on the conference page.
The participator can select time to access by self.
Receiving the conference mode selected by the participants directly based on the conference page after receiving the conference page; or receiving the conference mode selected by the participants based on the conference page after receiving the interval time range of the conference page.
Wherein the time range of the interval can be determined according to the actual requirements of the participants.
For example, the conference unique identifier can be clicked to select a conference mode after the conference unique identifier is received. Or, the conference unique identifier can be clicked at intervals to select a conference participating mode, so that the participants can be actively accessed at any time after the conference time.
The conference participants can access the conference by sharing the unique conference identifier, so that the conference can be organized in real time, and the conference participants do not need to be invited, thereby improving the efficiency. In addition, the participants can actively access the conference by clicking the unique conference identifier without knowing personal information of the participants, such as telephone, IM and the like.
In an implementation manner, the conference page may include conference basic information, such as conference time, conference subject, conference location, and the like, and a participant mode selection option, and the participant may input a participant mode of the participant through the participant mode selection option based on the conference basic information.
In one implementation, the meeting page including the recommended meeting mode may be provided to the participants according to the geographical location information of the participants.
Specifically, the conference page includes the participation modes recommended by the electronic device or the conference system, and one or more of the recommended participation modes may be included. When the recommended participation mode is one, the participant can directly click the recommended participation mode, and when the electronic equipment or the conference system detects the click operation on the recommended participation mode, the recommended participation mode is directly used as the participation mode of the participant. When the recommended participation mode is multiple, the participant can select one recommended participation mode from the multiple recommended participation modes, and when the electronic equipment or the conference system detects the click operation on one recommended participation mode, the recommended participation mode is directly used as the participation mode of the participant.
When the recommended participation mode is conference room access, path information such as map information and the like for participants to go to the conference room can be provided at the same time.
By the method, the participants only need to select based on the recommended participation mode without confirming the participation mode by the participants, so that on one hand, the operation complexity of the participants is reduced; on the other hand, the participation mode more matched with the participant can be selected based on the recommended participation mode (provided to the participant according to the geographical position information of the participant).
In another implementation, the meeting page may further include: conference room authorization information.
The conference room authorization information is determined based on the relationship of the participants to the conference room.
The conference room authorization information indicates whether the participant can directly access or the participant can use the right of the conference room device. For example, whether the prompt directly authorizes the meeting initiator, or the participants may use the meeting room, as shown in the meeting page: signing in; an audio device; a video device; a projector; other central control boxes, etc. Wherein, the sign-in indicates that the participant can directly access; an audio device; a video device; the projector and/or other center box representation may use the audio device in the conference room device; a video device; a projector and/or other central control box.
In an optional embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the device connection method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include:
s301, determining authority request information.
The permission request information includes conference initiator information and/or participant information of participants.
The meeting originator information may include the name, job number, etc. of the meeting originator. Similarly, the participant information may include the names, job numbers, etc. of the participants.
S302, based on the conference initiator information and/or the participant information, whether the participants have the right to use the conference room equipment is confirmed.
Whether the participant has the right to use the conference room equipment or not can be confirmed by the conference room equipment authorization module. Namely, the authorization module of the conference room equipment is used for determining whether the conference room is authorized to be used or not according to the information of the conference initiator and/or the information of the participants.
Different persons can have different permissions for using the conference room equipment, and the permissions of the persons can be predetermined and stored, so that after permission request information is determined, the permissions of the persons determined and stored in advance are searched based on conference initiator information and/or participant information of participants in the permission request information, and whether the participants have the permissions for using the conference room equipment is determined.
In addition, the use condition of the conference room equipment can be combined, for example, the conference room equipment is used, and the participant is determined not to have the right to use the conference room equipment.
In one implementation, when it is determined that the participant has the right to use the conference room device, the communication connection between other participant devices and the conference room device can be established based on the relationship between each participant mode and the conference room device. And if the participant is confirmed not to have the right to use the conference room equipment, other conference room equipment which the participant has the right to use can be searched for to replace the conference room equipment.
Different persons can have different permissions to use the conference room device, and in addition, the use conditions of the conference room device can be combined, for example, if the conference room device is being used, the participant is determined to have no permission to use the conference room device.
Therefore, the use of the conference room equipment can be managed and controlled, and the conflict of the use of the conference room equipment is avoided.
The conference room authorization information of the participants is displayed through the conference page, and the participants can visually know whether the participants have the right to access the conference room equipment or not and can also understand whether the participants have the right to participate in the conference or not.
In another alternative embodiment, the participation mode may be determined by the manner of an invitation.
