Detailed Description
In order to better understand the scheme of the application, the following detailed description is provided for the application with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
It should be understood that the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like, are used for limiting the components, are used for distinguishing the components, and have no special meaning if not stated otherwise, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application. In the description of the present application, "plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of a printing method. The printing method mainly relates to three terminal devices of a user terminal, a server terminal and a desktop terminal. The server can be configured with a printing template in advance, and the printing template refers to a template of a file to be printed. The printing template is pre-configured with contents which do not need to be filled by a user, and a blank area which needs to be filled by the user is reserved. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the print template may include: the application form of the end user, the commitment form of the application change name, the application form of the log-out user interface and the like. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, taking the end user application as an example, content that does not need to be filled by the user (for example, a text part in fig. 3) is pre-configured in the end user application, and a blank area (for example, an area in which underlines are located in fig. 3) is pre-reserved, and the blank area needs to be filled by the user.
As shown in fig. 1, the printing method may include the steps of:
s101, the user terminal scans a first graphic code, wherein the first graphic code is at least used for bearing a printing template configured in advance in the server terminal.
Specifically, the user may, but is not limited to, a handheld user terminal to scan a first graphic code that is affixed to a fixed area (e.g., a desk, a printer, etc.). The first graphic code is at least used for bearing a printing template configured in advance in the server. Illustratively, the first graphic code may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
S102, the user side displays a first interface for selecting the printing template.
Specifically, after the user scans the first graphic code, a first interface for selecting the printing template can be displayed on the user side, so that the user can select the corresponding printing template based on the user's own requirements. For example, the first interface may be the interface shown in fig. 2, and in fig. 2, the user may select a printing template such as a user standing for an application form, a user applying for a change name commitment form, a user logout of a user account application form, and the like.
And S103, the user side responds to the selection operation of the user and displays the printing template selected by the user.
Specifically, after the user selects the corresponding printing template on the user side, the user side can respond to the selection operation of the user and display the printing template selected by the user. For example, as shown in fig. 2, after the user selects "standing application", the user end may display the printing template of "standing application" shown in fig. 3.
And S104, the user side responds to the input operation of the user and displays the printing content input by the user in the printing template selected by the user.
Specifically, after the user end displays the printing template selected by the user, the user can input the corresponding content on the user end. Then, the user terminal can respond to the input operation of the user and display the printing content input by the user in the printing template selected by the user. For example, with continued reference to fig. 3, when the user inputs a name, the user terminal can display the name input by the user.
And S105, the user side responds to the submission operation of the user and sends the printing content to the server side.
Specifically, after the input is completed, the user may select a commit operation such as completed input. And then, the user side responds to the submission operation of the user and sends the printing content to the server side. For example, with continued reference to fig. 3, after the user inputs the name and selects to complete the submission, the user end may send the name input by the user to the server end.
S106, the server side responds to the printing content and generates a second graphic code, and the second graphic code is at least used for bearing the printing identification matched with the printing content.
Specifically, after acquiring the print content sent by the user side, the server side can respond to the print content and generate the second graphic code. And the second graphic code is at least used for bearing a printing identifier matched with the printing content. Illustratively, the second graphic code may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
And S107, the server side sends the second graphic code to the user side.
Specifically, after the server generates the second graphic code, the server may send the second graphic code to the user.
And S108, scanning a second graphic code on the user side by the desktop end.
Specifically, after the user side acquires the second graphic code, the user side can approach the desktop end with the assistance of the user and control the second graphic code to face the desktop end, so that the desktop end can scan the second graphic code on the user side, and at this time, the desktop end knows that the user side needs to print a file.
And S109, the desktop terminal sends a printing request to the server terminal, wherein the printing request is used for requesting to acquire printing contents and a printing template matched with the printing contents, and the printing request at least comprises a printing identifier.
Specifically, after acquiring the second graphic code, the desktop side may send a print request to the server side. The printing request at least comprises a printing identification matched with the printing content. The printing request is used for requesting to acquire printing content required by a user and a printing template matched with the printing content.
S110, the server side responds to the acquired printing request and sends the printing content and the printing template matched with the printing content to the desktop side.
Specifically, after the server acquires the print request, the content to be printed currently and the print template matched with the print content can be acquired by the print identifier in the print request. Then, the server side can send the printing content and the printing template matched with the printing content to the desktop side.
And S111, the desktop terminal responds to the acquired printing content and the printing template matched with the printing content, and prints out a printing file related to the printing content, wherein the printing file at least comprises the printing content and the printing template matched with the printing content.
Specifically, after acquiring the print content sent by the server and the print template matched with the print content, the desktop terminal can print out a print file related to the print content, where the print file at least includes the print content and the print template matched with the print content.
Therefore, the user scans the graphic code by using the user side to obtain the printing template, the form is automatically filled, and then the server side issues the graphic code containing the printing identification. Then, the user can scan the code on the desktop end by holding the user end. Then, the desktop side can acquire the printing content and the printing template from the server side and complete the printing operation. Therefore, the probability of paper waste caused by filling errors when people transact business is reduced, the efficiency of traditional form filling printing is improved, and the cost is saved. In addition, compared with the form filling and printing all-in-one machine, the cost is effectively saved, self-help form filling and printing can be realized by only configuring one code scanner by utilizing the existing computer and printer, and the time is saved by filling the form through a mobile phone compared with the form filling and printing all-in-one machine.
It can be understood that the user side in the embodiment of the present application may be a terminal device such as a mobile phone, a watch, a tablet computer, and the like, the server side may be a terminal device such as a server, a computer, and the like, and the desktop side may be a terminal device such as a computer. The user side and the service side can communicate through a wired network or a wireless network, the user side and the desktop side can communicate through the wired network or the wireless network, and the desktop side and the service side can communicate through the wired network or the wireless network.
The printing method, device and system provided by the present application are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present application are explained herein using specific examples, which are merely set forth to aid in understanding the core concepts of the present application. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make several improvements and modifications to the present application without departing from the principle of the present application, and such improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present application.
