Further, the servo control module receives a starting signal through an IO interface of the signal processing module, and receives a speed regulating signal through a serial port of the signal processing module; and the servo control module controls the rotation of the servo motor after receiving the starting signal and controls the rotating speed of the servo motor after receiving the speed regulating signal.

(4) The visual information acquisition module adopts a high-performance lens and a high-resolution CCD imaging system, so that clear pictures are acquired, and the judgment precision is ensured.

the motion control module is used for adjusting the positions of the visual information acquisition module and the brightness information acquisition module so as to control the angles among the liquid crystal screen, the visual information acquisition module and the brightness information acquisition module; the motion control module includes: the fixture comprises a fixture, a servo motor and a transmission mechanism; the servo motor is connected with the clamp through a transmission mechanism and is used for controlling the motion of the clamp; the transmission mechanism can adopt a speed reducer; the clamp is used for clamping the visual information acquisition module and the brightness information acquisition module, and the visual information acquisition module and the brightness information acquisition module can be arranged on the same clamp to realize synchronous regulation of the visual information acquisition module and the brightness information acquisition module; the device can also be arranged on two clamps to realize the independent adjustment of the visual information acquisition module and the brightness information acquisition module;
the signal processing module is a digital signal processing system taking DSP as a core, and comprises: the device comprises a decoder, a DSP, an encoder, a display and an alarm unit; the decoder is used for acquiring the video analog signals transmitted by the visual information acquisition module, converting the video analog signals into video digital signals which can be processed by the DSP, and then sending the video digital signals to the DSP; the decoder is also used for acquiring the analog electric signal transmitted by the brightness information acquisition module, converting the analog electric signal into a brightness digital signal which can be processed by the DSP and then sending the brightness digital signal to the DSP; the DSP firstly identifies the defects of the liquid crystal screen according to the video digital signals, and identifies whether the defects of bright spots, dark spots, uneven brightness and the like exist on the liquid crystal screen; if yes, sending an alarm signal to an alarm unit; if the brightness digital signal does not exist, the brightness of the liquid crystal screen is tested according to the brightness digital signal, the brightness value of the liquid crystal screen is calculated, the motion control module is controlled to adjust the angles between the liquid crystal screen and the visual information acquisition module and between the liquid crystal screen and the brightness information acquisition module, the contrast of the liquid crystal screen at different angles between the liquid crystal screen and the visual information acquisition module and between the liquid crystal screen and the brightness information acquisition module are calculated, and then the visual angle of the liquid crystal screen is calculated; the DSP sends the identification result of defect identification of the liquid crystal screen or the calculated brightness value, contrast and visual angle of the liquid crystal screen to the encoder and the information recording and input-output module; the encoder is used for converting the identification result of the defect identification or the brightness value, the contrast and the visual angle of the liquid crystal screen into an analog signal again and sending the analog signal to the display, and the display converts the analog signal into a video to be displayed and sends the video to the information recording and input-output module; the video comprises working state information of the DSP (the working state of the DSP comprises defect identification and brightness test), target positions and graphic information of defects such as bright spots, dark spots and uneven brightness of the liquid crystal screen, and brightness and contrast information of the liquid crystal screen; wherein, the alarm unit adopts light alarm or voice alarm; the DSP adopts DM642 of DSP 6000;
the servo control module is a pivot for signal interaction between the DSP and the control motion control module, receives a starting signal sent by the DSP through an IO interface of the DSP, and receives a speed regulating signal sent by the DSP through a serial port of the DSP; the servo control module controls the rotation of the servo motor after receiving the starting signal and controls the rotation speed of the servo motor after receiving the speed regulating signal;
the information recording and input/output module is used for recording and storing the received video; the information recording and input-output module comprises: the video record is stored in the hard disk or sent to the PC through a network for record storage.
