Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for detecting cracks of a spindle of a high-speed motor. The invention comprises the following components: the device comprises a laser, a sensor, a data line, an analysis unit and a display. The laser is embedded in the stator slot wedge, can slide along the axial direction of the motor and emits laser beams in a continuous mode. The sensor is tightly attached to the stator slot wedge through silicon rubber. And the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle measured by the sensor is transmitted to the analysis unit through a data line. And the analysis unit judges the fracture state of the spindle of the high-speed motor according to the received surface vibration sound waves and transmits the analysis result to the display through the data line for displaying. The invention can realize the research and development of a device for detecting the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle, analyze the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle in real time, avoid the problem of equipment stalling caused by the replacement of the high-speed motor spindle by engineering personnel, and is a method for effectively improving the system efficiency of the high-speed motor.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of high-speed motors, in particular to a method and a device for detecting cracks of a main shaft of a high-speed motor.
Background
The high-speed motor has the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability, high system transmission efficiency, high rotating speed, high power density, high dynamic response and the like, and is widely applied to natural gas drainage gas recovery, gas collection treatment and pipeline transportation. The high-speed motor rotates at a high speed, the main shaft is subjected to excessive load instantly and is in a fatigue state or is subjected to external force collision and other factors for a long time, the main shaft is easy to crack, and the crack continues to spread until the shaft is broken. The high speed motor spindle life determines the quality and efficiency of the overall high speed motor system, but at the same time the high speed motor spindle is the most vulnerable part. The monitoring of the running state of the high-speed motor spindle and the processing service life are problems which need to be paid attention to by both a motor manufacturing side and a user, the prediction of the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle is realized, and the running efficiency of the high-speed motor can be effectively improved. The method can realize the prediction of the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle, analyzes the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle in real time, avoids the problem of equipment stalling caused by the replacement of the high-speed motor spindle by engineering personnel, and is a method capable of effectively improving the efficiency of a high-speed motor system.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for detecting a crack in a spindle of a high-speed motor, which can realize online prediction of the crack state of the spindle of the high-speed motor.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention is composed of a laser, a sensor, a data line, an analysis unit and a display; the laser is embedded in the stator slot wedge, the laser can emit laser beams, and the laser beams can radially scan the rotating high-speed motor spindle; the laser can slide in the stator slot wedge along the axial direction of the motor, so that the full three-dimensional scanning of the spindle of the high-speed motor is realized; the sensor is tightly attached to the stator slot wedge and used for measuring the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle; the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle measured by the sensor is transmitted to the analysis unit through a data line; the analysis unit judges the fracture state of the spindle of the high-speed motor according to the received surface vibration sound waves and transmits an analysis result to a display through a data line for displaying; the laser adopts a continuous emission mode, and the frequency of a laser beam emitted by the laser is consistent with the rotating frequency of a spindle of the high-speed motor in the continuous emission mode; the sensor is tightly attached to the stator slot wedge through silicon rubber and used for measuring the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle; the analysis unit and the display are welded on the shell; the shell is provided with a data wire outlet.
In summary, the method and the device for detecting spindle cracks of a high-speed motor provided by the present invention have the following advantages:
1. the detection device can simultaneously scan the radial direction and the axial direction of the high-speed motor spindle, and realizes the full three-dimensional detection of the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle;
2. the method can analyze the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle in real time, avoid the problem of equipment stalling caused by the replacement of the high-speed motor spindle by engineering personnel, and effectively improve the system efficiency of the high-speed motor;
3. the sensor is tightly attached to the stator slot wedge through silicon rubber, is not easy to fall off, and is suitable for occasions where a high-speed motor rotates at a high speed.

Detailed Description
The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3: the invention relates to a detection method and a detection device for spindle cracks of a high-speed motor, which consists of a laser 1, a sensor 5, a data line 6, a data line 8, an analysis unit 7 and a display 9; the laser 1 is embedded in the stator slot wedge 2, the laser 1 can emit a laser beam 3, and the laser beam 3 can radially scan a rotating high-speed motor spindle 4; the laser 1 can slide in the stator slot wedge 2 along the axial direction of the motor, so that the full three-dimensional scanning of the spindle 4 of the high-speed motor is realized; the sensor 5 is tightly attached to the stator slot wedge 2 and used for measuring the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle 4; the sensor 5 is connected with an analysis unit 7 through a data line 6, and the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle 4 measured by the sensor 5 is transmitted to the analysis unit 7 through the data line 6; the analysis unit 7 judges the fracture state of the high-speed motor spindle 4 according to the received surface vibration sound waves, transmits the analysis result to the display 9 through the data line 8 for displaying, and displays the fracture state of the high-speed motor spindle in real time; the laser 1 adopts a continuous emission mode, and the frequency of a laser beam 3 emitted by the laser 1 is consistent with the rotating frequency of a spindle 4 of a high-speed motor in the continuous emission mode; the sensor 5 is tightly attached to the stator slot wedge 2 through silicon rubber and is used for measuring the surface vibration sound wave of the high-speed motor spindle 4; the analysis unit 7 and the display 9 are welded to the housing 10; the housing 10 has a data cable outlet 11. The invention can realize the research and development of a device for detecting the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle, analyze the crack state of the high-speed motor spindle in real time, avoid the problem of equipment stalling caused by the replacement of the high-speed motor spindle by engineering personnel, and is a method capable of effectively improving the efficiency of a high-speed motor system.