The participation mode of each participant can be predetermined, for example, the conference can be reserved (meeting time is appointed, etc.) with the participant and the conference participation mode can be determined before the conference, the participation mode of each participant can be stored, and the stored participation mode of each participant can be directly obtained when the conference starts. Or the participation mode of the participants can be determined in real time when the conference is started. For example, the participants may be determined and the conference reserved prior to the conference. And when the conference is started, determining the participation mode of the participants.
Specifically, a conference initiation request may be received; sending meeting invitations to a plurality of persons contained in the meeting initiating request; and receiving the participation mode sent by each participant.
The meeting initiation request includes the meeting time, the meeting subject, the meeting personnel (inviting the meeting personnel), the meeting location, and the like.
When a conference initiator initiates a conference, determining conference personnel and determining a conference place.
The conference initiator triggers a conference initiation request, and the electronic device or the conference system sends a conference invitation to a plurality of persons contained in the conference initiation request after receiving the conference initiation request.
For example, a meeting invitation can be sent by the meeting invitation module to relevant people (multiple people included in the meeting initiation request), including meeting time, meeting subject, meeting people (people who are invited to the meeting), meeting location, and so on.
The participant is a person of the plurality of persons.
The people responding to the meeting invitation are referred to as participants, and the participants may be all of the plurality of people. In another implementation, the attendees may be part of multiple people, considering that some people do not respond to the meeting invitation (e.g., no attendees are sent).
After receiving the meeting invitation, a plurality of persons can select whether to participate in the meeting or not, and meanwhile, can select a meeting mode. The confirmation information of whether to participate in the conference and the selected participation mode may be sent to the electronic device or the conference system, for example, the confirmation information of whether to participate in the conference and the selected participation mode may be sent through the invitation confirmation module. In this way, the electronic device or the conference system can receive the conference mode selected by each participant.
The participants may choose the form of participation, such as meeting in a conference room, remote access (e.g., im (instant messaging) access), and telephone access, among others.
After receiving the participation modes sent by each participant, the participation modes selected by each participant can be stored, and thus, when the conference starts, the conference method can directly acquire the stored participation modes of each participant.
The method can directly acquire the predetermined participation modes of the participants, save the time required for re-determination after the conference starts, and save the conference preparation time.
And S104, respectively determining the relationship between each participating mode and the conference room equipment.
The relationship is used for indicating whether the participant corresponding to the participation mode is located in a conference room, and the conference room is the conference room where the conference room equipment is located.
And S105, based on the relation between each participating mode and the conference room equipment, triggering the communication connection between other participating equipment and the conference room equipment in parallel.
The other participating devices represent participating devices other than the meeting room device.
It can also be understood that the connection modes corresponding to different participation modes are used, and the participation devices corresponding to different participation modes are triggered concurrently.
And if the participant corresponding to the participant mode is located in the conference room, the equipment for the participant to participate in the conference is conference room equipment. And if the participant corresponding to the participant mode is not located in the conference room, the equipment for the participant to participate in the conference is other participant equipment. Therefore, the device for participating in the conference of the participants can be determined to be the conference room device or other conference participating devices based on the relationship between each conference participating mode and the conference room device, and the communication connection between the other conference participating devices and the conference room device is triggered in parallel.
In one implementation, there are multiple other participating devices, and each of the other participating devices may be triggered in parallel to establish a communication connection between each of the other participating devices and the conference room device.
In one scene, one part of the participants of the multi-party conference can go to the conference room for participation, but the other part of the participants can not go to the conference room for participation, some of the participants which can not go to the conference room for participation can be in instant messaging, and some networks can not be connected and can only be in telephone communication. In this scenario, the participating mode may include: meeting room participation, telephone access and instant messaging access.
S105 may include:
and in response to receiving a conference sharing request of a conference initiator, triggering the communication connection between the conference equipment of the participant accessed by instant messaging and the communication connection between the conference equipment of the participant accessed by telephone calling and the conference room equipment respectively in parallel.
For example, the conference room device may be triggered to be turned on, the instant messaging client may be used to call the participant using the instant messaging access, and the telephone may be used to call the participant using the telephone access, and the communication connection between the participant device of the participant using the instant messaging access and the participant device of the participant using the telephone access may be established.
In one implementation, a conference room may be reserved and a communication connection with the conference room device may be established only after the conference room is reserved.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, various different types of meeting modes can be integrated, for example, meeting room meeting, telephone access and instant messaging access in an actual application scene are integrated, and meeting room equipment and other meeting equipment are automatically bound and controlled, so that data sharing is realized for meeting personnel in different meeting modes. And the conference participating equipment corresponding to different conference participating modes can be triggered concurrently, the equipment debugging efficiency is improved, the conference preparation time is shortened, and the like.
