The block chain-based e-commerce parcel quality control method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises the steps of determining whether the comparison damage metric value reaches a preset acceptable damage interval according to the comparison damage metric value, generating a parcel quality reinforcement prompt if the comparison damage metric value does not reach the preset acceptable damage interval, and sending the parcel quality reinforcement prompt to a parcel control personnel at the preset parcel quality control point according to the parcel quality reinforcement prompt, and then:
sequentially acquiring comparison breakage weighing values at a plurality of preset package quality regulation points on the e-commerce package quality regulation and control transportation line, and generating package breakage repair data at the preset package quality regulation points based on the comparison breakage weighing values and the acceptable breakage intervals, wherein the package breakage repair data comprises the need of reinforcement repair or the need of reinforcement repair; sorting the package damage repair data according to the arrangement sequence of the preset package quality control points, and generating a sorting sequence table; sequentially extracting the quantity to be reinforced and repaired in the package damage repair data according to the sorting sequence table, and recording the quantity as the real-time reinforcement quantity; and judging whether the real-time reinforcement quantity exceeds the preset standard total reinforcement times or not in real time, if so, generating quality transportation reforming information and sending the quality transportation reforming information to quality monitoring personnel.

The method for regulating and controlling quality of E-commerce packages based on block chains according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method comprises the steps of judging whether the comparison breakage weighing value reaches a preset acceptable breakage interval according to the comparison breakage weighing value, generating a package quality strengthening prompt if the comparison breakage weighing value does not reach the preset acceptable breakage interval, sending the package quality strengthening prompt to package regulating and controlling personnel at the preset package quality regulating and controlling point according to the package quality strengthening prompt, and then:
after the current e-commerce parcel to be detected is sent to the corresponding shopper, obtaining delivery commodity basic data of e-commerce shopping commodities in the current e-commerce parcel to be detected, which are shot by the shopper; acquiring a matched object matched with the E-commerce shopping commodity according to the delivery commodity basic data; acquiring use state parameter data when the E-commerce shopping commodity is matched with the matched using object for use; judging whether the use state parameter data meet the preset qualified use requirement; and if the service state parameter data does not meet the preset qualified service requirement, generating an after-sale application proposal, and displaying the after-sale application proposal to a shopper.
6. An e-commerce parcel quality regulation system based on a blockchain, the system comprising:
the quality acquisition module is used for acquiring a current actual parcel image of a current e-commerce parcel to be detected, which is acquired at a preset parcel quality regulation and control point, wherein the preset parcel quality regulation and control point is arranged in an e-commerce parcel quality regulation and control transportation line in advance, a plurality of preset parcel quality regulation and control points are arranged on the e-commerce parcel quality regulation and control transportation line, each preset parcel quality regulation and control point is provided with an image acquisition device, and the image acquisition devices are used for acquiring the image of the e-commerce parcel;
the characteristic identification module is used for storing the current actual package image in a block chain on the basis of Hash chaining, identifying characteristic points of the current actual package image, and acquiring characteristic point image data of each preset characteristic point after the characteristic points are identified, wherein the preset characteristic points are preset on the current e-commerce package to be detected, and each preset characteristic point is respectively and correspondingly stored with an original characteristic point image in advance;
the comparison breakage module is used for carrying out image comparison on the image data at each characteristic point and the corresponding original characteristic point image and respectively generating an image comparison breakage weighing value, wherein one preset characteristic point corresponds to one original characteristic point image and one characteristic point image, and one original characteristic point image and one characteristic point image are compared to generate one comparison breakage weighing value;
and the reinforcing reminding module is used for judging whether the contrast damage weighing value reaches a preset acceptable damage interval or not according to the contrast damage weighing value, generating package quality reinforcing reminding if judging that the contrast damage weighing value does not reach the preset acceptable damage interval, and sending the package quality reinforcing reminding to a package regulation and control personnel at the preset package quality regulation and control point.
7. The blockchain-based e-commerce parcel quality control system of claim 6, wherein the quality acquisition module is further configured to:
acquiring image acquisition environment data of the preset package quality control point, wherein the image acquisition environment data comprises current illumination data and current acquisition interference data, and the current acquisition interference data is a set of data of an interferent; judging whether the current illumination data meet a preset standard illumination requirement or not based on the current illumination data, and if the current illumination data do not meet the standard illumination requirement, generating a light increasing adjusting instruction, wherein the light increasing adjusting instruction is used for sending to the image acquisition device and enabling the image acquisition device to automatically start a light auxiliary function; if the current illumination data is judged to meet the standard illumination requirement, judging whether the current acquisition interference data is in a preset acquisition area of a preset package quality regulation and control point; if the current acquired interference data is judged to be in a preset acquisition area of a preset package quality regulation and control point, generating an interference removal information prompt; if the current acquisition interference data is judged not to be in a preset acquisition area of a preset package quality control point, generating an image acquisition instruction; controlling the image acquisition device to acquire images of the current e-commerce packages to be detected in a preset acquisition area of the preset package quality control point according to the image acquisition instruction, and acquiring an initial acquired image after acquisition; and performing saturation enhancement on the initially acquired image, and acquiring an enhanced image, wherein the enhanced image is the current actual parcel image.
8. The blockchain-based e-commerce parcel quality control system of claim 6, wherein the feature identification module is further configured to:
storing the current actual package image in a block chain based on Hash chain, identifying the characteristic points of the current actual package image, and obtaining initial actual characteristic point data of the current actual package image, wherein the initial actual characteristic point data comprises the number of the characteristic points, the outline of a characteristic area and the relative position of the characteristic area; judging whether the number of the feature points meets the number of preset standard feature points; if the number of the feature points is judged to meet the preset standard feature point number, continuously judging whether the profile of each feature area is matched with the preset standard feature profile; if the profile of each feature region is judged to be matched with a preset standard feature profile, judging whether the relative position of the feature region is matched with a preset standard relative position; if the relative position of the characteristic region is judged to be matched with the preset standard relative position, defining the initial actual characteristic point data as the image data at the characteristic point;
the system further comprises a post-processing module for:
sequentially acquiring comparison breakage weighing values at a plurality of preset package quality regulation points on the e-commerce package quality regulation and control transportation line, and generating package breakage repair data at the preset package quality regulation points based on the comparison breakage weighing values and the acceptable breakage intervals, wherein the package breakage repair data comprises the need of reinforcement repair or the need of reinforcement repair; sorting the package damage repair data according to the arrangement sequence of the preset package quality control points, and generating a sorting sequence table; sequentially extracting the quantity to be reinforced and repaired in the package damage repair data according to the sorting sequence table, and recording the quantity as the real-time reinforcement quantity; judging whether the real-time reinforcement quantity exceeds a preset standard total reinforcement frequency or not in real time, if so, generating quality transportation reforming information and sending the quality transportation reforming information to a quality monitoring worker; after the current e-commerce parcel to be detected is sent to the corresponding shopper, obtaining delivery commodity basic data of e-commerce shopping commodities in the current e-commerce parcel to be detected, which are shot by the shopper; acquiring a matched object matched with the E-commerce shopping commodity according to the delivery commodity basic data; acquiring use state parameter data when the E-commerce shopping commodity is matched with the matched using object for use; judging whether the use state parameter data meet the preset qualified use requirement; and if the service state parameter data does not meet the preset qualified service requirement, generating an after-sale application proposal, and displaying the after-sale application proposal to a shopper.