According to the requirements of a conference initiator and the real conference state of participants, the participants are accessed in different modes, and meanwhile, conference room equipment is automatically bound to rapidly link and share. From the sequential chaining and sharing in order of original single pass, optimize as: automatic concurrent linking and sharing are the extremely good pre-meeting preparation experience, and the meeting organization mode effectively improves the efficiency of multi-channel equipment joint debugging in the early stage of a meeting.
In an optional embodiment, the device connection method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include:
receiving voice data of the participants; the voice data is distributed to a first participant device that includes a participant device other than the participant device used by the participant.
And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
receiving video data of the participants; and distributing the video data to second participant equipment, wherein the second participant equipment comprises participant equipment except the participant equipment used by the participants and the participant equipment corresponding to the participant mode using telephone access.
After the communication connection is established, the synchronization of audio and video data and the like can be carried out.
Voice data may be distributed through VoIP.
VoIP is a voice call method that uses Internet Protocol (IP) to achieve voice call and multimedia conference, i.e., communication via the internet. Other informal names are IP phone (IP telephony), Internet phone (Internet telephony), broadband phone (broadband telephony) and broadband phone service (broadband telephone service).
The synchronization of audio and video data can be realized in a screen projection mode. The screen can be projected according to a wireless screen projection protocol. The wireless screen-casting protocol includes Miracast, AirPlay, and digital living NETWORK ALLIANCE (DIGITAL LIVING NETWORK ALLIANCE, DLNA).
The Miracast is applied to Android devices, and if the devices support the function, the devices are usually displayed as identifiers such as "wireless display" or "wireless screen projection", "Miracast" and the like in the setting.
The AirPlay is applied to apple equipment, the AirPlay protocol is used for transmission, and the screen can be connected and projected without the assistance of other software.
DLNA is applied to Windows equipment, generally screen projection is completed by means of third-party software, and also can be applied to Android equipment supporting DLNA protocol, and generally only videos and pictures can be projected.
In particular, the synchronization of the audio and video data may be performed based on an audio and video transmission protocol. In particular, the distribution of audio data and/or video data may be based on an audio-video transmission protocol.
The audio-video transmission protocol may include: real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP), Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP), HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP), and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).
The RTMP is based on Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), which is a Protocol family including various variants such as RTMP basic Protocol and RTMPT/RTMPs/RTMPE. RTMP is a network protocol for real-time data communication, and is mainly used for audio-video and data communication between a Flash/AIR platform and a streaming media/interaction server supporting the RTMP protocol.
The RTSP protocol is an application layer protocol in the TCP/IP protocol architecture. The protocol defines how one-to-many applications efficiently communicate multimedia data over an IP network. RTSP is located above Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) and RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) in the architecture, and uses TCP or User Datagram Protocol (UDP) to complete data transmission. Compared with RTSP, HTTP requests are sent by a client, and a server responds; when RTSP is used, both the client and the server can make requests, i.e. RTSP can be bidirectional. RTSP is a multimedia streaming protocol for controlling audio or video and allows simultaneous control of multiple streaming requests, the network protocol used for transmission is not within its definition, the server can choose to use TCP or UDP to transmit streaming content, its syntax and operation are similar to HTTP1.1, but not particularly emphasized for time synchronization, so it is more tolerant to network delay. The aforementioned method allows simultaneous multi-stream demand control (Multicast), which can reduce the network usage of the server and further support multi-party Video Conference (Video Conference). Because the operation mode is similar to that of HTTP1.1, the quick-fetching function (Cache) of Proxy server (Proxy) is also applicable to RTSP, and because RTSP has redirection function, the server providing service can be switched according to actual load condition so as to prevent delay resulted from that the overlarge load is concentrated in same server.
HTTP is a standard for client and server side requests and responses (TCP). The client may be referred to as a user agent (user agent) by using a web browser, web crawler, or other means to initiate an HTTP request to a designated port (default port 80) on the server. The answering server stores resources such as hypertext Markup Language (HTML) files and images, and is called the origin server. There may be multiple "intermediate layers" between the user agent and the origin server, such as a proxy server, gateway, or tunnel.
SIP is used to create, modify and release sessions for one or more participants. These sessions may be Internet (web) multimedia conferences, IP telephony or multimedia distribution. The participants of the session may communicate by multicast (multicast), mesh unicast (unicast), or a mixture of both.
Therefore, data synchronization of Voice, video, screen sharing and the like among different devices such as a participant, meeting room devices such as a television, a projector, a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) device and the like, a telephone and the like is realized.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a unique website is created based on a conference, the website can be shared, and in the shared website, a participation mode and associated conference room authorization operation can be selected. Meanwhile, an access mode can be recommended according to geographic information, and the next calling and content sharing can be carried out according to the selection of the participants, so that sharable intelligent authorization and accessed online multi-party conference audio and video content integration and distribution are realized.
In a specific example, users B, C, D are located at location 1M1 (which may be understood as conference room 1), user E is located at location 2M2 (which may be understood as conference room 2), user F selects at home (online access), such as instant messaging access, user G is not convenient to use IM messaging, needs to contact by phone, selects telephone access, and the meeting time is 8/2021.
Specifically, the user a triggers a conference initiation request, and the electronic device or the conference system may receive the conference initiation request sent by the user a, where the conference initiation request may include a conference location, a conference time, a conference subject, and conference staff (staff to be invited). And the user B, the user C, the user D, the user E, the user F and the user G confirm the conference participation and the conference participation modes.
The user A creates a conference, the electronic equipment or the conference system generates a conference unique identifier, and the conference unique identifier sets information such as a participant range, conference time, conference place and the like.
The unique identification of the conference is sent to a person (or group) through the instant messaging IM client.
And after receiving the unique conference identifier, the conference receiver clicks the unique conference identifier (such as URL) to enter a current conference page, the current conference page displays the basic information of the conference, the conference room automatically authorizes the information, and the access mode is selected.
Alternatively, the participants and the participation modes of the participants can be determined by the participation mode.
In one case, registered users may use the conferencing system. For example, after the participant indicated by the conference unique identifier clicks the conference unique identifier, the automatic authorization information of the conference room is displayed, and the participant can directly participate in the conference, and if the participant receives the authorization information, the participant can enter the process of selecting the participation mode.
In another case, the unregistered user may apply for authorization and may participate in the conference after confirming the application for authorization. For example, the H user is not a different company, nor is it in the scope group to be invited, and H needs to authorize the application and can only participate after confirmation.
The access mode, namely the conference mode, can be recommended according to the location of the user.
For example, the user F is not at the company, and can recommend remote access when an office application computer is on line;
for example, the user G is not in the company, but the office application is mobile online and can recommend telephone access;
for example, user B is at the company, but far from the meeting room, remote access may be recommended;
for example, user C is at the company, but closer to meeting room M1, recommends to M1, and presents a map of M1;
for example, user D is at the company, but closer to meeting room M2, recommends to M2, and presents a map of M2.
Conference room authorization determination:
for example, user E is a scheduled person in the M2 conference room, and when user E opens the conference page, the conference system prompts whether the conference initiator is authorized directly, or participants can use the conference room, such as: signing in; an audio device; a video device; a projector; other central control boxes, etc.
When the time arrives, such as 8/2021, a conference sharing is initiated no matter where a is, specifically, a triggers a conference sharing request, which the electronic device or the conference system can receive, and at this time, the M1, the voice device (or the video device) of the M2 conference room, the F using the IM office software, and the G using the telephone device (or the VOIP) are called out simultaneously, and communication connections between the voice device (or the video device) of the M1, the M2 conference room, the devices used by the F, and the devices used by the G are established. Wherein, the voice devices (or video devices) of M1 and M2 conference rooms can be understood as conference room devices, the devices used by F are the participant devices of participants accessed by instant messaging, the devices used by G are the participant devices of participants accessed by telephone through telephone calls, and the devices used by F and the devices used by G are the other participant devices.
Wherein, the meeting rooms of M1 and M2 are predetermined by users A, B, C, D, E, F and G, and are accepted for meeting. The conference system uses the identity of the conference subscribers for conference room data communications. Assuming that B booked M1 (the same time as the invitation), and B participated in the meeting organized by a, it can be considered that B and a are the same meeting and the same meeting room.
After the communication connection is established, the synchronization of audio and video data and the like can be carried out.
Specifically, screens, i.e., projection data, may be shared. The video stream can be directly projected to a screen projecting device in a conference room or an IM video stream, and a participating device accessed by a telephone does not share a screen.
And synchronizing data such as conference voice, content and the like by a multi-channel data integration module.
For example, user a speaks, voice data is generated, which is received by the electronic device or conference system, distributed to M1, M2, user f (im), user G (phone), if a is at M1, distributed to M2, user f (im), user G (phone).
User a shares the screen, generates video data, and the electronic device or conference system receives the video data, distributes it to M1, M2, user f (im), and if a is M1, distributes it to M2, user f (im).
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the participants can access in different ways according to the needs of the conference initiator and the real conference state of the participants, and meanwhile, conference room equipment is automatically bound to rapidly link and share the conference room equipment. When the experience is optimized, the overall waiting cost of a team is saved, the overall conference efficiency of the team is improved, the frequency of the mode of multi-mode conference access is increased, the landing of products or the protection of patents can be promoted, and the commercial value of office business on any equipment can be finally improved.
